ANIMATED CONSPIRACY
CONTROVERSIES ARISE AROUND ANIMATION CALLED "THE FINAL FATHERLAND"

Scene from The Final Fatherland; the Nihonese animation that caused a lot of controversies around the globe

11.03.2015 - Ishikwa, Empire of Greater Nihon

The Nihonese animation market has been for a long time blooming, using newest technologies for characteristic for Nihonese style. Nihonese animation differs greatly from Japanese one; it has more realistically made characters and often uses the 3D technologies to generate artificial backgrounds. As all Nihonese culture, it is geared towards national line; you won't find lollita girls here. Instead you will see glorifying Nihonese past, values, national heroes and battles... or animations rising questions about where the world is heading and today's society problems. The Final Fatherland is one of them. Set in post - apocalyptic world after massive financial and energetic crisis crippled the earth, causing nation to rise against nation. The WA created it's own armed forces and used them to restore order - but at cost of sovereignty of all nations. In 2048 animation's world a war erupted between SACTO (which has been re-arming itself and holding well after the collapse) and WA. SACTO was defeated after two hears war, but it's remnants formed the Wolf Regiments, operating in conspiracy resistance units which continued the fight around the globe. In response to wolf Regiments WA formed The Steel Legion, elite paramilitary formation operating outside all law and authorized to do whatever has to be done to quell the resistance; Kano Yoko is first Nihonese team commander of this formation. Eventually after much fighting she discovers that they were being used by WA to recover the cure for Scorpion - new disease capable of wiping out 87% of humanity which WA wants to use (as they are only organisation possessing the cure) to control humanity by forcing them to obey in exchange for the cure. Character named Shaheen, Riysan mercenary working for the Wolf Regiments also states that WA has been infiltrated by communists in late 2010s who seek global control. The team destroys the virus and kills WA chairman. In wake of their actions WA (using terrorist threat as pretext) turned into World Federation and declared martial law across whole planet, but as Kano Yoko says in last scene "the war has just begun.."

There are already video game (focusing on Shaheen's past) and TV series "The Final War" which will be continuation of the movie (planned are 7 seasons). Overall the movie became commercial success, earning millions in Nihon and abroad (being displayed in Palladin Cinemas in New Edom). The themes in the movie are fear about technology, globalisation, Orwellian control of society. For example there is shown mass invigilation by The Steel Legion of ordinary citizens through their communication technologies; no one is safe from being listened to, and the agencies have access to you through surprising things (computer camera) even in your private home, you can not get rid of it. Globalisation is here one of major themes; character named Johan Gorlitz (who often is seen commenting on the events) portrays how globalisation leads to destruction of sovereignty and culture. The WA portrayed in the animation is hell bent on enforcing it's laws and decrees to the point that they turned Gran Cuscatlan into one big prison camp for refusing to obey their orders about homosexuality; we see streets of Santiago, turned into Shanty town, heavy policed and looking like a prison camp alongside with WA forces executing civilians for refusing to obey. The theme of so called "information warfare" and how governments are infiltrated is also moved here...

And apparently this part is what caused a lot of controversies around the animation. In one scene after STL Team 777 escaped from capture of WA the Riysan mercenary who rescued them - Shaheen - explains how leftist groups infiltrate governments and international organisations aiming for one world leftist totalitarian state. He states that all leftist groups are part of this conspiracy, and use so called information warfare (IW) to conquer the enemy even if he does not sees it; methods of placing agents of influence, infiltration of governments, spying - everything is moved during that speech. In the movie WA has been infiltrated by communists and used to push that goal; he also draws a lot of parallels to real life events ( such as marriage bill in WA). WA is called here the ultimate tool that will bring the enslavement of mankind; and Gorlitz claims that "all nations should get the f**k out of it."

This portrayal caused a lot of controversies and protests around the globe. Leader of Society for Democracy and Environment, Nishiki Aki, has expressed her utter disgust with what she calls "disgusting piece of fascist propaganda". According to her the Animatorix studio which created the animation has links with Nihonese far-right organisations and created this animation to portray leftism and WA in bad light. Similar concerns were made by Fujiri Motoko, leader of women's rights foundation:

"We got apparent piece of hidden rightist propaganda" she says "This animation is utterly disgusting. How dare they portray leftist movements as power hungry monsters! We should all protest the animation together!"

