Very very simple and concise RP here. Will there be a need for a small, peacekeeping task force?

Well Congreveopia isn't a war zone, and we hope this is just an insular event, so relief workers or help discovering the terrorists behind this will be more useful. I won't say no to any type of aid, though (although your peacekeeping task force might find themselves acting mainly as relief workers).

Forces. though any further aggression upon your infrastructure or populace will be met with swift and brutal retaliation from our PSO Taskforce.

How bout I let Con do that Nature has taken them and there is roughly a 30 - 25% chance they would all actually survive what is currently happening to them. About 2 tons worth of pressure on the hull and the vehicle would be crushed flatter than a pancake. and I'm guess one large chunk of the damn or considering how fast the water is moving a solid building on top of that the windows are designed to take only a few .50 caliber rounds before being broken by them a few strikes from rubble or the ground would break the glass and drown them all. ON top of that you are about to jump into that mess 80km/h wave with nothing but the clothes on your back.
