We will gladly represent you since your are not in the United Nations. To keep you safer we request you try and join the U.N. We also request you cease fire to try diplomacy to see if it has a brighter side than war.

President Vhin Quan ABSOLUTELY REFUSES to attend any peace summit about the current war in Kazardan. He is COMPLETELY OUTRAGED about the United Nations approval of membership for South Kazardan. He has declared that by doing this, the United Nations has completely DISREGARDED and VIOLATED the territorial sovereignty of a LEGITIMATE state. He has declared that UN InterGuard forces are no longer welcome in the Peoples Republic of Kazardan and that if sighted, they will be immediately engaged, this includes in South Kazardan. Riots have broken out in the Peoples Republic of Kazardan's capital city, Hanoi, andd they demand that South Kazardan is ejected from the UN, or the riots will continue until their demands are met.

The Kazardan Peoples Military have declared general mobilization and the nation has been shifted down to DEFCON 3.

In major Air Force Bases close to the de facto border, MiG-35's and Mi-28's have been armed and mobilized. On runways, MiG-25's can be seen in special formation, allowing waves of 30 MiG-35's to take off within minutes. Column after column of T-90MS Main Battle Tanks have been orded towards the de facto border, with strict orders not to engage until High Command give the order. A total of 210,000 infantry forces with 40,000 in reserve are approaching the de facto border, preparing to re-unite the fatherland once again.

Despite hostile actions committed by South Kazardan which has resulted in the death of ~60 men, Soviet forces have pulled back to North Kazardan in preparation for withdrawal. Though South Kazardan has once again acted with extreme aggression, the USSB will wait as negotiations go on in the United Nations. Soviet support for the People's Republic of Kazardan has not been forgotten.

A formal letter is sent to the USSB thanking them for their withdrawal and their faith in diplomacy.

All Antarctic Forces are pulled back into the ADF HQ (ADF is my regional allegiance.) About 30,000 Soldiers are well on their way back to Antarctic Continent to their families and 20,000 are sent back to a Brazil to meet with their families. In Brazil(One of my states), people celebrate for their coming home.

As Antarctic forces are scaled back we hope the North and South Kazardan do that same.

The Secretary General and President of the Delvossian Federation, Vladimir Putin, has been assessing the situation in the Peoples Republic of Kazardan since the erruption of civil war for the third time. The Peoples Republic of Kazardan is the only Collective Security Pact member in South East Asia, henceforth, the nation holds a strategical and geopolitical importance to the Collective Security Pact and its member states. Henceforth, we have come to the conclusion that the 2015 Kazardan War was started by deliberate aggression by the Republic of South Kazardan, against the legitimate government of the Peoples Republic of Kazardan. On top of this, the Capitalist bias and hate for Socialism has influenced the United Nations to turn a blind eye to the struggle of the Peoples Republic of Kazardan, in-favour for the Republic of South Kazardan. We will not tolerate such bias and we are deploying the Collective Security Pact Joint Military.

All around the nation, many South Kazardian citizens have broke out in protest when they heard about the news of the deployment of the Kazardian Peoples Military to the de facto border with the Republic of South Kazardan. Whilst South Kazardian Military forces were the first to move to the border, it came after an attack by the USSB, henceforth the move to mobilize at the border was perfectly legitimate. Where as the Peoples Republic of Kazardan simply want the complete destruction of South Kazardan and its people. The South Kazardian government has released a statement, urging citizens to calm down and saying that South Kazardan has the backing of the UN if the corrupt socialist imperialists to the North decide to launch an attack. As the statement was released to the general populace, more information came in about the Collective Security Pact deploying forces to the Northern side of the de facto border, alledgedly on 'peacekeeping' operations, including the USSB. President Mao Suhn declared that it is obvious that the CSP Joint Military forces deployed, are clearly backing the oppressive regime of Hanoi (capital and administrative of the Peoples Republic of Kazardan) by only deploying forces to their side of the border.

The mobilization of the South Kazardian Military on the de facto border is to intensify, with the positions attacked by the USSB currently being rebuilt.

The Campbell Nation expresses its condemnation of the militaristic actions of South Kazardan against the legitimate People's Republic of Kazardan. We stand in solidarity with the PRK and USSB. In accordance with our treaty obligations to the People's Republic, the federation government has begun the rapid mobilization of the People's Defence Forces of the Federation to intervene should it be requested. Our industry is ready to produce copious amounts of whatever matériel should be needed by our socialist brethren.

