The United Galactic Colonies wrote:Pegasus Command Bridge
Epsilon Eridani

The bridge of the Pegasus rocked violently as the bright beam whizzed right past the Pegasus' frontal hull, shaking and knocking out a few nonessential powers, which came back online only a few seconds after the shot was fired.

"It appears they fired a warning shot at us as well." Said one of the Radar Officers. The crew watched as the warship drew closer and closer, refusing to stop.

"Alright this is enough! They want to play chicken? Okay...we'll play. Helmsmen, full speed ahead!" Said the Admiral, watching as the warship creeped on the Pegasus.

Both of the Helmsmen pushed the engine controller levers all the way to the steel station, and with a rush of force, the crew was forced back a little bit as all 8 of the high powered engines flared in a wondrous display of purple haze that dissipated over a short period of time.

The Pegasus forced itself ahead, directly towards the battleship, the Indomitable holding position, it's guns still trained as the full might of it's fighter and interceptor Air wings were finishing final preparations.

"Sir. there going straight for one of the Rokhs!" A ensign shouted.
" Tell that captain to go full speed ahead and to turn on his shields. This might get messy." The Captain said.

The Rokh began to speed up, headed right for the Front of the Pegasus. I golden wave began to wash over sections of the Battleship as it Flew.
The Captain of the Chimera sent a transmission to the Pegasus in text.

" You should slow down."

Squeeheart wrote:The corvette captains look at each other with worry, but the Bulkans don't know why. The captains know Taffy took longer than he should've to cloak the Joanna, but nobody thought the fleets would've scanned the credentials of that ship so quick to get all the details on it.

The Squeeheartians have foolishly revealed the existence of their Joanna stealth cruisers...

Quickly thinking, Captain Townes speaks up and makes an excuse. Meanwhile Captain Wish's communications go to static making it unclear as to what is going on. During Townes's discussion, Grand Admiral Taffy and Captain Wish speak with each other in private.

Captain Townes: I'm sorry everypony, but the secret is out now. My Bulkan friends, that ship we're following is being piloted by a terrorist! (All the other ponies looked shock about what is being said, but try acting natural.) That ship was suppose to remain hidden from public eye, but the Grand Admiral Taffy has betrayed us. He plans on escorting that ship to Celestia knows where. We must destroy that ship before our enemies obtain it by any means necessary.

Porter's Sergeant: Captain, the Joanna is hiding behind our corvette. (Porter nervously looks at the sergeant, ears shot up.)

Captain Porter: What? Shoot it down!

The Sergeant: Um, sir? Isn't that against our--

Captain Porter: No! Shoot it down! The Admiral is a traitor to our country! You know what we do with traitors... (The Bulkan fleets can see the weapons for the corvettes coming online. The Grand Admiral Taffy finally appears, having listened to the conversation.

Admiral Taffy: This ship is mine, foals! You're not getting it back. Your government is illegitimate and once I offer this ship to Novaya Equestria, I'll make a fine profit and your Monarch will be bucked! Maybe I'll even get enlisted into their ranks, and help lead a personal invasion on the Hexagon! Let Squeeheart burn!

Shock and terror is on the faces of the ponies when the Joanna uncloaks and flies low around the starboard of Captain Wish's ship. It opens fire and destroys several cannons before activating the hyperjump and escaping the Bulkan fleet. Wish's corvette is still stable, but pieces of debris fly from the beautiful ship. Captain Wish finally establishes better contact with the Bulkans and Jasmine Corvettes. Sirens are blaring behind him and troops are running in different directions.

Captain Wish: Um, don't worry, these are just minor scratches. However it may take a while before we're ready to jump again. Porter, Townes, we should head back to Poneria. We need to convince the Hexagon to send better forces. (The captains agree, but they don't nod until they see Wish wink. The Bulkans also noticed the rather odd wink.)

