We will humbly accept your trade proposal, and we hope to be dealing with the pirates much more intensely now that we have ended the war of Argentinian aggression. We thank you for your offers of aid as well, and would like to let you know we are ready to do the same for you.

This week a new opponent on the global scale has stepped up. Equalsun Empire has now taken control of mainland China. Which is equally close to CIS and Brovarria territorial borders. We will see how this turns out, but at the slightest threat to our peoples consequences will happen. This is a warning, and your only warning.

Beijing, China

Xi Jinping sat at his desk, sipping tea and shooting glares at the senior military staff standing before him. It was a beautiful day in Beijing, the smog almost clearing enough to see the sun. However, in the room the mood was not peaceful. Though the Nationalist rebels had been dealt with by the Russians, who had kindly pulled out of northern China, the fact was that progress in the South was not what he had expected. Steely-eyed, he continued what he had been previously saying before the Oolong had arrived.
Xi: "So, why haven't you crushed the rebels in Indochina and Burma? Have they become that powerful?"
General Zhou: "Well, sir... we have had some trouble with Vietnam, and our troops in Burma are still in turmoil from the collapse of the former government. It's difficult to reassert control."
Xi: "Well, send in the Northern troops; since the Nationalists are a smaller problem, we should be able to pull at most 500,000 from that front. They should be on the battlefield within a couple days. Make it so."
With much bowing and muttering of apologies, the generals hastened from the room to inform their respective underlings of their orders. Meanwhile, Xi turned his attention to the matter of politics. Taking up a pencil, he began the process of making friends with his northern neighbors.

To: Russian President Vladimir
From: Xi Jinping, Emperor of China

Greetings, admirable president. I am delighted to hear that you wish to pursue a friendly path with my nation. Regarding Manchuria, we would appreciate that you give them autonomous government; there are some reports that the elections were rigged, and if the country weren't incorperated into you excellent nation that would quell those rumors, making our relationship much easier. While on the subject of expansion, I would like to request that you do not venture any further south in Asia, as I do not want to be drawn into a border conflict with your nation. That is all I have to say; I look forward to a great relationship between our nations.

As he turned to send a third letter, however, the yellow-star C-mail icon on his desktop lit up, a new message incoming. Opening it, he scanned through a threat from his small neighbor to the East, Japan. Scoffing, he tossed it in the trash; he didn't need to worry about them. He had bigger problems going on in the South...

So, here's what happened:
1. China takes Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Burma
2. Relations opened with CIS

From: Xi Jinping, Emperor of China

Greetings, admirable leader. I am pleased to hear your conquest of the North American continent is going smoothly. However, I would like to inquire as to your 10 trillion debt to my nation; how do you plan on repaying it? As much as it pains me, I cannot simply wave away such a large sum of money, and must have means of collecting it. Nonetheless, I hope we may continue trading as you fight to bring order to the chaos of your country.

OOC: I started off as Canada, not as the USA. Also, political situations that apply to RL versions of the nations/territories, don't have to apply to player nations. Since we are playing fictional nations. Also your nation is kinda of a reformation of a former nation that existed in this RP, which means, I existed before you did. Also, I never owed that former nation that controlled any debt. So...you might wanna edit that.

It has come to the attention of the Senates of Nova Roma that, although notice has been taken of each other in passing, our two nations have never interacted directly. To amend this, The Great Nova Roma formally wishes to open trade with your vast and powerful country, which appears to be quickly spreading to all corners of South America. Your agricultural products, such as coffee, the vastly popular beverage through all of Nova Roma, would be a resource we would appreciate access to.

Nova Roma would like to further this meeting of new nations by formally recognizing and greeting the Siberian Flaming Eskimos and Norgan Alliance. We wish your nations well in our future interactions, and hope you both manage to spread your influence to become great powers in this world.

New Delhi, India

Global political receivers crackle to life as the first message sent from India is heard around the world. A new era has begun. An era of prosperity, an era of progression, and an era of warfare. After the long period of political instability, India has finally had a leader rise above the rest and put a quell to the nations outcry. This mans name is Abhay Anit.

Global Transmission:

People of the world, the Republic of India has risen from the ashes of its former self. A diplomatic election has made President Abhay Anit leader over the 350,000 million populous within our countries borders. In these scary times, President Anit has been given temporary powers over all aspects of the government so we do not once again erupt into chaos as a nation. During this time, a parliament will also be voted in to help restore order to our country. We fully recognize the Empire of China and it's leader Xi Jinping, as well as the Russian Empire and President Vladimir as our close neighbors and promise peace to each of them.

Thank you,
Ambassador Aditi

President Anit sat confidently in his chair. Turning around and looking out his office windows, he was amazed at how far his capital city had come in such a short amount of time. The political instability of India had taken it's toll on all of it's cities and people, and had run amuck on the streets of New Delhi. No government meant no laws and looting, destruction, and crime in general were at an all time high. That was, until he took control only a few months ago.

The country kept it on the down low, however word had spread and rumors had caught on in neighboring countries. When he finally thought his nation was in a state that would demand respect from the world, he opened the dams. Cities that had been falling apart were quickly built back up. People who had been torn apart were sewn back together. A country that was on the verge of self destruction had been saved. And all by the leadership of him. As well as his charismatic and intelligent team.