The DPRK has authorized the use of BO-3 tipped ballistic missles against possible South Kazardan military and civilian targets. The elite troops are meant to be the first deployment of the DPRK with its mission to combat hastily trained conscripts of South Kazardan. The DPRK air force of brand new SU-35's have been authorized to go into offensive stance against the Mig-29 of South Kazardan, with TU-180's ready for terror bombing operations under heavy DPRK escort(My air force is not experienced at bombing so expect the bombings to do little damage, but they are very good at AA). The Kelvish Peoples Navy(Best DPRK military branch, going to beat South Kazardan's non existent navy) has been mobilized, with the Trafalgar branch on maximum alert and in the process of carrying out raids, with heavy air escort against South Kazardan's main cities most notably Bangkok.

TABITH, TABITHEA - Yesterday, Tabithean President Saiful announced that he would be sending a peacekeeping force to the South Kazardan-Kazardan border to help with innocent civilians that have been grieve stricken by this civil war. Today, though, President Saiful said in a press conference that he would help out the South Kazardan villages that had been hit by missiles.

When asked, the Tabithean government says that, "...we are not helping either side here, but we must help the innocent families that have been hit by this continuing bloody civil war..."

The Soviet 4th and 6th fleets in the area began mobilization back toward South Kazardan. However, they will stop just at the edge of PRK territorial waters. F-35's and bomber aircraft begin circling around the border, and Soviet Britannian troops march in Kazardan near the border. This is merely a means of showing strength. Soviet Britain hopes the cease-fire will not be broken, and asks Vladislav to stand down for the time being. However, if a retaliatory attack is made against Vladislav, the USSB will be left with no choice.

The submarines only appear during the night and often submerge for a few minutes before diving down, and disappearing to sonars once again. The DPRK 2nd marine division is ordered to observe the cease fire unless South Kazardan troops intentionally attack. The DPRK CONDEMNS the approved membership of such an illegitimate government, and the DPRK claims that they can steamroll the supporters of South Kazardan in military invasion.

Airliner crashes on border: South Kazardan blamed!

HANOI, PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF KAZARDAN - The Peoples Ministry of Transportation have confirmed that Kazardan Airlines 92 or KZ92, has crashed on the South Kazardian side of the de facto border that exists between the rogue break-away region of South Kazardan and the Peoples Republic of Kazardan. The aircraft which crashed was a Boeing 777-200ER, containing 283 passengers and 15 crew. Kazardan Airlines 92 was a routine flight from Hanoi International Aiport, Peoples Republic of Kazardan landing at Londongrad International Aiport, United States of Soviet Britain. Of the 283 passengers, 190 were Kazardian, 60 were Soviet British, 20 Delvossians and 13 Antarctecans.

President Vhin Quan immediately released a statement, blaming the South Kazardian Military for deliberately shooting down the civilian airliner. National rage has rapidly swept the nationand there have been many riots in the capital city of Hanoi and other populated area's, demanding that South Kazardan pay for their actions or face military assault by the Peoples Republic of Kazardan.

All around the nation, a day of mourning is in effect as citizens have been given their day off from work, and at midnight, candles will be lit all across the nation, and church bells will ring simultaneously. The Peoples Ministry of Defense has orded the nation to move back down from DEFCON 4, and the nation has now been placed in DEFCON 3. President Vhin Quan will be campaigning to the United Nations and Collective Security Pact for sanctions against the rogue break-away region of the Republic of South Kazardan. President Mao Suhn his shocked to hear the crash of a Kazardian airliner in the Republic of South Kazardan, but what angers him is that the South Kazardian Military is immediately being blamed for the crash. The central government of the Peoples Republic of Kazardan, based in Hanoi, have already published news articles accusing the South Kazardian Military of deliberately shooting down Kazardan Airlines 92 to provoke a response out of the Kazardan Peoples Military, in order to gain support for the oppressive regime of South Kazardan. President Mao Suhn has without haste, denied all claims of South Kazardian Military involvement in the crash of Kazardan Airliners 92, and insists that it was either a crash involving a malfunction, pilot error or some other cause. South Kazardian Military are immediately being deployed to the crash sight to retreve the dead bodies and key parts to re-build the aircraft to finally judge what caused Kazardan Airlines 92 to crash. It is vital that the SKM secures the crash site before the KPM does. 20,000 Infantry and 35 T-80 tanks have been deployed to ensure the safety of the crash site from foreign seizure tampering.

The South Kazardan Military has been put on high alert and has declared general mobilization. The South Kazardan Air and Sea Defense network is kicked into action, with various clusters of SAM sites around the nation coming online. Anti Ship Ballistic Missiles along the South Kazardian coast have been activated to defend South Kazardan from any naval or marine assault, as well as SAMs, MG nests and coastal artillery. South Kazardian Air Force aircraft are preparing for immediate counter-strikes from their Air Force Bases if South Kazardan is suddenly attacked.
