In the year 1925 the nation of Yugopotamia fell into civil war. From the ashes of the 5 year war 6 nations arose: The Armed Republic of Fakeistan, The Constitutional Monarchy of Free People of the Scottish states, The Queendom of NopNop World, The Nomadic Peoples of Solanitark, The Empire of National Socialist States of Germonur and The Colony of The Hageu

Rules of this RP. : Any nation that breaks the rules will be subject to an agreed punishment by the other nations

1. No god modeing!: Should you get involved in a conflict you can't claim that one tank can kill one hundred enemy tanks that are actually miles above it's combat limits.

2. The time zone of the tech is 1930's-1950's: This has been done so that the RPing is a little slower paced. Modern combat was deemed too fast paced. If tech from 1951 onward be used the nation will be punished. How ever all technology from 1950 backwards is okay. A catapult crushing a tank sounds seriously funny.

3. National agreements must be done on here: This is to prevent any back door deals. If one nation makes an sizable agreement with another then it must be posted. However if it is a small thing such as talk over the terms for a trade agreement it can be done else were but the final agreement must go on here.

4. No general discussion to go on: We have a nation board for that. Simple.

5. Battles will be decided over time: You have to think about what is reasonable. In a battle the attacker will say his move (In a mature RP matter) and then the defender will chose the outcome of that move and make his own. This is putting a lot of trust into your maturity to think through what might happen.

Limitations of the time: This is up to you to think through. Tanks have so much fuel, as do ships and planes. Infantry didn't have body armour and high tech. webbing and burgs. Ammunition can and will run out. Artillery will miss. Shells can bound off of ship hulls and tanks. Think through what you say.

The Armed Republic of Fakeistan would like to proudly announce its latest development in tank design:

Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you the M1-Hades, one of the largest tanks ever developed. It is based in deign partially upon the Landkreuzer P. 1000 Ratte from Nazi Germany, a concept tank that never was put to full use.
The design has of course been improved, with much wider tracks, better suited to rough and difficult terrain, and a third diesel engine has been added, to allow greater speeds, and increase overall terrain domination.
The armaments have remained similar, with a double-turret design at the front, though at the back there are now three rather than two machine guns, to better prevent flanking by smaller vehicles and personnel.
Numbers of these new tanks to be made shall remain confidential for the time being, but development shall start very soon.

Troops from the Scottish states have begun an offensive against the final pocket of Yugopotamian Loyalists.
On the 18th September 1930 the 2nd Infantry Division and Guards Armoured Division launch it's main offensive against the fortified towns of Creon, Ridgewood and Underways. 4th Infantry Brigade (II Div.) and 5th Guards Armoured Brigade (Guards Div.) assault Creon, 5th Infantry Brigade (II Div.) and 32nd Guards Brigade (Guards Div.) assault Ridgewood and 6th Guards Armoured Brigade (Guards Div.) and 6th Infantry Brigade assault Underways. All assaults are supported by 12th Support Brigade.

Creon:
The town of Creon is still in rubble from the end of the great civil war and Yugopotamian Loyalists have dug themselves in deep. They posses no tanks or armoured vehicles. They do however has anti-tank pieces and MG emplacements are hidden everywhere. The left flank is taken by 1st Battalion, Royal Scots and 1st Battalion, Grenadier Guards (Motorised Infantry). Middle 1st Battalion Coldstream Guards (Armoured), 2nd Battalion Grenadier Guards (Armoured) and 2nd Battalion, Royal Norfolk Regiment. Finally the right is held by 2nd Battalion Irish Guards (Armoured) and 1/8th Battalion, Lancashire Fusiliers. 10 Field Regiment, Royal Artillery, 16 Field Regiment, Royal Artillery and 15th Field Squadron, Royal Engineers are supporting the push.

Centre:
As men from A Company, 2nd Bn, Royal Norfolk advance along the road towards the outskirts of the town everything seems to be quite. Too quite. The air comes to life with rounds as the Loyalists open up. 5 men are hit before they can react as bodies fly to ground. The well drill professionals go to work in their assault and begin to lay down covering fire whist B and C Coy. start to move through. Mk.II, Matilda push up through the middle with Coldstream Guards rushing behind them. An explosion turns the leading Matilda into a fireball flinging the Guardsmen from around it like rag dolls. The column of tanks carries on around the wreckage and into the outlying streets of Creon. C and D Coys, 2nd Bn, Grenadier Guards begin to clear the rubble closely assisted by the Matilda.



Left:
1st Bn, Grenadier Guards move into action as soon as the first shots are heard. Carried into battle by Universal Carrier and Bren Carriers they move into firing bases and dismount. The Lee Enfields and Stens crack into life as the Guards lay down covering fire for 1st Bn, Royal Scots to advance. The Carriers move forwards slowly providing cover for the men and lying down fire from their mounted Vickers. The advance is slow as the returning fire is murderous and the lack of cover between the Scots and the first building is a distance of over 300m. Suddenly A Coy, 1st Bn, Coldstream Guards come smashing through a nearby hedge and their Matilda rush the town. D Coy, 1st Bn. Grenadier Guards mount up in response to this sudden change in plan a rush in after the tanks.



