**Ishmal - Central Kahraan**
It was a sunny and extremely hot day within the Emirate of Kahraan. The capital of Ishmal was well awake, men walking down the asphalt roads to work and dropping their children at schools while the women stayed at home. It all seemed well and normal, until locally produced Husseini tanks were spotted driving down the streets and armed men searching & holding buildings hostage.
Within a few hours, the whole East of Ishmal was secured and under control. As soon as the unknown forces moved into the 'Grand City' region, they came under heavy fire. Grenades and rockets came flying from all different directions while the coup perpetrators took shelter. They fought back and miraculously made the defenders retreat their positions. As they advanced, resisting civilians & captured military personnel were executed on the streets along with the shouts of 'Allahu Akbar!' The Emirate was falling.
As the cities and villages fell to the forces now known as the 'Ansar al-Mahdi', some select few advanced to the Golden Palace, the residence of the Emir & his family. They regrouped and entered. As soon as they entered, bullets thudded into men and grenades trashed the building. It lasted for half an hour before Ansar al-Mahdi reinforcements arrived. They swept through the area before finding the Emir. He began pleading for his life, begging and saying he will do anything. This did nothing. He was stripped naked and tied to a pole facing a wall saying 'Death' in the Arabic script. Three men armed with KL-7.62mm rifles aimed them at his head, and fired. He slumped over dead and was removed from the premises. He was tied to a crane and left on display.
As the nation was theirs, the Ansar al-Mahdi disbanded and claimed victory. A man named Say'ed Massoud Fateh decreed that he is the 'Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Kahraan.' Will he be better than the Emir? Will he be worse? God holds the answer...
