So, is what was around in 1940 the only things allowed? Or are we allowed to use equipment from say 1942/1943 for example?

I say that 1940 tech is what should be started with. I also allow earlier tech, as some areas may not be as advanced, but I would not allow anything that later. I would like to seek the technology developed other the course of the RP.

True. I use MS Paint, and I only have 2 colors left able to be used. I will wait a few days to give a few more people that ability to sign up, then I will make the IC.

I would post the IC but keep the sign ups open for more people. I have seen way too many RPs die because they were "waiting for more people"

I just thought of something, I am going to need the British Empire claims in Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia if we are going to have an Africa front which was extremely active in 1940/41. So, I guess, could I have those please?

I second this. Also I realize it's not on the map but can I have Malta as well? There was a sizeable garrison there of British and commonwealth forces including 700 fighters and a rather massive fleet.