Right:
1/8th Bn, Lancashire Fusiliers have a much easier time of their advance and get to the out lying house with little issue. 2nd Bn, Irish Guard's Mk.V, Covenanter move through the streets with caution as the Infantry move from cover to cover either side of the street. Most Irish Guard are riding astride the tanks and chat causally about how the loyalists are ill equipped peasants when 2 Covenanter erupt into flame. The following cross fire was murderous striking the Fusiliers and Guards alike and dropping them. Body litter the street as the Footmen get back into gear.

Thing is, jet engines eat up and awful lot of fuel, meaning a much more efficient design was needed, and so was born the Zephyr. Based upon the Horton Ho-229 prototyped by the nazis, it’s built to be stealthy, with a load of charcoal dust put into it to absorb those pesky radio waves from radar, along with having a much smaller radar cross-section. It can carry a higher payload than the Horten, with two 600Kg bombs of varying type being the standard. It’s also equipped with four 30mm machine guns, and of course, some friendly little missiles.

Ridgewood:
Ridgewood is an old industrial town that is key to the last stand of the Loyalists. They knew it and the Scottish states knew it. The attack at Creon had begun and 2nd Division had realised that they would need some armoured support to assault the city. 42nd Royal Tank Regiment, 79th Armoured Division were move from stand by to assist in the Operation. 12th Support Brigade had deployed 55th (Wessex) Field Regiment, Royal Artillery, 3rd Carabiniers (Prince of Wales's Dragoon Guards) and 615th Field Squadron, Royal Engineers to assist. The attack would happen 2 hours after Creon and would be a head on assault down the main road as the surrounding marsh made flanks almost impossible. The 2nd Bn, Dorsetshire Regiment (5th Inf Bde) and 2nd Bn, Scots Guards, (Guard Bde) were to begin the attack whilst 55th Field Regiment lay down a creeping barrage.

At 1500 hours the sound of Ordnance QF 25-pounder filled the air as the barrage began. Though the facilities in Ridgewood were wanted intact their loss was found to be needed if it kept more men alive. As the first shells began to land screams were heard from the target zone. Behind this rain of fire came the 2nd Bn, Dorsetshire and Scots Guards, bayonets fixed and battle cries being yelled. It was too much for some of the Loyalists and they surrendered instantly.


After the first objective fell into Scottish hands the next move was to get the bridge. This now meant that the 42nd Royal Tank Regiment were needed. But they hadn't arrived. At 1530 it was deemed that the plan would go ahead without armoured support. 1st Bn, Queen's own Cameron Highlanders and 5th Bn, Coldstream Guard were pushed through the original foothold created by the Dorsetmen. It became bitter street fighting with no quarters being given. Every corner became a trap and every window had something hidden within it. B Coy, 1st Bn, Cameron Highlander were to be the spear head of the push but have taken too heavy losses so A Coy. have been handed the task.

"The following below is a proposed plan and statement by the Germonurian government for the people and government of Fakeistan to acknowledge. The Fakeistanis should cease developing weapons in a threatening manner, and shall dispose of, by with direct supervision and assistance by the germonurian government, jet engines, supertanks, any technology based off of our principles and our schematics unless proven that internal parts are different. The following is also an order of battle in which 2 Army groups are mobilizing within our borders, in preparation for any imminent operation. I have not yet any pleasure of communicating with any other nation in Yugopotamia, the Fakesitanins are clearly infringing on copyright and are really pushing their limits on their technology. Due to the increasing threat of the Fakeistanis copying Germonurian technology without consent, and in suspicion of conspiracy. The Germonurian High command has commenced a blitzkrieg to complement the already established expeditionary force that is en route to the Fakesitani countryside to purge the communist insurgents. The Armed Republic of Fakeistan is proud to announce another great advancement in military technology:

Say hello to the M1-Zephyr stealth fighter-bomber. This baby’s got jet engines, one of the latest advancements from the boys in the lab. Thing is, jet engines eat up and awful lot of fuel, meaning a much more efficient design was needed, and so was born the Zephyr. Based upon the Horton Ho-229 prototyped by the nazis, it’s built to be stealthy, with a load of charcoal dust put into it to absorb those pesky radio waves from radar, along with having a much smaller radar cross-section. It can carry a higher payload than the Horten, with two 600Kg bombs of varying type being the standard. It’s also equipped with four 30mm machine guns, and of course, some friendly little missiles.

Bud, your using the engines I'm using, that violation of copyright unless you find an engine of your own that fits the purpose but meets the criteria for your vehicle. And the fact that you post it here causes a bit of tension for my nation that has already been producing these products in the first place. And the brits didn't have the specific engines, I don't mind you copying the looks, but the engine is important because thats the main point of the arguement.
