[Solanitark]

The Republic of Solintarik is announcing a non aggression pact with the State of Germonur, we have begun conducting commerce with on another. Solanitark's location in the dessert means that most of its trading is done via land caravan, with very few ports to be had. As such the Scottish blockade will have little impact on trade between the two nations.


After the civil war, the nomads of the Solanitarkian wastes came together to form a republic in the south of the region. The area is harsh and unforgiving to those who don't know how to take what they can from it, but the people of Solanitark have had generations to perfect their practices. Not only do they survive in such an unforgiving land, they thrive in it. While major cities are forming, many smaller villages and tribes still roam the dessert wastes from oasis to oasis. The Solanitark military is small, but the harsh dessert insures that any attacking force would likely kill itself before even coming into any major force.



Solanitark would like to reassure its neutrality in the tensions of the region, and welcomes trade and talks of non aggression from any state that would be interested.

With the Communist and counter terror issue still unresolved, the mobilized Germonurian military lay and wait for authorization to move into the Fakeistani countryside. With every single minute passing by, soldiers become anxious for action. The loss of fervour might erupt rogue regiments to take actions into their own hands against the Fakeistani communists. It would be advisable for the Fakeistanis to address this issue as soon as possible or not the impending and imminent attack on Fakeistani countryside will not be blamed on either side due to the defection of 100,000s of Germonurian soldiers.

These soldiers plan on defecting to a paramilitary organization that plans to provide western justice on Fakeistani Communists.

Millions of men have been mobilised, including reserves, to protect the countryside of Fakeistan. The airfields are standing ready to launch planes at a moment's notice, radar stations and artillery towers stand ready on high alert. The men have been equipped with all they need to stop the paramilitary forces from ever harming a single Fakeistani, even 5 Hades tanks have been sent nearer to the front lines, despite testing being incomplete. The Fakeistni government urges the government of Germonur to prevent these men from joining this paramilitary force, and for them to recede from so close to Fakeistan. There is surely something which they can do to prevent such a tragedy occuring?

As a fellow neighbor and man who speaks against violence, I may have my occupation and career revoked and damaged for sending this message. I urge you for all of humanity to attempt a telegram towards my nation's leader to settle a compromise regarding in the recent escalation of tensions. For these past few days are surely confusing and chaotic, we can try to negotiate a peace that will bring security and confidence to our peoples. [Free People of the Scottish states]

Underways

Located right on the boarder of the desert and is in danger of spilling into The Republic of Solanitark if left unchecked. Though small in size the city is part of a key trading route and is causing issues for trade between the Scottish states and Solanitark. The assault will be taken by 6th Guards Armoured Brigade and 6th Infantry Brigade with support by 12th Support Brigade. The desert is something the Scottish states are ready for and the tanks roll through the sand with ease.

Men from 4th Mortar Bn, Coldstream Guards commence the attack at 1700 with a ground shaking mortar barrage into the heart of the small sprawl of buildings. The Loyalists quickly reply with their own mortars and the sound of whistling, screaming and explosions fill the air. 21st Anti-Tank Regiment, Royal Artillery move up their Ordnance QF 6 pounder - 57mm to provide fire support to the Guards. Behind this wave of explosive like in Ridgewood the infantry move forwards. 1st Bn, Royal Berkshire, 1st Bn, Royal Welsh Fusiliers with 2nd Bn, Durham Light Infantry charge through the sand behind Light Tank Mk VI of 3rd Armoured Bn, Scots guards


To the alarm of the commanders the Loyalists retaliate with tanks of there own. To the horror of the Scots they had N.S.S.G Panzerkampfwagen III Sd Kfz. 141, left over from the civil war. The light tanks scatter as the Panzer III roll through, blasting them to pieces and mowing down the footmen behind them. The 21st Anti-Tank spring to life and get to work knocking out the rampaging Panzer. One by one the 12 Panzer are taken down. The Welshmen are quick to act on this and move into capture any survivors.


The 4th Bn, Grenadier Guards and 2nd Bn, Welsh Guards push forwards with the second wave of light tanks. The murderous MG fire and Anti-tank shells are slowly weakening as the bombardment from the mortars and QF 6 pounders take their toll. The city soon falls into Scottish hands as the garrison surrender before anybody reaches the town.

