Despite recent claims that Juthra is a GODMODDER, Juthra will continue to destroy any Hyperborian colonies and fleets. Our rules of war?:
a)We will only attack when The Steppe Empire attacks a group of people not previously in the empire.
b)We shall attack any Hyperborian fleet that enters the Alpha of Beta quadrants.
c)We can use any weapon we want.
We have inside sources, and they go as far as the Imperial Palace.
