Tension Report Application
Submitting Party: Nyte
Nation Name of Submitting Party: The Interstellar Empire of Nyte
Affected Quadrant(s): Primarily the Gamma Quadrant and Delta Quadrant
Precise Locations (If Applicable): Hyperion, the planet Jiwao in the Liu Xiu Special Economic Zone, and Port Maw orbiting the planet Dispayre located in Sigma 161, The Interstellar Empire of Nyte
Nation(s) Involved: The Interstellar Empire of Nyte and possibly a number of its neighbors
Description: Following a drastic and unexpected change in foreign policy, the Interstellar Empire has begun rapidly shedding its current isolationist policies and is now making several cautious attempts at peaceful contact with its neighbors throughout the Galaxy. As part of this multi-step initiative, the Interstellar Empire has launched its first embassy program. The embassy itself is not located within the borders of the Interstellar Empire however. Instead, the embassy has been opened on the planet Jiwao in the Liu Xiu Special Economic Zone and is intended to become not only a hub for future diplomatic relations, but also a hub for commerce as well.
The second step in this change is the opening of Port Maw. Located in orbit over the planet Dispayre in the Sigma 161 system, this facility, and by extension the Sigma 161 system, is the first to be opened to foreign shipping and races other than the Nyteborne in the nearly 500 years of the Empires history. This opening of the Empires borders has led to some discontent amongst the Nyteborne, a fair percentage of which have come to question both the wisdom and the necessity of this initiative.
Potential Greater Impact(s):Although it is only in the advanced planning stages thus far, the above events are planned to be the springboard for a number of shocking, and extremely violent events within the Interstellar Empire of Nyte. Among these events is the assassination of Conrad Curze; the current Emperor during an attack upon the capitol of the Empire by several summoned eldritch abominations (demons), and an extremely bloody civil war.
As per the above impact, the eldritch abominations may have largely disappeared in Gamma, but that won't stop the Interstellar Empire from going crusading...
With its borders now open for the first time, increased trade opportunities can be expected to appear along the Gamma/Delta border in spite of the paranoia and xenophobia present within the Interstellar Empire. Of course, it is likely that some "unpleasantness" may occur...
The Nyteborne are not exactly the most capable of diplomats... As such, some "teething" issues can be expected as mistakes are somewhat likely to be made.

Tension Report Application (backdated 30th July)
Submitting Party: The Federal Union (ICly - ghosted by myself OOC)
Nation Name of Submitting Party: the Terran Alliance
Threads: Righteous Fury (backstory), Fury's Ashes (current), Other news coverage of the event.
Affected Quadrant(s): Beta
Precise Locations (If Applicable): Hein]Nar
Nation(s) Involved: The Raw'Hein; various allied GESO forces including TFU, Nyte, and Bentus.
Description: As the War of Fury (see backstory) draws to a very definite defeat for the Raw'Hein, a blockade above their new capital planet has received its last set of reinforcements to completely cut off supplies and force a surrender. The conflict continues, however, and GESO's patience is limited - eventually they will start landing troops unless the Raw'Hein break, and riots planetside suggest a future coup.
Potential Greater Impact(s): Trade is still being disrupted by raiding parties from other, more minor Raw'Hein colonies - however, the Raw'Hein's military power has been sufficiently worn down as to not pose a serious threat to neighbouring worlds.

Doing a more thorough review, I'm afraid that you're going to need to actually submit the post under your own name - not another player's - for the submission to be slated for the August 30th deadline. This is to ensure that we can keep track of who is submitting what, and in what quantities; considering the posts you have submitted seem to be, upon initial review, of your own creation, it should only be a matter of changing the submitting party to the appropriate name (your own). Also, did you intend for this to be submitted as a "Tension Report" or an "Activity Report"? Tension Reports do not necessarily require thread links (they can, mind you); if I do not hear back, I will assume you meant Tension Report, rather than Activity, simply due to that being the header utilized.
Thank you.

Tension Report Application
Submitting Party: The Ben Boys
Nation Name of Submitting Party: The Empire of Bakra
Affected Quadrant(s): Alpha Quadrant
Precise Locations (If Applicable): Songnam Major, Bakran Space
Nation(s) Involved: Bakra, Iron Empire, Tnemeden Republic
Description: Following years of tension, the Tnemeden Republic sent a massive invasion force to the Bakran Empire's Songnam Major system under the command of Admiral Errti six months ago. The Admiral, hero of the Rechsmar war and twice awarded the "Savior of the Republic", landed his troops across the planet Sanguerth taking Jengal and occupying the Hikowa Plains in the first month. Though the garrison is holding off, the fleet in orbit was destroyed and it's survivors forced to flee. The Iron Empire, whose troops were doing maneuvers on the planet with their Bakran allies, were also attacked and since have joined Bakra against the Tnemeden.
Admiral Leos Adama, who had to leave the system once Errti destroyed most of his forces, had vowed to return with a vengeance. With what little reinforcements can be sent from the Bakran home galaxy of Romera, Adama has now returned to the Songnam Major system. Though he is still outnumbered the surprise of his return and landing Marines on the surface of Sanguerth has since turned the battle from a clear Tnemeden victory into a stalemate. Forces on both sides battle tooth and nail for inches, with mercenaries being contracted by the manpower-limited Bakrans and reinforcements coming for the Tnemeden. Thus far the fighting has been largely over the strategically important Hikowa and it's massive spaceport and the Runnese plasma power plants in the planet's far north.
Potential Greater Impact(s): More mercenaries being contracted by the Bakrans, leading to some cornering the local market. Additionally, pirates and Tnemeden brigands will be more active in the area with more Bakran warships being diverted to Songnam Major.

