The U S S R wrote:A warning to Burleson and Volkstrad: Your fruitless efforts to undermine one another accomplishes nothing but the grief and strife of a civilian population. If you both care about your own people (or civilians in general), you should not stand by, idly arguing with one another about OOC Communist doctrines.
I implore all to read this. Here are our terms for a TEMPORARY ceasefire. THIS REQUIRES THE PARTICIPATION OF ALL WHO ARE INVOLVED IN THIS CONFLICT.
HERE ARE OUR TERMS:
- If an agreement is reached that the USSR will harbor the International Court, you will release the prisoners into the custody of the USSR (governed not by the USSR but by international terms). If not, then further terms will be discussed.
- Nations will sign a doctrine of temporary ceasefire.
- A vote will ensue. All nations INVOLVED in the war shall vote on whether or not to accept the doctrine. INVOLVED is defined as having direct military impact upon the nation in question.
- Those who oppose will be noted, but if the doctrine is accepted, a permanent ceasefire will occur and we will discuss the close of the war. Those who then violate the rule of the majority (if a majority is met) are subject to the military intervention of signatories to the doctrine of ceasefire.
This does not apply to the NSTAI, as were are legally not a "nation". We will continue our operations in the area until all are liberated from state violence on Burleson's part, and LGBT individuals are given equal rights and fair treatment.