So far the controversies only invited more people to see the movie and added it fans; it has also been praised for ground-breaking special effects and original plot. However, the wave of controversy can soon backfire to it...

A "Fascist" Anime from Nihon: The Final Fatherland

Here ye, here ye, my friends! Another anime I hayeth obtained from the holy land of lolitaness, kawaii-ness, and onii-chan-samas, Nihon! Actually, no. Nihon is more of a nation where it uplifts its nationalistic values. You know, like how North Korea acts (give it up for the Kim family everyone!)

Getting onto the point, Nihon animators released a new animated series called, The Final Fatherland. The setting in this series is in a post-apocalyptic world that is rendered by a world war resulting from a global financial and energetic disaster. Loads of bodies piled up over the years and the harmonious state of the world is deteriorating. Order turned into disarray, anarchy ruled the whole world. However, the almighty savior of the world, the World Assembly, decided to create their army to enforce peace and stability to the world. One by one, the World Assembly absorbed nations, nearby and outside its realms, towards its powerful grasp, strictly bestowing upon them annexation to its territoy, with no home rule. Gee, world domination much? Anyhow, SACTO, an international treaty organization, decided that they weren't going to let them be consumed by, as they said, "this gluttonous monster that will digest the free will of others." So they raise up their own armed forces in the defense of their homelands.

In 2048, World War IV erupted between the two superpowers. Eventually, SACTO put up a good fight for a timespan of two years, but in vain. Nevertheless, those still filled with great nationalist sense formed a confederate resistance group called the Wolf Regiments, whose purpose is to liberate countries all over the world from the "totalitarian regime" of the World Assembly.

The World Assembly would not let this stand out, so they fulfilled their own agenda of trying to eliminate the resistance movement by delcaring martial law throughout the whole planet and conslidate their rule on public and private life via terrorist tactics. But, the Wolf Regiments know well enough that it will not stop them from disabling the regime itself.

Interesting, I must say. The animation, overall, is great. Nihonese animators really are geniuses in using 3D graphics to run their show. The concept and storyline are epic, especially its themes. Nihon's shows always has the tendency to, at least, show us the current problems in this world today, besides having another habit of showing off their greatest ideals.

However, the real point of bringing this anime up for discussion is of controversial ideas that this show presents. The Nihonese claim that, from their animated series:

  • Leftists have been conspiring to enforce a world domination policy.

That is crazy, simple as that. The Nihonese are expressing that all leftists are trying to gain control of strong organizations, so to exploit them for obtaining the whole Earth. In real life, leftists, themsleves, wanted a free type of government. Seems like the Nihonese are really that frantic about denying freedom of speech. Or maybe they're using this show to promote their own agenda of saying totalitarianism is good.

What do you say about this?

Hi there, Cong Bianh! Long time, no see!

I just want to say that through this anime they have, the Nihonese is really trying to say that liberalism is an impure religion, here. They are trying to spread the message to the world that right-wing politics is the number-one game to really play. Gosh, do they actually think that leftism is detrimental to the world? Are they trying to say that bringing and desiring peace for the world is a bad thing? Even for the World Assembly, they had to make it a Nazi-like organization so to express their message more clearly. For goodness' sake, it's like saying that anime is a mind control method used by the Japanese to gain the hearts and minds of people all over the world.

However, despite that, I do love their method of animating the whole series with 3D graphics and most importantly, their storyline. They do bring up good themes from their anime, I admit, but for the wrong reasons.

I'll have to agree with Thi Kim here. Look at the current situation in Suang. Buddhists have been begging for freedom and sovereignty of their former realm and the Nihonese responded with military measures. Despite the fact that they've taken on violent measures, they still express their freedom of speech. They've had enough of being under foreign rule. Why wouldn't they let go of it? They fight for freedom, but the Nihonese, as always, silences them. And this series is trying to explain their true agenda, as that in Suang.