Bulkan generals, we're terribly sorry for the inconvenience. By the way, don't attack Novaya Equestria on sight if you see them. If rumors are true, they're going to use the Joanna's blueprints to create more stealth cruisers. It is bad enough our relations are weak, but if we accuse Novaya outright they will send an invasion force on Squeeheart! Besides, anyone who knows of Fuhrer Borealis knows of his policy with terrorists: I surmise the Novayans will just kill Taffy and take the blueprints anyways.

This conflict just is between us, Novaya, and traitor Taffy. Don't get involved. We don't want any Bulkan casualties to arise from this.

The Jasmine Corvettes activate their hyperjumps and fly back Poneria. It is highly likely though the Bulkans are suspicious of Squeeheart, especially of Captain Wish.

The Captain of the Leviathan thought for a moment.
"All units. deactivate Cloak."

Thousands of Ships began to appear, Leviathans, Rokhs, Phoenixes, Merlins, thousands of ships.
They all were pointed at the Corvettes.

"Explain your Presence in this region of Space Immediately or face the might of the Caldari Navy!" The Captain of a Rokh said over a comm link.

The captains all noticed how the Joanna managed to enter the Bulkan wormhole by hyperjumping, instead of seeking out the Green Nebula or even Poneria. When the Bulkan fleets uncloak numerous more of their ships, the ponies all begin to panic. Without a second thought, Porter and Townes quickly hyperjump as well in different directions to avoid death. Porter follows the Joanna into the wormhole and Townes heads over to the Green Nebula sector. Cowards.

Captain Wish's corvette is left all alone. All 32 ponies on board are still alive, but the ship is too heavily damaged around the starboard to properly fight back. Considering the damage to the ship, it is questionable if the right side can even hold together during a hyperjump. The captain will have to persuade his way out of this.

Captain Wish: Wait a moment! Don't shoot! Our ship is too heavily damaged to quickly evade or fight back. I'll tell you what you want to know if you just let us all live. Please? We surrender.

The Unicorn pony looks through the comm link giving a cute, but sad-looking face. Clearly a part of him believes this will let the ponies live. Some of the ponies have entered the escape pods just in case this surrender doesn't work out.

"Nice try." The Rokh captain said.

A wyvern came over to there ship.
A Tractor beam was activated, and pulled the Corvette in to the Hanger of the Carrier.
Small arms came down, and grabbed it after the tractor went offline.
The arms guided it in to a Dock and clamped it in to the dock.

" Were going to repair your engines. " A Voice said over the Intercomm. "Once that's done, your going to leave this region of space and go back to your planet. "

Captain Wish had no idea why the Bulkans have chosen to do this, but the message was clear enough: He and his crew will survive, so long as they head back to Poneria and never show their faces anywhere around the Nucleus again. It remains unknown what will happen to Taffy, Porter, and Townes, but at least Wish and the other ponies on his ship will survive. He is amazed the Bulkans chose not to interrogate them. Either that or they forgot.

Actually, the Bulkans already figured it out: They hacked the contents of the bridge data while also repairing the Jasmine Corvette's engines. They know Squeeheart is preferring to secretly scout "the Nucleus" for a new planet or two to colonize due to overpopulation. However, it is rather odd how their coordinates for the Green Nebula sector somehow diverted their directions to the Bulkan armada. There are three other ships to deal with should the Bulkans encounter them: Two Jasmine Corvettes and the Joanna.

Back at the Hexagon Captain Wish reports of his failure to keep the operation secret. However he doesn't know the Bulkans have hacked the bridge data of his ship. Instead he's going on the assumption that they believe Taffy is a traitor, and the other two frigates are seeking the Joanna.

Monarch Raven: I don't like this: They could have just killed you, but instead they chose to let you live. The military should probably fire you for your carelessness, however I think you should stay in charge, Captain Blessed Wish.

Captain Wish: Your highness, I don't think the Bulkans will appreciate it if I show my face around the Nucleus again.

