Well to be frank. If we don't have a meeting soon, we're going to get royally screwed.

[Facepunchian States]

Facepunchia has asked to meet with Acatran in order to discuss possible cooperation between their military forces. To other nations that have offered to host meetings in their countries Facepunchian respectfully declines, except to that of Tarazed. Facepunchia also urges other nations to attend Tarazed's meeting, and to take precautions to ensure the safety of national leaders during these meetings.

[Acatran]

Acatran accepts the meeting and declares that it happen in the capital of Acatran. Acatran urges other nations to join the XCOM Project, it needs funding and we will supply elite super soldiers to fight the weaknesses of the ailens should they be hostile.

Tarazedian President Damion White agrees to the proposal and immediately prepares to depart for Acatran, he insists on urgency in regards the the international response as barely any time is left to come up with a cohesive strategy to defend Earth should the aliens prove to be hostile.

Acatran now declares that children from the of 16-18 begin training now, conscription is now in place. Acatran awaits the arrival of the Tarazedian President and Facepunchian President. Acatran begins construction of XCOM suits and weapons. Normal military units have been equipped with the following weapons

Conscription in place and children as young as 12 are being sent to academies to become a new generation of officers. The Royal Legion is ready for battle with its super soldiers

[Acatran]

Acatran soon gets a schematic of a suit, but it will not be published until fully tested. Dr. Shen of Acatran's engineering corps named Atlas has been controlling all the production. Acatran's Chancellor Riley O'Neill now flies to his private resort in an unknown location, that is where the meeting will be held due to situations with the capital

[Facepunchian States]

Facepunchian government officials would arrive in Acatran via the presidential jet within a few hours, gracing the nation's aiports with its roaring engines and flame paint-job. Facepunchian politicians, escorted by heavy security, would establish communications with Acatran officials and journey to the meeting place to await the other nations' politicians.

[Acatran]

Chancellor Riley O'Neill poured a glass of vodka and took a sip as he waited for the others. As he waited he viewed the schematics on his tablet, he was quite impressed with Dr. Shen's work.

President White entered the room moments later, briefcase in hand; politely nodding at Chancellor O'Neill before wordlessly moving to sit down in his seat. White revealed a handful of documents from within the briefcase, putting them on the table before him.

Chancellor O'Neill and several guards looked at the papers but after carefully looking at the papers, Chancellor O'Neill peeked his head out of the papers and nodded at President White. Dr. Shen came in with more prototypes that are being tested and began to think if President White wished to take part in the Sentinel Project of XCOM

[Tarazed]

"We'll begin this meeting as soon as the Facepunchian President joins us," White assured as he glanced at O'Neill, "Hopefully that will be soon. My advisers currently at TISI have informed me that we have at most thirty six hours before the aliens arrive..."

[Acatran]

"Yes..but before he gets here I wish to show you the prototypes we have already combat tested and approved." Chancellor O'Neill turned to the large curved television in the room. It began as a short video with soldiers firing the prototype weaponry. "What you are seeing here is Project Sentinel..specially trained operatives of XCOM, they utilize the super human strength and various other exoskeletons with hundreds of options to customize the suit for what the operator sees fit." Chancellor O'Neill looked at President White after the video was finished and pictures came on. "Our simulation was was Seoul, South Korea. Our operatives did not know it was a simulation, they acted as deadly war cogs in a giant machine."

[Facepunchian States]

A knock comes at the meeting room door and a short, thin, balding man comes hurrying into the room. He sets down his briefcase and begins nervously shuffling papers around. "S-So sorry to interrupt," he stammers out. "Thank goodness I got here before the president..." One of the political aides in the room speaks up. "Er... sorry, but are you not the Facepunchian president?" The strange man blinks. "O-oh! N-no, I am the Facepunchian Minister of F-foreign Relations, Herman Smith. I came early to say- w-well, you simply must keep an open mind with my government. They're r-rather... outgoing. Mr. Smith awkwardly straightens his comb-over with a free hand. "They might seem r-rather silly, but... well, you'll see. Oh, any explosions are d-definitely special-effects, we have some v-very realistic ones... we're prepared to pay for any d-damages-"

The minister jumps as the doorway to the meeting room is kicked open and the Facepunchian president skateboards in. Flipping his board into his hand, President Killingsworth strides towards the table while pulling out his pocket watch. "Dear me, is that the time? Sorry I'm late, chaps!" A miniature mushroom-cloud explosion behind him bathes the room in light and nearly blows the doors off their hinges. The President looks up and smiles dashingly at the two world leaders, silhouetted against the glare of the man-sized fireball. "Apologies for all the bravado," he says, walking over to the shaky Minister and taking a seat. "I have no idea how they managed to pass that legislation making it illegal for the president to enter a room without these explosions..." A small group of aides and accompanying politicians enter the room as well, some coughing from lingering special effect smoke and going to stand near the sidelines. The president removes his top hat and strokes his mustache, looking at the others. "Very well then! Shall we continue?"