Curysia Morning News
Op-Ed: Nihonese Movie Angers International Leftist Movements
Author: Dean Burke

As we can see from the recent spate of international media outrage, a recently released movie from Nihondai called 'The Final Fatherland' depicts a post-apocalyptic world wherein the World Assembly, under the control of Communist infiltrators and subversives, wages world war against independent factions for the purpose of advancing their leftist goals. After defeating its enemies on the battlefield, it stages a false flag terrorist operation killing its chairman, blaming the release of a new virus capable of eliminating the vast majority of the world's population, and attempts to use the cure for said virus to bring all the nations of the world under the control of its newly proclaimed World Federation, a one world government.

Needless to say, Communists, liberals, and left-wing radicals from all the nations of the world still under the sway of Communism or liberal democracy are up in arms about this, claiming it's a senseless piece of "propaganda", aimed at provoking public hostility towards the World Assembly and all leftist movements. But let's look at this objectively. Entertainment evolves over the course of time to reach maximum viewership. Companies wouldn't be producing this sort of thing if people weren't predisposed to enjoy it. Forms of entertainment throughout history have often made light of human fears about the world around them, and that means that the people of Nihondai and many other peoples of the world might possibly share a feeling of discomfort at growing global institutions which presume to dictate policy to their members.

Perhaps instead of getting angry at a simple animated movie, maybe people should simply ask themselves 'Why is this so popular to begin with?'. After all, the World Assembly does insist that its member nations follow all pieces of 'legislation' that its General Assembly passes. Now of course the World Assembly lacks all means of enforcement, and most member nations just follow their own national government's policies anyways. But with every piece of 'legislation' that the World Assembly passes, it is at least attempting to control the nations of the world. Is it not possible that over the course of the next 30 years, the World Assembly could attempt to grow its powers?

After witnessing the inhumanity of biological warfare suffered by the peoples at the world under the control of Communist regimes propping themselves in third world nations everywhere, is it not reasonable to assume that these nations might be predisposed to using such means of a global scale if they had the power to do so? I say this game is perfectly reasonable, and it reflects a real problem posed by globalist institutions.

Is the World Assembly useful, and should Greater Americania continue its membership of it? Of course. But should Greater Americania and its counterparts around the world check the growth of its powers wherever it attempts to spread them? Absolutely. The creators of 'The Final Fatherland' shouldn't be condemned, but rather commended for standing up in the face of this disgusting reactionary leftism and talking about a very real, but oft ignored problem.

It's good to see that there are other cultures out there in the world who share our patriotic sentiments. Kudos to the people of Nihondai for creating this. It's always refreshing to see common sense prevail.

Haven't done a movie review in awhile since I summarized "The Film Job" so I lets get this show on the road.

Well I can't say I'm big into anime, but after seeing the controversy around this movie I had to see it and I have to say I was impressed. The animations are much better than what I expected, utilizing 3-D animation rather than simple cartooning (which isn't a bad choice, it's just overused compared to what the Nijonese have brought us).

Set in a dystopian future with the WA exerting world-domination control of everything, I was half expecting another Hunger Games rip-off, but I was surprised to find it more of a resistance-dominated "fight-back" film. While the movie has some dry twists such as the main character finding out the WA is infiltrated with leftists who want to poison the world to give themselves control, it is still a fun ride overall.

All in all the movie makes one excellent point about the danger of Pinko infiltrators sneaking into government organizations as part of a conspiracy to destroy the freedoms we hold dear. Remember, it was leftist infiltrators who exploited our own independence movement against the British crown and hijacked it to craft a Soviet puppet-state (a socialist thugocracy which killed over 5 million of our own I might add). Vigilance is a key requirement for freedom, especially when dealing with the anti-liberty pinko scum that brought us Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Che, Castro and Solvereux; and the hundreds of millions left dead by their delusional power ploys.
This film may be a work of total fiction, but it's warnings ring true as always...

My rating: A-
Excellent work from our Nijonese friends!
Over and out!

Entertainment

Our leading film critic, Walsh Hammerman, reviews a new Nihonese anime

To start off, I can't understand why people are so uppity about these 3D animations: They give me headaches, for one. In addition, traditional animes, with their exotic, exaggerated and humorous characters, have been a baseline of the genre for decades, and now the Nihonese have managed to subvert even this beautiful, creative anime for their own agenda.