It qualifies as a "Tension Report," so you have submitted the appropriate format. Thank you, The Ben Boys; your submission has been slated for review for the next available deadline: August 30th.The Ben Boys wrote:[snip]
Note: Since the background info was role-played but not the actual event I didn't think it qualified as "Activity", though if it does I will gladly edit it.

Tension Report Application
Submitting Party: Telros
Nation Name of Submitting Party: The Gata'ja Ammudzi
Affected Quadrant(s): Gamma
Precise Locations (If Applicable):
Nation(s) Involved: Gata'ja, Atruscan Federation, The Talasiu Union, and the Culdoran Imperium.
Description: The Gata'ja have launched a sudden assault on the nearest three single system powers that call themselves home near the Gamma/Delta border: The Culdoran Imperium, a human-based monarchical empire focused around worship of an all-powerful deity, the Talasiu Union, a collection of planetary based races that formed together an alliance for greater protection and are more focused on trade to protect themselves, and the Atruscan Federation, a bi-racial union of states devoted to expansion of their territory and the bringing in of more raw resources. All three were swiftly conquered by large invasion forces of the Gata'ja in pitched battles in orbit, space, and land, that ended in victory by the Gata'ja with the subjugated forces being scattered and forces installed to begin restructuring and integration into the Ammudzi.
Reports are scattered as reporters are not allowed in, but stories are coming from fleeing refugees, and some remnants of the militaries that escaped the net that surrounds the systems now of the dead being consumed en masse by the Gata'ja, in ritualistic fashion, of families being torn apart as camps are being set up for 'reeducation and integration into the way of life of the Gata'ja', that all who wish to stay must become as they are. Those who resist are either killed or told to leave and find somewhere else to live, with more resistance resulting in being given very basic items for survival and kicked out. The culture of these three former nations are being destroyed in favor of absorption into the greater Gata'ja whole, and many are dying for resisting the change. Cannibalism is becoming ritual, with those accepting the changes being forced to consume as part of their system, and civil liberties are curbed until they are changed. These reports are disturbing to the rest of the galactic community and the refugees are begging for help before it is too late from any who will answer.
Potential Greater Impact(s): The refugees from these nations are pouring out by the thousands, protected barely by any forces left from the invasions. Pirate and bandit activity has gone up, due to this, with pitched battles going on as the refugees desperately try to find a place to live while trying to find help. The region has become destablized with trade routes suddenly stopping and the flowing of goods and services stopping as if it never existed. The Ammudzi has informed trade will be resumed once integration has been completed, and it will be on their terms. Acceptance of contracts and deals for their plans to conduct trade out of Liu Xiu have begun but all boils down to 'wait until we signal we are ready,' and money is pouring out of the wounds in this sector and has many galactic foreign policy experts concerned that this could reignite Delta's hostile environment which has only just experienced the beginnings of peace. Lastly, the Gata'ja have proven a sudden hunger for resources and territory and it is unlikely that a power willing to go to such lengths for expansion and cultural purity will simply stop at these systems.

Activity Report Application
Submitting Party: Varagoth
Nation Name of Submitting Party: Holy Immortal Star Dominion of Varagoth
Thread Link(s):Link.
Affected Quadrant(s): Gamma.
Precise Locations (If Applicable): Vespae Expanse
Nation(s) Involved: Holy Immortal Star Dominion, Ka'rot, Novus Republic, Cordia, Velanos Dominion, Nixician Empire
Description: The Holy Immortal Star Dominion of Varagoth a interstellar human empire which divulges in it's religion focused around a cult of man have pooled it's military forces into a sudden intrusion into a area of space called the 'Vespae Expanse' which is home to several star systems who's civilizations are mostly unaware of Varagoth's incursion although it has been rumored that the planet of Karus is the sight of a assault by the Dominion which further proves evidence that Varagoth wish to conquer the entirety of the Vespae Expanse. Reporters have yet to get on the scene and may not be able to as the Dominion begins military operations in the area.
Potential Greater Impact(s): The intrusion by the neighboring Dominion although seemingly small in nature may increase as this 'conquest' continues and the Dominion gains momentum with it's eventual victories and gains. This momentum may be used to continue on a path of conquest not yet seen in the Gamma Quadrant since centuries ago and may further aid in destabilizing existing trade routes through the area and causing a influx of refugees and pirate activities.