Monarch Raven: I don't care. You're under my command, so you do as I say, not them. Besides, they've chosen to let you live, and I don't believe this is coincidence. Perhaps the Regal Sisters have marked your destiny for Operation Terra?

General Trotter: Religion or no, the fact the Bulkans fleets are entering the Nucleus creates problems for our Operation. Even if we do find a planet to colonize, the Bulkans will probably step in and use their advanced technology to destroy our new homes. If we send in any more ships to the Nucleus, we should prioritize little on stealth and more on advanced weaponry.

Monarch Raven: Even that won't be enough I'm afraid: The Bulkan armada have years of military experience behind them, while we have memories of water pistols in the backyard. We will need alliances. Captain, for the sake of Operation Terra, I'm promoting you to the rank of General. You will move out when we have found a suitable nation for a candidate. We cannot enter the unknown sectors alone. Not anymore. In the meantime we should try reestablishing contact with Captain Townes so he can regroup here. No idea what we will do about Porter and Taffy though...

UGS Pegasus
Pegasus Bridge
Epsilon Eridani

As the two warships gained ground on each other, the enemy warship suddenly activated it's force field, protecting it from the damage the Pegasus could have done to the vessel.

"Sir, we are detecting a massive energy pulse surrounding the incoming vessel. Looks like a force field of some type. We are looking at severe damage to the Pegasus and heavy casualties if we ram that thing! Admiral, call this off!" Said Commander MacTavish, becoming more and more worried, the closer they got.

The Admiral simply stood, watching as the ship became closer and closer, not saying a word.

"Admiral Stahlworth, sir! Call off this shit! We won't win!" Demanded the Commander, walking up and nudging the Admiral's arm. Alarms began blaring off as the Proximity Warning declared the distance from the vessel unsafe and immediate recourse is strongly recommended.

"Admiral!" Yelled the Commander at his C.O. Admiral Stahlworth continued to stare off, almost as if he wasn't there.

"Evasive maneuvers! Now!" MacTavish ordered to the Helmsmen.

"We take our orders from the Admiral, not you, sir!" Said the First Class Helmsmen Bryan Stewart.

"Augh! Give me that damn thing!" Said the Commander as he ran over to the Control Panel for the engines. Once he arrived, he pushed Helmsman Stewart away and pressed a serious of buttons. The left side of the engines deactivated and the right side fired at double power, as assistive mini motors kicked in and turned the Pegasus almost to the side, as it turned quickly, throwing a good portion of the crew from their stations as the G-forces knocked the entire ship around. The Admiral was thrown against the wall, knocked out cold at the effects of such an abrupt move.

The move was a success, though. The Pegasus successfully avoided the careless and bullying moves of the enemy warship. As the ship gained level footing once more, the Commander stood from his spot that he landed.

"Status report! Is everyone alright?" Said the Commander.

Some of the crew managed to speak out a "I'm good!" While some just managed to regain the air knocked from their lungs.

"All systems are still operational! Weapons, life support, no damage from what I see here, Commander!" Said one of the youngest officer staff, a Lieutenant Maria Davidson, only 17 years of age.

"Good...what about the Admiral, make sure he's okay!" The Commander could barely spit that out as he watched the battlecruiser pass over the Pegasus via storage section cameras towards the rear of the ship.

"Bastards..." the Commander whispered.

Several Listening Units recorded the transmission between the Corvette and its planet of Poneria.
" Well. this is unexpected news now isn't it?" The captain of the Wyvern said to the Leviathans captain.
"Yes, Yes, Yes. " He said.
"What do we do?"
"We send them on there way when were done. While were at it, didn't the smaller ship go through the wormhole?" The Leviathan captain asked.
"I believe so."
" Hmm. I well report this to High command. "
" Well then. what do we do?" The Wyvern captain asked.
" Station a battalions worth of marines outside the dock."

