This is the OOC sign up thread for The Final Frontier. I will create the IC thread once we have 5 people. You may select 3 countries that exist now and they must be touching or close to each other in terms of claiming an island. You can invade neutral countries once we start, but you must play as them as well and BE REALISTIC. The only things in orbit are satellites. You will get the population, but not the army of those countries. I will be taking Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. For my military units see my factbook entry on military equipment.

Current alliances: All have a space elevator, but no space station.
Vogegan Empire: Nations that have sworn allegiance to Vogega. Elevator is located in Denver Colorado.
Ancient Glory: A cult based on strict grouping and uses one group as test subjects. The elevator is located on the Russia/Mongolia border.
United Pacific: A group of countries in the Pacific who have banded together in order to have the resources to go into space. The elevator is located in Tokyo, Japan
Great Illuminati Federation: A group of countries who have found enlightenment in the Illuminati. Elevator is in Cario, Egypt.

If you read the rules, it says that you can talk to neutral countries as long as you play as them and be realistic. That means no saying "They all join me." Remember, you get the pop of those places NOT your nationstates one. All tech MUST be stated in either a message, dialogue, or scenario that is not real combat.

No, its just if I ever do, unless I ally myself with another nation the Union Alliance will not actually exist. Also OK I wanted to check, I looked up the forigien relationships with Australia and other pacific region nations just in case, so I know to be realistic with the alliance request trading and stuff along those lines. If an nation joins the USU it will be after several posts and diplomatic talks between the nations, and not every one will be successful for the sake of being fair. This answer your questions?

Lol I know that, they are in development as Mobile Armored Assault Suits (MAAS), which are smaller and far less powerful. I have a tech tree for mobile suits in this situation as to make it fair (MAAS to MAU to Mobile Suits see factbook if you want details). As of now I am neutral, that could change based on events.
This is what I start out with, cuz its an actual machine today made in 2012 by Japan, it comes with other weapons as well. While this thing is threatening it actually is really ineffective atm, so that's why I am developing it.
