Coolidge then said, "Very well then, they have respected the fact that we are in alliance through the MSU. Prepare for space jump. Return to Vicina."

"Yes sir." And the crew members tapped a few buttons here and there, and the Tempest entered into a slip-space jump back to the moon of Luce and docked itself there to be repaired. The other ships returned to their original positions.

Meanwhile in Secundis, a miner in the mountains has just recently struck trillium ore after mining for 254 meters. Because of this discovery, several other miners came over to that area and mined all around; some of them have excavated some trillium ore. The ores were being transported to Secundis, where they were extracted, refined and processed. Then it was stored somewhere in the city; not even the officials of the colony know where it was being placed.

Some trillium ores after processing were converted to liquid form for use as fuel in Stormwrath's transport ships. While redstone is an excellent source of energy, trillium proved to be much more potent but limited in supply. This is why ships built in Stormwrath are hybrids; in case trillium runs out, the redstone reactors can take its place.

The NAE colony and warships landed on the other side of the moon away form all of the other ships, colonist and Troopers loaded off with supposed and building materials for the new colony. Admrial James Walburg walked off the NAE Imperial Justice

The crowd cheered as they begun work on the colony first setting up farms and houses, next came refineries and factories

By this time another transport ship has arrived in orbit above Luce, bringing in another 7,000 settlers and more supplies and equipment. The ship docked at the orbital station, and unloaded its cargo. These materials and equipment were being transported down to the surface through the space elevator, where naval transport vessels were docking to receive the supplies. Once their capacity is full, the vessels sail towards the port of New Mistral, just 46 miles from Secundis. From there freighter rail systems carry them to the city, where they are unloaded.

The settlers arrived in landing ships headed directly for Secundis. They disembarked at their spaceport just outside of the city. This was it. They were on the surface of another world. It seems like for them, the future was going to be promising. Unfortunately, fate cannot promise such things.

A certain man named Chester Santori was assigned by the Stormwrathian government to oversee the colony. He was one of those people that came with the second wave of settlers. The dropship he was in smoothly hovered over the ground before softly landing on the tarmac of the spaceport. He exited the spacecraft and inhaled a large breath. "So this is the smell of Luce", he thought to himself. An armored vehicle came by to pick him up. The chauffeur exited the car, gave him a respectful salute and greeted him, "Greetings Governor-General. Welcome to Luce."

"Thank you my good man", he replied in Elumbish. "I believe this is to take me to the colonial hall, am I correct?"

"Yes sir." And the chauffeur opened a door for Chester to enter. As the governor-general got inside, he sat close to the window. The chauffeur then got to the driver's seat and drove him to the colonial hall. Along the way, Chester pulled out his data pad and started typing something. This was his journal, and every single day he would type in about what happened, who did he meet, what was it like and so on.

Meanwhile inside Chester's office, he was enjoying himself with a cup of barley tea as he heard his communicator. "Sir, a certain Captain Hurt is going to meet with you today."

He pressed to respond and said, "Alright, I'll let him inside." As he finished his voice mail, a knock was heard on the door. "Come in", said Chester. As Captain Hurt went inside with his guards, Chester then added, "But the guards may wait outside."

"Governor General I am here on behalf of Emperor Daral and Empress Sierra to negotiate an alliance between Atmora and Stromwrath."

"Ah yes", replied Chester as he shook his hand. "I have heard about your nation and about your people. I believe that your nation is a part of the Multi-Species Union so that shouldn't be a problem. However, since this matter is concerning about an alliance, what shall be the terms of this treaty?"

As they sat down, Chester sipped his tea and placed it on the table in front of him. "Very well, I aceept your offer. In exchange for your trilliom, we will trade you 1/8 of our redstone." He took another sip and said to him, "Is there anything else that the Atmoran government has proposed? I am sure that there are things that you would like to discuss aside from free trade and mutual defense between our nations."

When the Enterprise approached the Vector Cluster it dropped out of Warp. "Full Sensor sweep, I want to know everything that is out there." orders the Captain.

"Sir, there is a planet with a colony on it. It has Trilliom." reports tactical.

"Very well, report that to Starfleet Command. We shall wait for their orders. Shields up, red alert!" orders the Captain.

They received the message from the Enterprise a day after it was sent. The order was given to have all ships within 100 lightyears to converge on the Vector Cluster. The ships that had cloaking devices cloaked. The furthest ships were expected to rendezvous with the Enterprise in 4 hours.

Another battlecruiser, the SXS Mistral, was patrolling a certain sector in the Vector Cluster; just 19 light years from Luce. When it was time to do a scanner sweep, Captain Ferrell told the AI to scan in the direction of the constellation Draenei*. It picked up eight unidentified ships traveling at 24 ly per hour. The AI then analyzed the signature of the ships, and the data came back as ships from New Roma Republic. He then created a transmission with one of the ships saying, "Attention unidentified vessel. This is the SXS Mistral of the Stormwrath Space Command. You are about to enter Stormwrathian extraterrestrial territory. Identify yourself."

*Constellations in the Vector Cluster may differ from constellations seen from Earth.

Like the Enterprise, the Jupiter is a Galaxy Class Starship. There were 3 other Galaxy Class Starships in the fleet, along with 3 Excelsior Class Starships, and 2 Excalibur Class Starships. But there were also 47 cloaked starships: 20 D'deridex class Warbirds, 20 Valdore type Warbirds, and 7 Defiant Class Starships.

"Order the fleet full stop, standard Starfleet Channel, uncoded." Ordered High Admiral Petrus Romulus IX. He was the descendant of the first Caesar of the New Roma Republic, Augustus Romulus Magna. He has had 25 years in Starfleet, now a High Admiral. He is one of the most experienced men in Starfleet. He was selected by Caesar Monroe himself to go on the mission that got him 100 lightyears from his current position. "I don't recall any Storwraith territory in this area." remarks the first officer.

"Yes, I don't either." says the Captain. "Computer, is there any Storwraithian territory in or around this area."

"Please, refine the area." replies the computer.

"Gah, say, 200 lightyears."

"Working...there is no data about Stormwraithian territory in or around the area specified."

"It may be new, and Starfleet Intelligence hasn't gotten word of it yet." suggest the Ensign at the helm.

"That would make sense. I believe we should comply, for now." suggests the first officer.

"Lieutenant, message the detectable fleet to stay put." he turns around to the tactical station "I want you to put a message hidden in the transmission of the other. This will be to the cloaked fleet. Tell them to proceed and investigate the Stormwrathian territory. But, make sure it is undetectable by anyone besides Starfleet ships. Transmit it on the secure Starfleet subspace channel Nero Bravo Gal Ducot II 5 9 Q."

"Yes sir."

"Oh, and message the Enterprise. Tell them to stay put, for now. Now, finally, on all frequencies, message the, um, Mistral, that we are the New Roman Starship Jupiter."

"Yes sir, right away, sir."

The NRS Enterprise has detected a large amount of Trilliom in this Cluster. We have come to investigate, and possible extract it, if possible.

Meanwhile, the cloaked ships split, half going starboard, and the other going port. These ships will go around the Stormwrathian partol. Their mission is to investigate the colony without being detected. It is purely reconosence.