Location Unknown
Somewhere in The Center of The Galaxy

Grand Admiral Taffy lies down in his bean bag of a chair, trying to catch his breath after the chase. All around the Joanna is nothing but empty space. Nowhere in sight is the Bulkan fleet, but the admiral is paranoid and chooses to keep the cloaking field up. He messages over the intercom for the attention of the other two passengers aboard the Joanna.

Taffy Well, perhaps now we aren't in an intense and dire situation, sort of, and we aren't being rushed into space like the overly eager captains wanted, perhaps my crew would like to introduce themselves?

Star Galore: I am Lieutenant Star Galore, your assistant officer for this mission. I have been chosen for this assignment because I have great capabilities with defensive spells for both ourselves and this ship; I can heal our wounds and cast a protective shield that should protect us long enough to hyperjump to the next safest location, so long as I can effectively concentrate through my meditation.

Techno: I am Techno Wright, your one and only engineer. No other Pegasus has repair skills quite like I do!

Star Galore: Don't mind him, he just takes pride in his work. His father actually drafted the blueprints for this ship, you know.

Taffy: Impressive. The both of you. I'm glad to have you two aboard this vessel. Any idea where we are?

Star Galore: I was hoping you would, but I can't even see the wormhole from here. I fear we may have hyperjumped way too far. Nobody will find us out here, not even the Bulkans will know where to find us. We are quite lost Sir.

Techno: I believe we should try activating our emergency beacons; Maybe someone--

NO! Taffy and Star Galore both look at each other before calming down.

Taffy: I mean, we shouldn't activate the alert beacon. Anyone could track it down, including the Bulkans. Operation Terra is suppose to be a stealthy scouting mission, and unless we get word otherwise, we must press forward. We should just keep flying around until we see something interesting. If we're lucky, we will encounter a starship we can stealthily follow and work from there. If not, well then we're stuck with Techno's plan.

Star Galore: Our only plan I'm afraid. I don't have any other strategy myself. Let's just hope during our travels we do not run out of fuel. The only thing worse than being completely lost is being lost in unvisited sectors with no fuel. I'll keep the comm link scanners online in case we pick up any feed going on in space.

Taffy: Smart plan. Techno, make sure everything is in check. I'm going to take a look around the ship and when we're ready, we will keep moving forward.

Techno: Very well Sir, but to be honest, I have a bad feeling about this...

Taffy was wise and fortunate to keep the cloaking field active. The ships move by the Joanna, and with passengers of only three it is almost impossible to scan for Admiral Taffy unless they knew exactly where the stealth cruiser is. Without a word, Taffy signals Star Galore to shut down the comm link just in case anyone can hear them. Without a sound, the comm link is powered down.

The Merlin frigates don't seem to suspect the presence of the Joanna, but the crew knows the Bulkans are on high alert for them. It is amazing how the frigates managed to jump as far as the Joanna did. Even with the comm links down, the Grand Admiral remains highly paranoid, only signaling to both Galore and Techno. The stealth cruiser follows close behind the frigates with the cloaking still enabled to avoid any attention. The crew hopes the frigates will lead them to someplace safe, or at least significant.

UGS Pegasus
Pegasus Bridge

As the crew finally got readjusted into their stations, they witnessed the other ships of the unknown faction jump away out of sight. As the crew of the Pegasus watched on as the ships jumped away, only one remained, engines deactivated, sitting completely still.

"Send a message to that ship! Tell them...my name is Commander Peter MacTavish, second in command to Vice Admiral Stahlworth of the United Galactic Ship Pegasus. We represent a human civilization known as the United Galactic Colonies, and we wish to make peace." Said the Commander.

What MacTavish just said, was considered treason by the UGC Navy's Rules of Extraterrestrial Encounter. The rule he just broke was a lower officer permitting peace without the consent of the Fleet Admiral or the various Admirals of the Navy. Commander MacTavish knew that, and he still continued on. But if we truly went by that rulebook, the Admiral would have broken another rule as well. Participating in Bully activities to attempt to gain infamy among the other civilization at the risk of UGC personnel and vessel.