The two soldiers with exoskeletons behind Chancellor O'Neill and Dr. Shen cocked they bullpup rifles to inflict fear to insure that nothing wrong would happen. "Well..come with me." Chancellor O'Neill stood up and wiped off some residue off of his black trousers. As they walked outside exoskeletons were being tested with mag gloves, experimental jet boots and jetpacks along with cloaking devices that allow you to be invisible as long as you don't move. "This is the warfare that will be striking the ailens directly at the source." A large tank with four legs walked by and it's movements weird, the tank was followed by a even larger tank on armor tracks. "Come on, I'll take you to my private resort." Chancellor O'Neill sat in a jeep and let his guard take the wheel allowing President Switchblade and President White

President White wordlessly complied as his mind tried to wrap its way around the legislation that the Facepunchian government had to have signed. He made several attempts to speak but the majority came out as disjointed syllables - this was a rare sight.
White soon recovered his composure as he dusted off his suit, "I'll have my engineers look this over - it shouldn't be too difficult. The hardware that you displayed seems very much inline with our current military tech - well except for the exoskeletons, those are very much in the prototype phase...and the tank..."

[Acatran]

The driver drove to a large house overlooking the training grounds. "Well, you see our weaponry is still to be completely fixed our last..try ended in horrible results." Chancellor O'Neill walked to the front door and opened it to show vast technology some superior from some nations..some far superior to others. Chancellor O'Neill sat down on a chair and took a data slate along with a Tac-Pad(AKA Advanced version of tablets).

The Facepunchian President looks around, rather impressed. "Well, prototypes they may be, but I must say they're rather advanced. Forgive me for asking, but would it even be possible to use all this to effectively combat these aliens? We certainly wouldn't be able to mass-produce this equipment old chap, at least not at at our present technological capabilities." The president turns to consult his advisor but finds him some ways away drooling at a particularly large tank.

[Acatran]

A platoon of 30 Sentinel Marines marched behind several armed vehicles and two tanks with a bulldozer on the front, peeking out of a square in the bulldozer was a large mortar cannon, ontop of the chassie was a rather large cannon that had 15 nch wide dual barrels and a flamethrower mounted on both sides of armored tracks and to add onto that two heavy gatling guns on the side of the turrent along with some anti-personnel mortars. "Sure but the exosuits are rather easy to mass produce I have already made 1 thousand of them using grade A technology, each allied nation gets one hundred soldiers and ten tanks, each squad coming with ten soldiers and one tank of choice." Chancellor O'Neill said as Dr. Shen cut him off with "I am working on a heavy exoskeleton called Goliath which will be 10x the armor of a normal exoskeleton can apply."

"You know O'Neill," President White began as he looked over the scene, "I'd guess that these breakthroughs are far from it. No nation has the capability to jump this far in terms of technology...which means that until now, this was your ace in the whole in a military arms race..."
President White intended to keep secret Tarazed's own plans for military hardware, still a few breadcrumbs couldn't hurt, "I'd also comment that we still have no idea what the alien weapons consist of. It would only take them to have...plasma weaponry for example...and those tanks become worthless...we need to think outside the box in terms of warfare. We may never be able to take them on head to head..."

"Still nothing?" Doctor Cromwell asked as he checked over his computer screen for the twentieth time.
Cromwell's intern shook his head, "Still nothing Doctor..."
"We've tried everything...numerical code, binary code - hell we even tried Latin..." Cromwell sighed as he ran his hand through his hair.
"Hang on..." the intern muttered as his face turned to one of shock, "We got a response!"
"You're shitting me..." Cromwell gasped, almost tripping over his own feet as he turned to face the man, "What's it say!?"
"No idea...it looks like binary...it was directed at us though..." The intern replied shakily.
"Bring it up on the main screen,,," Cromwell ordered as he put his glasses on.

The message appeared on the screen.

Cromwell's sharp mind translated the short three sentences quickly.
His pen fell to the floor.
"Who should we call doctor?" the intern asked, growing increasingly concerned as Cromwell remained motionless.
