"As I said earlier, my country would take issue with its sovereignty over something as important as citizenship, being curtailed by international laws. Maybe something that ensures that the laws for gaining citizenship are clearly explained and applied to everybody equally. I would not know how to word it but that seems more respectful of the importance of citizenship for a nation."

The empty Vancouvian chair does not speak, for it is but a chair, a symbolic reminder of the absence of Vancouvián diplomacy. The chair yearns to utter a sound but its fibers and pulp struggle to even think of the notion, for it is but a chair. Returning from the cafeteria with a warm, steaming cup of tea, Tomas suddenly noticed the Vancouvian flag on the floor and the Jagellonian flag on Augustia's chair. "Hmm," he mumbled, put back the Vancouvian flag and took the Jagellonian flag in his other hand. "There," he uttered as he walked towards Rikkaard and gave the flag back to him, "I think you've forgotten your flag on Augustia's chair."

[Great-Imperialonia]

George Stoneridge walked to his new chair. He was appointed by his minister to become the delegate in the League to represent the Dual Consulate Monarchy of Great-Imperialonia. Although the nation only had the status as observer member he was still excited that he could finally attend all the meetings. Since he was a child he dreamt of it, and now the moment was there!

When he walked past the Jagellion and Ostehaarian delegate he greeted them, although they were struggling with some flags, it seemed like...

"Intresting that I always though the League was so professional, some people will stay children forever..." George though by himself while he sat down and looked through the papers in front of him, in stead of te Jagellion delegate with a irritated face taking a flag.

The Stordavian delegation, of a clear Swedish descent, had; blonde hair, swept back, and bright blue eyes, with a rounded complexion; had stepped into the assembly hall, and sat down, after learning of his nation's acceptance into the League, "Greetings, I am Gustavus Olsson, of Stordavia, I'd like to thank those who have previously vouched for my nation. So, what do we have on the current agenda?"

Jackson busted back into the room, slamming the doors open. "Happy to see me again!?" He strutted by the Polar Svalbard delegate Stephanie and brushed his hand over her shoulders. He sat down in his chair, put his little Doppler flag in the flag holder, unbuckled his suitcase and pulled out some papers.
"Now, promoting peace is something we should always be promoting here at the league, correct? The league has been failing to promote peace and sustainability through out the region whether it being an international conflict or a civil dispute. We need to establish a league peace keeping system and security council. I believe we should first establish a security council to manage a peace keeping force. Which brings me to my next point. We need to establish a peace keeping force within the leagues security council." Jackson began to start writing on a piece of paper.

Gustavus looked rather annoyed, "How blunt," he paused, then nodded, "However, I must agree with you." he sighed, "The recent war that has broken out between the Mesder Sea Treaty Organization, and New Aapelistan, Eurania, and Cottoria, is a clear example of how the League has failed in its goals. Even though, the entirety of creating an entire separate branch of the League would be much more complicated, than a simple mediation between the two parties, it would be far more effective. I propose, should the appropriate amendment be passed, that we have a vote, on which nations will have a presence within the security council. With a certain criteria of course." Gustavus took a breath, then smiled lightly.