The Communications Lieutenant thought for a second on whether or not he wanted to facilitate treason. Treason, if not amounting to death, would at least amount immediate dishonorable discharge, something that every Colonial looks down upon.

The Commander approached the Comms Lieutenant slowly and stared down at him.

"Do as I say, Lieutenant." Said MacTavish, his expression getting more aggressive as the seconds passed.

"Aye, sir." Said the Lieutenant quietly.

Within seconds, the Pegasus's Virtual Intelligence translated the spoken words of the Commander to the message and sent it off to the battleship.

Code: Select all
INCOMING MESSAGE FROM UGS PEGASUS EXECUTIVE OFFICER, COMMANDER PETER MACTAVISH.....
Our vessel represents the United Galactic Colonies, a Human civilization at coordinates we refuse to tell of until peace can be established between our two worlds. I do not act as Admiral Stahlworth, who engaged you in such a stupid move as coming straight at you. I wish to come aboard your vessel with a small security detail of 3 Marines and another Officer, if you will so allow it. Reply with a message if you do agree.

The Message ended after that and the Commander turned to where two Weapon Systems Officers sat on bended knee, tending to the yet unconscious Admiral.

"Sergeant-At-Arms, take the Admiral to the brig." Said the Commander simply. The soldier did not move, shaking his head slightly, showing a "no". This caused the Commander to quickly pace towards the soldier and get in his face.

"Have you forgotten the rules in place for such happenings?! The UGC Navy Vessel Rules say that if the Commanding Officer is incapacitated, it is the Executive Officers duty to take charge! I am the Commanding Officer! Do as I say and take Stahlworth to the Brig! Now!" Said the Commander, the full extent of his Scottish Anger unleashing on the poor Marine.

The Marine shook his head "yes" and walked to the Admiral, getting help from one of the WS Specialists as they exited the room to the lock-up.

Another Warp shock wave shacked the ship again, this time it was larger.
A Battleship, a Scorpion class one, had warped in on Patrol, following the Frigates to scan a field if they deemed a anomaly present.
Its marking resembled the Caldari Police Commissioner Office.

It began to slowly move through the field, scanning the surrounding area for any possible anomalies. Both Thermal, and optic. It searched for distortions in time and space as well.

Captain Townes's Jasmine Corvette
The Green Nebula Sector

Captain Townes safely made it to the Green Nebula Sector: The intended destination of Grand Admiral Taffy and the Jasmine Corvettes. Considering the massive fleet around the wormhole in the other sector, there is a 50/50 chance of scouts having tried to follow in Townes's path. He can only pray this is not the case, for he knows not what will happen if the Bulkans are persistent in this case. The Captain orders everyone to try establishing a connection with the Hexagon. To his fortune, they are successful. On screen is the Monarch, General Trotter, and Blessed Wish all in one room.

Raven: Captain Townes, we were worried you wouldn't be found again. Our comm connections tell us you're over in the Green Nebula sector?

Townes: That is correct, Madam. I was hoping Porter would have followed me, but it appears they must have jumped into the Bulkan wormhole with the Grand Admiral.

Raven: I was hoping General Wish was wrong about that. Such a shame...

Townes: Excuse me: General Wish?

Raven: There have been a change of plans with Operation Terra. I feel both you and Wish have been destined by the Regal Sisters to make this whole ordeal a success for our nation. That being said, you too are going to receive a promotion to General as well. That isn't a problem is it?

Townes: (The former captain is clearly blushing with the honor.) Oh um, no. No, of course not! I mean this is so sudden...

Trotter: You can celebrate when you and your frigate have returned to Poneria. For now the Monarch wishes to gather up a fleet of her own to send into the Nucleus. With the threat of the Bulkans in the sectors, we can no longer rely on stealth. Enemies will find us one way or another and we will need a strong military might to defeat our opposition.

