The Novayans started waving at the Cardulanians as Reichspraesident Borealis smiles. "Sir." Admiral Will Teaspoon, the female commander of 8th Fleet, said. She whispered into his ear, then he went dead-white as he grabs a radio. "Excuse me, guys. I must ask to be excused immediately." Borealis said as he left. Those near to him saw him staggering.

To salute the President the fleet's jets took the formation of the Equestrian Sun as the flew over the 8^th Fleet and the other troops which had assembled to meet them.

"You may start with the amphibious landing." Novayan High Command radioed as the Novayan amphibious forces began heading their way to the beaches.

OOC: Actually, this is just a maneuver and there are no enemies. It's much like RIMPAC.

IC: The Novayan amphibious forces began unloading mechanized marines and armored vehicles as they began storming the beaches. Reichspraesident Borealis and Field Marshal Flash Code watched the maneuver as they sit back and relax.

The Commandos were the first to scout the shallow waters carefully looking for mines and checking the depth of the waters. They quickly secured the beach heads signaling to the marines where they should try and lend while moving forward to keep the enemy from attacking the vulnerable position.

The Novayan troops began swarming the area as they kept on moving. Armored tanks and mechanized infantry began moving towards the area.

OOC: Also, your forces were on Novaya Equestria's side.

The second wave was less successful. While all of the landing ships and hovercrafts made it to the beach the amphibious vehicles had had severe difficulties to maneuver in the Novaya Equestrian waters. Some capsized while others simply did not make it to the shores. It was not a total disaster but approaching the shores in the bow waves of the landing ships took its toll.

Unlike the unlucky Cardulanian amphibious vehicles, the Novayans' own amphibious vehicles were moving slowly, preventing themselves from being capsized or sunk. "And this is why the Cardulanians must have their amphibious vehicles move slowly." Borealis muttered under his own breath.

The surviving vehicles drove ashore or and formed fighting groups, uniting their fire power with those troops send by Equestria. The beach was now almost completely secured and most of the troops had landed. The emergency services secured the damaged vehicles and the soldiers wounded in the maneuver.

The Novayan amphibious forces - consisted of those from Novaya Equestria, Novaya Arstrotzka, and Mareveola - began moving up as military helicopters unloads foot infantry forces and special ops forces. "All units, move up!" Borealis ordered via radio as the Novayan amphibious combined-arms forces began swarming the area.

The Novayan amphibious forces had their artillery batteries fire at the positions of the virtual enemies as the tanks and helicopters began swarming the area. Mechanized infantry forces were unloading from the APCs and IFVs as they started shooting at their virtual enemies.

Not long after, the Novaya Equestrian military has deployed a battalion of Wizards - ponies and humans who use Combat Realizer Units above their Combat Wiring Suits (for females) or combat uniforms (for males) - to join the maneuver. "I liked Wizards." Borealis commented.

Cardulan does not posses something closely resembling a powered armour but their light vehicles are fast and maneuverable too. They can carry a lot of load. The beach is not under control and the move inland has come to a halt to prevent the troops from expanding too far.

The Novayan expeditionary force began setting up camp in the beach as some of the soldiers and the Wizards began patrolling the perimeter.

Cardulan's troops leave the front line service to the more experienced and better equipped units from Novaya Equestria while they themselves maintain the supply and support role. More artillery shells are lifted to the beach and aviation forces patrol the perimeter at all sides.

Two battalions of Wizards arrives as the Novayan expeditionary force (consisted of Novaya Equestrians, Novaya Arstrotzkans, and Mareveolans) began to move out.

Cardulan's troops set up hospitals and mobile repair shops in the rear of the front while more artillery is deployed to the beach heads. Now that they are secured the amphibious landing seems to be a full success.
