That'll work, though I would need a list of names to use. This is, assuming that by “Municipal Airport” you mean ones like this and this over small dirt strips, though I can use those too, if I have too, even streaches of highway will work.

It's mostly those airports that have mostly dirt stretches. The closer you get to the border, the worse the airports will be.

Stretches of highway and dirt strips are only really usable for the smallest of aircraft.

Also, Murovanka, I took the liberty of describing the joint command center. If you don't like where I've placed it we can move it. If you do like it, then feel free to do whatever you like with Tyshchenko in your next post, I imagine you could do a debriefing or something of the sort and then they can discuss strategy.