Raven: We will also need an alliance with some other capable military force if we hope to stand a chance against anything as threatening as the Bulkans. The only problem is: Who else could possibly be visiting the unknown sectors? It is suicide and even the Bulkan know this for a fact.

Wish: Perhaps we should send scouts into the sectors to seek out any other fleets?

Trotter: Negative: With the fleet size you described, combined with the fact we've encountered the Bulkans, any further adventures into the Nucleus will surely result in much greater acts of aggression from the Bulkans, or maybe other dangerous empires even.

Townes: Any further adventures you say? As in any more ships into space? How about I just stay in the unknown sectors and search for allies myself?

Raven: (Before Trotter can speak up, Raven talks first.) Actually that isn't a bad idea. You're already there with plenty of fuel and supplies, and assuming you follow the directions we gave you correctly I add, you should come across someone hopefully. After all, these sectors are the outer layer of the Nucleus, so chances of death while great, are also minimal even with just one frigate.

Very well, you have your new objectives. Patrol the path we gave you and seek out any other nations daring to explore the sector. Try to form friendly contact with them, but do not reveal Operation Terra to them. I order you to have them establish contact with me personally instead. If we are forming any alliances, I need to know the people we're working with are reliable. If anyone tries to attack you, you are authorized to use lethal force. Good luck, and Sisters be with you, General.

Townes: (Townes gives a very wide smile.) Yes, your highness. Attention crew, Operation Terra is still a go! Everypony to their positions. We've got a lot of scouting to do!

He stood up and paced around the bridge of the ship.
He sat back down and wrote his reply.

" Attention UGC vessel, your are allowed to come aboard. escort must be TWO marines. No more, no less. "

UGS Pegasus, Bridge

The Commander thought for a moment. What did one less marine mean to these people? If they wanted to kill them, they would get no less resistance than two.

"I need a Raptor ready for me and two Marines. ASAP." Said MacTavish as he walked quickly through the large hallway leading to the elevators.

As he walked, he remembered his wife and child back on Terraron. He had this cute little apartment in the 134th Level of Talia, the largest city of Terraron. The 134th was a small, quant little deck of Talia. Each Level had a different country themes. Luckily, 134th was Scottish based, his family's ancient homeland. His wife, Lentalis owns a small bakery a few miles away from the Apartment complex the Commander lived in. His son, Matheus, was only the age of 5 when Peter enlisted him in the Junior Colonial Naval Academy, located on Level 100. His father, Marthen, was Rear Admiral of the UGS Requisitor, a Sunray-Class Dreadnought long retired. His father served In the Navy for over 45 years before his retiring and Peter being promoted to Commander. The reason that this was all relevant, was that because he was about to meet the first extraterrestrial species ever met by Humanity. He was to be something that his father always wanted for his family name, which was famous. As MacTavish entered the tram car that would lead to the Left Hangar Pod, he entered the Pegasus' Security Database, choosing two of the best and seasoned Marines on the vessel. The tramcar door slammed shut and it slowly rumbled as it gained speed, little white lights blaring past, off and on as it became faster and faster, a slow, light clacking sound heard under where the rails met the car.

Tata tootoo, tata tootoo. The sound became a rhythm, but yet the Commander stood unphased. Nervousness of the upcoming meeting was all his mind could possible think of. He looked down, checking out his blue navy dress, making sure no scuffs were on his black, shiny shoes, no creases in his blue jacket, his collar fixed correctly in the right spot.

A slight dinging sound was heard as the tram began to slow.

"Incoming Stop: Left Side Frontal Hangar Pod" Said the Pegasus VI.

As the door swizzed open, he saw a large open space, covered with fighter parts, disconnected Raptor and Sasquatch doors and mechanics welding down cuts to various spots of fighters and interceptors that suffered a few bad hits in the combat sims back in Alpha Centauri.

