The Bombing Of Carabana City (BREAKING NEWS: IC)

In the early hours of the morning, bombers flew over the capital of the People's Republic Of Carabana, Carabana City, and began to bomb the city. Many people died, and most of the city's key locations were destroyed by the bombers. Luckily, the bombers were soon taken out by the city's anti-aircraft defense system. Recent evidence has shown that one of the bomber's belonged to the United States Of America. Could this bombing have been done by terrorists, or have been an act of war committed by the United States Air Force?

The Elector Primo , Levi, sitting down in his pricy leather chair. He had cherrywood desk with the national seal on the front. He said, so to his brother, the Vice-Elector, Matthew Dean, "So it seems our Americans have finally done something..." Ever since the United States of America was mostly taken over by the Underground Movement Union and us, they feared us and were virtually our puppet for sometimes until Levi came into office. His father, James Markus Dean, was the previous Elector Primo. He was feared by many nations. He was a ruthless leader. He was in the Militarist Party and he increased spending on military from 12% to about 40%. He also increased the military from 3 Million to 15.08 Million soldiers. Since the government of Antarctica owned almost all of South America and owned all the Antarctic Continent and Madagascar, it had a population of 950 Million.

Levi turned to his brother/Vice-Elector and said, "What shall or shan't we do in this case?" Matthew was very good at foreign relations since he used to be the Secretary of State to his father. He replied to Levi, "If the Democratic Party wants to keep hold in the mid-term elections, then we must favor staying neutral and finally declaring that universal healthcare that you promised last year." Levi responded, "You have a point, as soon as we win majority in the House and Senate then we start favoring neutrality then after he State Assembly wins Democratic majority then we will put our stance in favoring intervention. I will then ask one of my guys in Congress to draft a healthcare bill" He replied,"Good."
