I can accept invasion of Cuscatlan without problems, to be honest.

Well officially New Celisia would like to deploy 'Peacekeeping' forces in El Cuscatlan. They would operate in conjunction with the local military and law enforcement agencies, and in the case of an invasion, would be willing/ready to defend El Cuscatlan from hostile elements encroaching on it's sovereignty. This way New Celisia doesn't outright declare war on the IFC, and would be drawn into a conflict through the "Red Line" method should enemy forces enter El Cuscatlan. Thoughts?

Another option is New Celisian Volunteer Army, something like Chinese did during Korean War. But I will leave it to you, and I am ok with either idea.

Perhaps we could begin a small role play between the two of us denoting New Celisian military deployments? The idea is that New Celisia would have sought to assist at the onset of the dilemma, and would have deployed forces before the war actually began in earnest on all fronts.