At 1900 hour on the 20/09/1930 the key locations of Creon, Ridgewood and Underways are all in Scottish states hands. The casualties were high as was expected but the final elements of Loyalists that threatened the Scottish states have been knocked out. The engagements ware christened Operation Clean Slate.

Under the cover of darkness with stealth and caution, the 3 platoons of fallschirmjaeger truppen parachuted into the insurgent infested Fakeistani countryside of Wrongeville. The soldiers were placed with a strict ROE, to not engage Fakeistani Authorities (police, gov't workers etc) with lethal force. The first 3 platoons that were dropped in high altitudes are waiting for the reinforcing Kompanie Alfa who are being inserted through gliders rigged with explosives to cover up the scene at the end of the operationi, but were engaging insurgent patrols with suppressed Karibiners and Gewehr Semi-auto rifles. The insurgents throughout the night were unaware and so was the Fuhrer, he did not issue an order to cross the border or to begin an assault on the insurgent infested Communist stronghold of Wrongeville. The Hehaimmes Staats-Polizei authorized this operation on their own accord, for "the greater good" and to "secure" peace for the Fuhrer

At 23:10, around 5 surrounding villages have been emptied and every single communist affiliate served cold justice, the men were either shot, humiliated and exploited. The women were raped and cuffed waiting for a Germonurian extraction force and the children bagged to be brought back to Germonur as well. The Gestapo didn't fall short in planning and devised and hired local fakeistanis to assist and transport said insurgents back to the states. and by 0:00 The gliders landed, complete with 2 ADZG APCs and 2 Panzer 2s, all these equipment were rigged to explode when they're finished with the mission and they did in time. Solanitark requests of the scottish states that should any operations be conducted on the border between the two states that Solanitark be informed first. as Solanitark would have been happy to supply a small force to assist with defeating the loyalists. Beyond that the people of Solanitark are glad for the retaking of the town, and are hoping trade will begin to flow more freely between the two regions.

Looking around the town, with obviously an extremely strong resolve, he found craters where the explosions had happened around what appeared to be the burnt-out shells of vehicles, as well as thousands of spent rounds, and of course, the incredible amount of dead bodies. Not a bird sang in the sky, not a rat reared its head in the desiccated town.
Reporting what he had seen to the authorities, the man has now been given therapy, to help him deal with all that he saw. Later investigation by authorities have determined that this was the assault warned of by the Germonurian government, by paramilitary forces beyond their control. Looking at the many corpses strewn about the town, it was determined that it was Fakeistan's final outpost of communist loyalists. One man was found alive, even, next to his dead relatives in a ditch. Doctors did all they could to keep him alive to find any details they might have missed, but he died in only one hour, from blood loss due to bullet wounds in his leg, arm, and shoulder.
Though these were indeed enemies of the state, the indiscriminate killing of men, women and children alike, and the sheer audacity of entering Fakeistan's borders without permission, will surely greatly sour any communications between Fakeistan and Germonur in the future.
This has all led to a strengthening of the border watch in Fakeistan. That the forces managed to slip past at all is a catastrophic failure of the current system, and such must never be allowed to happen again.

In response to the massacre of Fakeistani citizens, the Queen of NopNop World held a national press confrence, which was televised to the region. "Disturbing and uncalled for," she stated. "The Nopians have lived in peace for many years, but the nations of Yugopotamia are now stirring up trouble. Recently, the Furher of Germonur requested that we work together in trade and commerce. With news from the destruction of the Communists spreading throughout the streets and nation, the Fuhrer made a state address declaring the capture of Mengeledeev. " The terrorists have been stopped, their leader captured, now they are in great disarray! Now it is a time to celebrate and shall we honor and commemorate the 150 men that partook in this daring operation into the communist heartland! After the declaration, all branches of the military took time to rejoice and parade through the streets. The Fallschirmjaeger company involved were honoured and absorbed into the Germonurian Special forces as the 2nd Brigade, 5th Regiment, 112th Attack Battalion, Beta, Chi, Delta Companies. Being that the mission was of a covert nature, political intrigue ensued. In the officers bar, The Iron Eagle, an officer ensign of the Germonurian Storm Divison was tasked to the assasination of the head of the Gestapo, Hans der Juden Jaeger. With Hans in sight, the young officer whipped out his pistol and proceeded to discharge his weapon multiple times. He then dashed off into the streets going into a paramilitary safehouse formerly unaffiliated with the Gestapo or Waffen-SS.