In the movie, called The Final Fatherland, a Riysan hired goon, Shaheen, leads a group of lupine-inspired soldiers, the remnants of the defeated SACTO, against an out-of-control WA that intends to subvert the world under its control.

I was willing to give this movie the benefit of the doubt, though I became critical after the main character, a Riysan "mercenary", began spouting off about how evil liberals had infiltrated the WA and made into a terrible organization, and that liberals and communists want to take over the world. I can understand people having strong feelings, but mercenaries are supposed to be pragmatic, not taking sides. If you want a character to criticize the horrors of a government, then have them experience it from the belly of the beast, not from the outside. No real background is provided for Shaheen, either, though a video game detailing her past is currently in the works. Whether it will make her a less shallow, one-sided character is yet to be seen.

Further, the fact that the WA, a well-respected international organization whose intentions are to provide basic guidelines on human rights, foreign relations, and the laws of war for all nations to follow, is depicted as a terrorist organization bent on conquering the world also made me raise my eyebrows.

Nonetheless, the clincher for me was that there's no real given reason for why the WA wants a takeover: Greed? Power? Money? This film is a dull, boring, classic black-and-white snoozathon, complete with big-budget animation trying to mask that fact.

The one good moment in the movie is at the beginning, when it's said that SACTO, a group of fascist nations aiming to turn the world into a Nazi paradise, is said to have been defeated. Afterwards, it appears simply that the Nihonese government is throwing money after a cliche plot with lousy characters to try and make it seem better. At best, two and a half stars.

Would You Like some Conspiracy with those Bagels?
Nihonese Animations Spark a Wave of Giggles

By Yuli Tsaplin | 14 March 2015, 00:00 NST

When life gives you lemons, what do you do? You make parodies, of course.
Image
One of the stars of the Parody

The recent release of the Nihonese animation The Final Fatherland has been ignored throughout the peninsula except for some amused titters from celebrity twitters, but one team of animators had their creative liquors uncorked by this peculiar bit of propaganda.

They are called Jaskar Studios, and their adaptation of the classic Nerotysian fable Daravina in 2014 catapulted them to international fame. Their next project is highly anticipated, however they seem to have taken a break over the past few months.

Their sophomore release turned out to be a parody of The Final Fatherland, called The Senile Suckerland, and it certainly made a splash when it was unleashed onto the internet for free. The film uses the exact same characters and animation style as the Nihonese version, however now the Wolf Regiments are heavily-pimpled teens who discuss fascism and racism inside Shaheen's parent's basement. The teens become convinced that the government is oppressing them, and label the police the Steel Legion. In one scene, the teens whack some of these ruthless 'Steel Legion' police officers with sticks, and the two officers can only laugh hysterically as the foolish fellows rant about the conspiracy of the WA.

Finally the climax rolls along - the teens have been planning to bomb the WA building in Shynsk. They construct a spherical object out of leaves and toy tanks, held together with hot glue, and burst through the doors of the building and announce that the WA shall perish. They drop their leaf-bomb and wait for their heroic deaths. The film ends with the citizens in the building rolling around on the floor laughing as the teens all piss themselves in anticipation of the explosion that will never happen.

The parody was something of a media phenomenon, with #itsallaconspiracy trending for days on twitter. Major celebrities jumped in as well - Anastasia Volonov tweeted "my eyes have been opened. clearly #itsallaconspiracy." Pyotr Anasenko, the famed Nerotysian footballer, tweeted as well, saying "The outcome of every game is determined by the WA...no wonder I can't score hattricks! #itsallaconspiracy."

Finally, Chairperson Anya Rusakova addressed the phenomenon last night, when she was asked about it during her monthly press conference. With a rare smile she said:

"I was going to issue an official response...but then the Senile Suckerland came out, and I thought, that will do." Later the Nerotysian Peninsular Communist Party's website was fashioned with a link - 'The Official Response of the NPCP' - which when clicked leads viewers to the film.

After their parody was released, the animators themselves summed the nation's feelings up best when they said:

"The Final Fatherland is like a dim little brother - sometimes it's annoying, but usually it's just good for a laugh."
