To Oehition,
We, of the nation of Kalbana, would be happy to attend this meeting. However, our president is currently attending a summit in The Great Anvils, so he will not be able to attend. We shall instead send Ambassador Anita Daltross to this meeting. We hope this can spur further contact between our nations and encourage great prosperity for the both of us.
From Gabriel Hansa, Vice-President of Kalbana

Njorn Beowolf, President of Oehiton,
Whilst we appreciate the gesture of opening your borders, may we advise you to watch them closely. Iryllian spies are everywhere. A representative will be dispatched to your nation immediately, to hasten diplomatic relations between our administations.
Captain Ryn Garengar

To whom it may concern.
Unfortunately Iryllia will have to decline this most gracious offer at this time. Due to the current hostilities about and the turbulent time Iryllia can not afford something like this. We regret this decision but it is a nessecary one. Maybe some time in the future, once things have calmed down somewhat.
We look forwards to the Future
Regards,
Iryllian Department of Foreign Affairs

To the Great Njorn Beowolf,
Týr-ar-Dýrðlegasta!!
I personally shall be given the honor of attending thy meeting to be hosted in Valhöll, and wish to stay for an extended trip to learn from thy folk, my Nordic brethren. I would also like to bring my dear young daughter, Borghildur, if permissable. The young shieldmaiden could use a trip to learn more about her Norse heritage.

I came in a Harbinger aircraft (look at nova Fortuna soldiers factbook for the following) being accompanied by a Academe and a destroyer. Once he reached the ground he noticed that he wasn't a giant compared to them. For Haja-Mishuans are not small by any definition.

Dyrdlegastaland wrote:Lawspeaker Sigtryggr "Star-in-the-Eye" Völsungson arrived in Vallhalla (or "Valhöll" as he insisted on "correctly" pronouncing it) by ship. Being a nation made up of predominantly Norse and Inuit peoples, Dyrdlegasters were proud of their ships and made use of them whenever possible. Sigtryggr was a large, imposing man by most standards, rippling with muscle with a long, blond mane and beard, his hair tucked neatly behind his ears and locked into orderly braids. He wore a simple parka for the weather, with an elegant fur cape marking his Lawspeaker status. His most distinctive feature, and the source of his byname, was his eyes. His left eye was blue, but his right iris, while blue around the edges, was covered by a hazel-colored splotch that many said resembled the Nine-Pointed Star of the Bahá'í Faith. The condition of his right eye rendered it blind, and he himself thought no great deal of it.
He sighed as the ship approached, somewhat disappointed by the gold-and-silver architecture. 'Tis akin more to the horde of greedy Fáfnir, then it is to noble Valhöll, he thought, though strived to keep the thought to himself politely, The True Valhöll told in the Sagas was not made of fain materialistic metals, but of good, hard utilitarian steel. Built from weapons and tools, things a man can use, things of true value. Ah well, no matter, the Lawspeaker adopted a cheerful grin as he sounded a booming laugh, They are our brothers and sisters regardless!!
Sigtryggr was a bit of an unusual man, possibly the only member of the Nine Lawspeakers who was not corrupt. He was also rather unorthodox in his practice of the Bahá’í Faith. He asserted since the Prophet taught Hinduism was correct, and since Ásatrú and Hinduism shared the same roots in the Proto-Indo-European Pantheon, Ásatrú was a true religion of God in the Bahá'í Faith. He referred to God as Bahá and Týr interchangably, believed the Æsir to be angelic figures, and spoke of the Norse Sagas in terms of scripture. He effectively practiced a syncretic faith between his ancestors' Ásatrú and the newer Bahá'í Faith. This viewpoint was not accepted by the other Lawspeakers, of course, but Sigtryggr managed to keep his popularity and enough supporters to become re-elected, and the other Lawspeakers saw fit to use him as a diplomat where practitioners of the Old Faith were concerned.
Behind Star-in-the-Eye came his daughter, Borghildur Sigtryggsdóttir, a young girl, with thick, braided black hair and apparent Inuit ancestry absent from her father. Her blue eyes shown with the same fierce excitement as her father, as she followed along. She harbored ambitions to become a shieldmaiden of old, a goal her father wholeheartedly supported. Behind the Lawspeaker and his daughter came their guard detail, four Dyrdlegaster "Judges", armored in body armor and goggled helms that resembled more modern versions of ancient Norse armor. However, being loomed over by the massive bulk of Sigtryggr, the four guards looked horribly insignificant, poised to guard a man of massive girth and strength who carried himself as if he had no fear, and looked quite capable of defending himself if the need should arise.
At the Feast, Sigtryggr listens intently to the dream of the President. A fascinating vision, and the possibility that the President was a Seer was even more fascinating. Sigtryggr, after making sure his daughter has her fill of food, heads over to the President to talk.
"Wise President Njorn," he inquires, "Thy sooth-dream I doth find of interest. Might I hear more about what thou saw??"