With Political intrigue increasing, the conflicting powers of the Paramilitary forces continue to hinder governmental progress. The Fuhrer chooses no sides but states that the SS are his personal men, displacing the former Storm Division. with the Storm Division losing political power, Civil war my be imminent. The Staats polizei has been divided by this matter as well, having half of the Gestapo hailing from the SS and the SA. The Heer, Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine have not been affected by the intrigue but serves under the fuhrer's whim. Who will it be to serve and protect the Fuhrer absolutely? The Schutz-Staffel or the Sturm-Abteilung?

On the other hand, with aid of the State Police and local paramilitaries and civilian activists, there has been a crackdown of immigrants coming from fakeistan. Being that any Fakeistanis have been subjected to hate crime, executions and public humiliations, indentured servitude, rape and torture. On another note, seeing as Fakeistanis in the N.S.S.G. are being prosecuted and bullied by so many, The Fakeistan government has released an announcement recommending that they return home. All those that do come shall be received with open arms.
On the flipside of the coin, we have these immigrants from Germonur in Fakeistan still to deal with. To take the higher road, and show that we are not as barbaric as the N.S.S.G., we will take similar action as to the Scottish States in taking away all Germonurian Visas, and banning them from our country.

AS the meeting in the Reichsmarshall's war room adjourned, the 3 officers managed to spread word of the proposed "final solution" to mobilize and effectively re-structure the Reich. Hours later, the head of the SS consolidated with the SA and finally resettled their differences with a decree stating the legitimacy of the Sturm-Abtielung that was formally signed and stamped with der Fuhrer's signature. the Waffen-SS and Sturm Soldaten Abteilung were transferred over to the newly formed Wehrmacht with a new Kommandant der Wehrmacht election. The previous Kommandant of the armed forces, Heinze Ketchupin, retired after serving 45 years in the Heer. With the newly formed wehrmacht, the paramilitary gruppes that formed divisions under the Sturm-Abteilung have also added numbers to the wehrmacht. This transfer however confuses and forms a difficult way of distinguishing law enforcement and Military. Hopefully in the future, gendarmeries and the Military Units will be more distinguishable. The head of the Gestapo is currently recovering from the attempt on his life and also the SA made a public address of an apology for the occurrence followed by the public execution of the assassin. The bombing on SA offices were never addressed and continuously burns within the hearts of SA members. The celebration of Operation: Kingfish is still observed in towns, cities, hamlets and houses all over germonur till this 3rd, consecutive day.

To better relations with the scots and fakeistanis, the Germonurian people would like to propose aid missions to depose of criminal syndicates within the nation of fakeistan to secure and protect any future weapons developments and instead transport said weapons to a secure nation such as the Queendom of Nop Nop or to the Scottish States. The ill kept Fakeistan has proved a security threat for our nation and our people causing us to conduct missions such as Operation: Kingfish and Operation: Seal. Remembering the neutrality that the Scots live and value by, I would like to hear from them, their justifications on the acts that were placed on Germonur and the Germonurian people, on why such acts can be permitted whilst violating their foreign and national policies of neutrality. Being said that since our arrival into Yugopotamia, it has been a struggle to create and establish a legitimate Germonurian State. We do want to live in peace! but at what price? After finishing the lengthy letter, Reischsmarshall Heiden pondered on his thoughts to see if the other nations would respond and actually be proactive in his cause to stabilize the region. He gets up off his chair and puts on his coat and walks out of his office. "Heil" exclaims two sentries in the hall, waving his hand in a form of ease the soldiers returned to their original stance. " Soldat?" The Reichsmarschall looks back onto the two young soldiers. "You are both dismissed, have the week off and have the Security manager on this building assign two new men for this week. I am off to the Hageu and I do not like wasting time, you know that. So I want you two to have some leisure time before I return, verstehen mir?"

"Alles Klar Reichsmarschall!" cheerfully, the two sentries walked out with the reichsmarschall, proceeding to walk him to his limousine. Once in the Benz, he again proceeded to smoke a different blend of tobacco, those of clove cigarettes.

"Jean, radio the telegraph station to send formal invitations of a regional conference to all nations including fakeistan, and also a permission to visit and meet a representative or the leader of the Hageu."

With the sounds of beeping and transmission, the co-driver, acting as a communications operator in the limousine replied, "Will that be all mein Herr?"
