Hey guys, how do we feel about perhaps pooling a budget just for Atlas, and creating one or two ships for Atlas use? Not really, say, a Carrier (we can just have those as the situation happens), but say like a cruiser or destroyer, or even a light carrier. Something that we can use that isn't too expensive.

We probably can't donate much in the building of it, seeing as we're state capitalist, so all of our "budget" for the military is kind of... on faith, I guess?
