One in a socialist society might say they have the right to government healthcare; in a capitalist society they may say that one has the right to buy healthcare. For that reason, we should list only the most essential rights, and ensure that there is a catch-all-others section."

The Speaker of the House rises after the comment made by Mr. Goldwaters.
"Thank you very much to my Right Honorable Colleague for sharing his views on this Bill. Certainly, his input, and that of others concerning his points are absolutely valued and highly regard by this House, however I must give the Right Honorable Member from the Greater Nordic Federation a chance to respond to opinions made by the Right Honorable Member from Nova-Canada and myself as I feel the Right Honorable Members brings up a completely different issue. I assure the Right Honorable Member from Our Governator and any who wish to rise to his point of debate will be given apt time for discussion and debate after his response."
Still standing, the Speaker takes a small sip of a glass of water and ruffles through his papers. After a few seconds, he moves to address the House.
"The Chair recognizes the Right Honorable Member from the Greater Nordic Federation."
The Speaker sits down and rest confortably in his chair. He patiently waits for a response to be made by Mr. Bystrom.

Right Honorable Members, I must move that this House consider the chosen candidate by the President, Jeanne Leblanc, for the office of Prime Minister. Do I hear a second?"
