That'll be difficult as not all of the islands want independece. The Hollniian people who occupy the western side of the islands wish to remain in the SRD. Fortunately you haven't captured the western islands. Also the Serniian Loyalists have been evacuated to a few islands in the south, which you have not captured. They too wish to remain in our control. But Free Sernii and The Serniian People's Movement wrongfully think they rightfully belong to them.

The SPM murder five police officers and kidnap a wealthy Daritiian family that is residing in the islands. The wife has been raped, the husband is being tortured and the SPM is threatening to kill the children.

The Socialist Republic of Daritii is offering to let the south, eastern and Centeral parts of Sernii be granted it's independence. However the west is inhabited by the Hollniians (not the Serniians) who wish to remain apart of Daritii. The northern part is inhabit ater by Serniians who are loyal to Daritii. Intoo of that Daritii also evacuated several loyalists to the northern islands.

Lyii Terrii plan to offer these peace terms however he did not want to disappoint his dying grandfather, Lockii Terrii, who introduce communism to Daritii and lead the communist rebels in the Daritiian civil war. Since Lockii has approved of this since the southern, central and western parts were always trouble to keep hold of.

Daritii has already announced that he's coming, however he's more interested in a formal apology for killing Serniians, retrun of prisoner of war (from both sides) and the return of bodies (from both sides. Daritii is not really interested in celebrating my independence however. Also I'll be getting a flag during the celebration.