The Oehition escorts are intimidating and the Royal Guards eye them carefully, ready to draw at a moments notice.]
Dressed in an impressive royal attire. Blue military dress jacket (adorned with a gem beaded royal coat of arms), purple sash and purple skirt, finished with typical stilettos. Queen Beatrice slowly removes her sunglasses and is stunned in awe as her eyes soak up the surrounding landscape. Noting the towering citadel on the horizon.
"Sacrebleu!!!, did we dock in a storybook? why, this is as pretty as a painting. Look at those mountains."
She takes out her smartphone and turns to the armored female and one of the President's children standing nearby.
"I can take photos, right?"
The Elite Valkyrie nods, "You may take photos of anything that is not indicated otherwise".
"Tres Bien!" Beatrice smirks and whispers... "Do you two want to be in my selfie?"
The Elite Valkyrie laughs heartily and nods in agreement.
She turns to make he way to the Citadel, savoring all the commotion and attractions. Blasting the escorts with questions and comments. Pausing every now and then to take photos of the marvelous architecture, and curious Oehitonians brave enough to endure the 'Royal Selfie'. She also allows a friendly citizen to re-style her hair in the traditional Oehitonian braid for the feast. However friendly, she makes certain not to damage her silk uniform outfit. which was made specifically for this occasion. By the time she makes it to the citadel both Oehitonian Guards and her own are exhausted by her wanderlust. She spots Njorn Beowolf and his family greeting the other guests. She introduces herself and after some small conversation she has one of her guards present a necklace to Ásboð Beowolf, displayed in a carved wood and glass display case. The necklace has a charm with a growling lynx and wing spread raven decorated with jewels.
She opens the case... "It's made of Britannia Silver and embedded with two blue sapphires for the eyes of the Lynx and two black star sapphires for the Raven's. Cute isn't it?"
After speaking with several allied constituents and notable Oehitonian officials, she finds her seat and loudly gasps! Perfectly made crêpes are decorated in white and blue powdered sugar. Nearby on lookers laugh as she slowly takes multiple photos of her desert. Very much in a good mood, she continues to mingle with the other guests and officials in the great hall.
[Standing at ease, the Saulteaux Royal Guards take positions around the great hall, making sure not to be in anyone's way. Ever searching for threats.]

His eyebrows were raised at the place - it was certainly unlike anywhere he'd ever been before. He doubted there was another place like it anywhere.
"Sir? "
The Corporal in charge of his guards for the event was stood behind him.
"Yes, Corporal? "
"Time to go, sir. We've docked. "
"Already? I'll be right there. "
They were met on the dock by several Oehiton guards- all female, which surprised the mostly male Myraxian team somewhat, although Private Caryx, the lone female, decided it was an excellent idea. Following the guards to the party, they were amazed by the sights around them - quite unlike anything you might find in Myraxia.
Upon reaching the hall, the guards spread out, taking up positions amongst the watchful looking guards in Saulteaux livery. Ranyr was left wondering slightly what to do with himself.