As the Commander walked past, more than a dozen pilots and hangar deck personnel stood at attention and saluted. Not to the man, they had no idea who he was. Just the blue uniform of a Navy officer. The downfall of serving on such a large warship. Ahead he witnessed two large, built men adorning the usual Galactic Marine black combat uniform with the black vest carrying extra magazines, flashbangs, and a grenade or two.

"Commander MacTavish. Hello, sir." Said the man as they both saluted to the superior officer.

"I am Sergeant Major Rylus Thommin. This is First Sergeant Micheal Garcia. We are your escorts on this venture." Said Sergeant Major Thommin as he went back to holding his assault rifle tight.

"Head to the Raptor. I will join you shortly." Said MacTavish as he turned and activated his wrist computer.

"VI, close this channel for just me and you." Said the Commander, speaking to the Pegasus VI.

"Action completed." Said the VI on his personal wrist computer network.

"If I am to be captured and used as a hostage, or killed. I want you to take hold of the Pegasus' weapons and open fire with every gun she has." Peter whispered.

"I am sorry. I am not within operationally capability to facilitate your request, Commander." Said the VI, ready to depart from this communication line and return to former duties.

"Executive Override Omega-99-243-1123, Authorization MacTavish, password...Matheus." Said MacTavish.

"Executive Override in effect. Beginning stealth takeover of Pegasus Weapons Systems to facilitate User Commander Peter G. MacTavish's request. This Override can only be completed once. Original Commanding Officer's or UGC Central Command's Override can render your command null and void." The VI said before closing off the communications pathway.

The Commander lowered his arm and walked quickly to the tan Raptor, awaiting with his Marines and pilots on board. The door closed with MacTavish quickly behind, engines erupting immediately with a whirlwind of air, lifting the Raptor away from the deck and up, breaching the electronical field keeping the oxygen in as they entered the main Takeoff Deck.

"This is Raptor #001, requesting authorization to depart Takeoff Deck." Said the pilot, flicking off and on switches, causing the Raptor to run more efficiently.

"Authorization granted, Raptor 001, good luck on the mission. If anything goes wrong, we'll have your back." Said Pegasus Flight Control.

The Raptor zoomed off into space, towards the battleship, that seemed fairly...darkened.

A Novaya Equestrian expeditionary fleet, led by Admiral Will Teaspoon, has completed its transition. However, the expeditionary fleet's crew and personnel were shocked to see Caldari ships. "Vice Admiral, I'd like to contact them immediately." Will ordered as Vice Admiral Tornado Flames activated the transmission link. "Commander of the Caldari State Protectorate expeditionary force, this is Admiral Will Teaspoon, commander of the Novaya Equestrian Interstellar Military State Expeditionary Fleet! We do not wish to attack you or cause bad blood between the Novaya Equestrian Interstellar Military State and the Caldari State Protectorate. I would like to talk to your commanding officer at once." Admiral Will Teaspoon announced as she awaits their commander's response.

Unidentified Planet
Somewhere in The Center of The Galaxy

Captain Porter's frigate has completed the hyperjump, but it appears they've actually shot even further than the Joanna did, and are now heading straight for a massive planet. All of the ponies on board are in a panic and trying to slow down the Jasmine Corvette, but they're already entering the planet's gravity field. With no further options available, the ship must crash onto the planet.

The ship becomes a fireball as it comes crashing down, but the hull is well designed for such a situation. It manages to crash into the water, and end up on the shore of a beach. Despite the luck associated with the landing, the corvette for the most part is totaled. Several systems are failing, the engines will need to be shut down, and worst of all some of the ponies didn't make it.

Hours after the crash landing...

Porter: Damn it. Lieutenant, how many did we lose?

Starboard: We have 12 ponies in the medical bay. So far at least one is dead. He was trying to stabilize the engines. If it weren't for him the engines would've blown before we landed.

Porter: Do you know how far we are from the wormhole?

