1- First and foremost, do not post unless you are a member of the International Freedom Coalition, Sovereignty Cooperation Pact, CSAT, region of Atlas, or have been invited by me.
2 - The usual no godmodding, no powergaming, no number spamming, you probably get the idea.
3 - Treat every participant how you would like to be treated. This means don't be an absolute dickhead.
4 - If you are on the blacklist below; Do. Not. Post.
5 - Make your posts at least decently detailed. They must be at least 2 paragraphs long. However it is okay to make a post less than 2 paragraphs if there is nothing else that needs to or can be said in the post you create.
6 - Each side may only have up to 120,000 military personnel intervening at a time.
7 - Do not absolutely clutter the IC thread with OOC posts. I cannot stress this enough for anybody who knows what happened in my previous RP.
8 - Finally, the only ones who may intervene militarily in this RP are New Austzeland (me, the OP), Ordia, Cyllea, New Hayabusa, Legatia, Stasnov, and Democratic Union of Cydonia. Any others who are in the afformentioned alliances or Atlas may only make diplomatic posts.

A Short Background
Kozelsk is a region owned by Zernovyl. At least that's what the Zernovi government and it's supporters believe. Ordia has always claimed it to be a part of their nation; going to very far heights to prove it on some occasions. This has been a major cause for the strained relations between Zernovyl & Ordia for quite some time; but has been escalating over the past few weeks. Zerno-Ordian tensions have never been so great since the Bay of Lowren incident back in July 2014, and it has appeared that a new crisis is just over the horizon for the region. Will it simply mean more hostilities between Zernovyl and Ordia for the next century, or war...?

keep in mind that most of the towns are small towns, not major cities or something like that.

also for this RP nations who are not intervening militarily can provide aid for whichever side they support such as financial, humanitarian, training for their military, armaments, etc.
