The thought that the delegate mentioned the war occurring in the Mesder sea caught the delegate by surprise, noting that the country he represents is involved.

Stephanie got up from where she sat. This was the one hour where everyone was here in their month long recess that they had taken. She stepped up to the podium, putting her tablet down on it in front of her.

"My fellow ambassadors, this prestigious building crumbles before us, the promise of the league tarnished and faded from the minds of all of those who inhabit the isles. For the past month we have come here rarely, only to make sure the Secretary General has not done anything, of which she has not. She has not shown an interest in the league in the past month, not enough at least to call us together for a real meeting, instead I have to talk to as much of you as I can at the moment who are here to check on the league.
I motion to vote to remove the secretary general and put another one in, preferably one who will care for the league and reestablish her prestige. Thus I nominate a delegate from Polar Svalbard to become the secretary general."

She picked up the dusty document that was up here.

"Here we have a resolution from the nation of Yarkandi, undisturbed by the secretary-general. A resolution that I find that we need to enact, if not only to show that the league does matter, that it does have a position on this sort of affair. Do nations still talk of us in the present tense even? Thus I implore you to do so, and I implore the Secretary-General to step down from her position as she is unfit to do her duty for the isles."

"Sveihl Nikhal was the previous advisor to the consul of foreign and diplomatic affairs and has served as a Svalbardian Ambassador for ten years. Currently at the age of 45, he studied Political Sciences and International relations for 8 years at university in Polar Svalbard."

The sovereign Second Republic of Deace, by 4/7 Vote of the House of Representatives elected by the people, wishes to apply for membership in the League of the Western Isles. This act is signed into being by President Tamrat Olumide, presiding officer of foreign affairs for the Second Republic whom was elected by the people.

The Second Republic upon admittance swears to uphold the Charter and to act in line with the Assemlyies decisions to the best of the countries ability. Mrs. Tendai Awiti of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Deace shall represent the Second Republic in the Assembly and to facilitate faith in the republic's membership shall be granted limited discretionary powers for Deace in this meeting.

Greetings members of this great assembly, after nearly ten years of near-isolation, the Stordavian Council has voted with near unanimous (92%) agreement to apply the the League. We hope for a quick and easy response.

Illier stepped down from the pedestal. She found a note from Grace that detailed what she was to do next.

"Delegates. I have been instructed by Ms. Empyr that I am to become the new delegate from Dashgrinaar. I hope that we may all be able to accomplish many things together."

The doors to the room opened and in stepped Sveihl Nikhal. His hair was a salt and pepper of black and gray, his brown eyes looked around the room from behind his glasses. He stood at a mere 5'7, but he had a well toned body as he made sure his body was in good condition for his past 45 years of life. He wore brown suit pants, with a brown blazer over a white shirt and red tie. His walk was firm and in his hands he held his briefcase.

He proceeded to walk up to the pedestal that overlooked the assembly room after placing his briefcase down at the SG's desk. He looked across the assembled delegates. I am proud to be here in front of you all in this prestigious building. I hope that we can reinvigorate the league, and make its walls shine once again. I'd like to thank the previous Secretary-General for her service to this League. If you have any questions before we get back to the league's regular schedule you may ask them now."

Official Communiqué to Request Bonodian Membership in the League of TWI

The Govrnment of Bonodia declares it's wish to become a member of the League of TWI, in order to represent the interests of Bonodia in the international sphere. This wish has been supported unanimously by the National All-Union Congress, the National Consultative Congress, and the National Party Congress, with the support of the Central Committee and Policy Bureau of the Communist Party of Bonodia.

The People's Republic of Bonodia intends to uphold the charter of the League of TWI, and promote it's goals of international peace, security and co-operation.