Starboard: Sir, I do not know. However I highly doubt we will avoid the Bulkan fleet. We will need them however if we expect to get off this planet, because this ship is wrecked.

Porter: I'll activate the emergency rescue beacon.

Starboard: That won't do any good Sir; It appears the weather is under some sort of severe ion storm. We will have to wait for the storm to clear if we expect any luck with the rescue beacon. Frankly I'm amazed we can even apply power to the medical bay.

Porter: Wait, the rest of the ship isn't powered? What about the food storage?

Soldier: Sir, several of the food storage containers are malfunctioning. We can eat some of these quickly before they spoil, but we may have to find other sources of food very soon.

Porter: Hmm... 11 of us are in medical bay, one of us is dead... There are only 20 ponies left in this crew. I have an idea: Eight of us will stay with the ship and treat the patients. The rest will split in two groups, six ponies each, and scout the local area. This planet at least has oxygen, so surely there is life to be found, and food.

Starboard: Smart thinking, but traveling may prove dangerous: We should send the lower ranks instead of ourselves Captain.

Porter: I agree, however it would be best if we both had a personal first-hoof experience with this planet. Besides, having the leaders of the crew with the patrols will keep confidence among us. Tell Doctor Syringe he will be in charge while we are gone. As for anyone else they must choose to leave with us or stay and provide support.

Starboard: Yes Captain. Okay everypony! Some of us will need to round up in patrol teams...

Raptor 001
In Transit to Battleship Hangar

"Commander, we have an opening. Scanners picked up a smaller hangar door on the side that just opened. I guess that's for us." Said the Pilot. The Commander simply nodded and went back to thinking.

The two Marines sat and talked quietly about ZeeGeeBall, the UGC's main sport. Zero Gravity Basketball/Soccer was what it was like.

"The Gravchencko Yellow Jackets would mop the floor with the Roughriders. Jackets have an overall record of 113-24, and the Roughriders have what? 88-101? Why is this even a debate? With Jefferson Mack on the Jackets, they will always be unstoppable." Said the First Sergeant said, inspecting his rifle.

"Even if the Roughriders have a bad record this year, they still hold eight championship trophies to the Jackets....one?" Said the Sergeant Major, a victorious tone In his voice.

"Yeah, yeah...just wait, that'll change!" The First Sergeant said, waving his finger in front of the Sergeant Major's face, to which the SgtMaj slapped it away.

"Yeah, not any time soon, Garcia." Sergeant Major Thommin said.

"If there's one thing that neither one of those teams have it's 9 global championships, two Galactic Championships and one President's Award. Good ol' Talia Centurions!" One of the Pilots said as he slowly began to bring the Raptor down to the side of the battleship, towards the hangar bay.

The Raptor slowed it's roll, turning to the side so that it may swing in front of the hangar bay. The crew grew serious and quiet.

"Check your ammo, everybody." The Sergeant Major said as he skimmed through his clips in his vest and gun. The two pilots did the same with their pistols.

OOC: Also, longer sentences and more detailed posts would be much appreciated, Bulkan.

Unidentified Location
Somewhere in the Center of the Galaxy

A black-hole opens as Storm-class battlecruisers came out of it. "Transition complete." A battlecruiser commodore said.

A Text Transmission was sent to Will Teaspoon.

" Explain your Presence in this region of space immediately or face the might of the Caldari Navy."
Several Rokhs and Scorpion class battleships broke off from the main group, and charged towards the Novaya Equestrian Fleet.

In Transit to Battleship Hangar

"Commander, we have an opening. Scanners picked up a smaller hangar door on the side that just opened. I guess that's for us." Said the Pilot. The Commander simply nodded and went back to thinking.

A text Transmission was sent to the Shuttle from the Bridge.

"Upon disembarking, Do not leave the Hanger bay. The Captain of this Vessel well be there to greet you momentarily. "
Several drones swooped in behind the Raptor, dodging it and leaving in to the depths of space, presumably off to go and scan more debris.
