I would like a public initial reaction to the Court of Edenguard proposal to deploy into your country, so we know whether or not to send you a communique in the first place and if it is a rational idea in the minds of the UR government.

I live in Washington State, USA, and we have a large military base here (Ft. Lewis). It has walls surrounding it too, yet no nearby *large* cities.