Abhay knew that the borders and power of China were growing quickly and having lived in China for years studying before its own government evaporated, he had many connections. Him and his team drafted a telegram of great importance to the newly pronounced Emperor of China, Xi Jinping.

Private Transmission from India to China (Sec. lvl High)

Most revered Emperor Xi, I President Abhay Anit would like to propose a joining between our two great countries. Specifically, I would like to suggest both a trade agreement and a military alliance between us. At the moment, our internal economy is slowly growing but we would be very excited for an outside source to help not only our economy grow, but yours as well. We know that the amount of industrial production in your nation is staggering but it seems you have very few uses for this production as of now. We would also like to suggest a military alliance so we can help one another grow instead of hindering the both of us.

With great respect,
President Abhay Anit

With his transmission sent to the powerful Chinese Emperor, Abhay decided to review his military which had been brought back into full service in the past few months. During this time of world warfare, a constant standing army of 3,500,000 soldiers were under his command as well as about 12,000,000 in his reserves. His naval forces had been brought out of drydock and 2 large fleets created, as well as his air forces taken out of their hangars. Chatter over local comms had found nearby Pakistan to be very interested in uniting. With them being controlled by Europeans, many Pakistinians were ready to join with the newly joined R.o.I (Republic of India). Abhay had sent 4 field armies (roughly 300,000 soldiers in each) to prepare for a war to take Pakistan. At the same time both fleets (2 A/C, 11 Dey, 23 Frig, 30 Cor, 17 Sub) as well as a large portion of his air forces prepared to move West to support his armies around Pakistan. Finally, Abhay decided the small, yet populous, nation of Bangladesh must be taken under R.o.I control to increase his population. (Claiming Bangladesh) *MASSIVE EDITS*

OOC: Map has been updated. V0LTRIS, you weren't suppose to join until I had updated the map and added you in. You came in a bit too early. But it matter not now, since I have updated the map. Also Hunsha already has Pakistan. Trying to take it will be a declaration of war. Not saying you can't start a war, just saying it will cause a war, unless you and Hunsha agree to a deal on splitting the rest of Pakistan. So you either one of you has to withdraw the claim, agree to split Pakistan somehow, or the only other option is war.

Nicolás Maduro, el Presidente of Venezuela stroked his mustache backstage. A bead of sweat rolled down his forehead and he quickly wiped it away. El Presidente was very nervous, he was about to give a speech that would define the quickly coming future of his small nation. After the fall Nicolás was barely able to keep his nation stable, even so, insurgents in the south had been gaining momentum of late, and this was very troubling. The rebels had been hitting the oil fields in the central of Venezuela, and if the attacks continued Venezuela would lose their most important tradable good.
Stagehand: "You're on Mr. Presidente"
Enough waiting, Maduro thought, now it was ShowTime. He stepped out from behind the curtain into the main room of "El Iglesia de la Música", a well-known theatre house, to a greeting of thousands of screaming supporters and the glare of stage lights. Maduro stepped up to the podium, cleared his throat, and began: "My fellow Venezuelans, our nation has just emerged from a time of great strife to be plunged into another, insurgents in the south are threatening our livelihood, our people, our very way of life," Maduro took a deep breath and continued, "For too long we have put up with these pests, and for too long they have been a pain in our collective side. So, I say to you, that we will put up with this threat for no longer!" the crowd cheered, but Nicolás continued, now shouting, "I will not allow another man, woman, or child die by their hand. I will work tirelessly to stop them at every turn, and not rest until every single one of these dogs are dead!" the crowd now reached a fervor and people started to surge toward the stage as if at a rock concert. As one "supporter" reached the edge of the stage and produced a handgun.
"Death to dictators!" he shouted and fired. Two of his shots hit the podium, one missed entirely, and the final two hit the beloved President square in the chest. The crowd erupted into panic at the sound of gunshots and thundered toward the exits. As the first supporter to reach the doors, it was flung open by a man clad in camo combat armor and a gas mask and armed with a M5 Submachine gun. "Meath moo micmators" he shouted and opened fire on the crowd. Several more supporters were met with similar greetings at other exits. A second wave of soldiers appeared armed with grenade launchers and fired canisters of tear gas into the crowd. Half blind and confused, the supporters were easy prey.
Once their work was finished, the soldiers orderly marched out, as if two hundred lives had not just been extinguished. Army engineers dropped their gas cans after finishing surrounding the perimeter of the theatre in gasoline. What looked to be the commander of the soldiers lifted off his gas mask, struck up a cigarette, and after two long puffs, tossed it into the puddle of gas. He turned to his men, "Caracas shall burn tonight!" as the theatre burst into flame.

Jorge was sitting in his office, in the Presidential retreat far in the countryside, his feet propped up on his desk, throwing a baseball into the air and catching it. With birds chirping in the background, it was a very peaceful place. Suddenly, a man in a black suit burst into the office.
"We have to get you out of here sir!" the Secret Service officer said as he quickly walked toward the Vice President.
"Wait, what happened? Did the rebels hit agai- Ow!" Jorge said as the baseball bopped him in the head.
"No, something much worse, you better come with me." he said and grabbed Jorge by the hand, before leading him out of his office and into the hall. There, office workers rushed back and forth, carrying boxes of costly equipment and precious documents. Jorge could hear the smashing of computers and the spreading of papers in the background. The two walked out the front of the luxurious compound and into the waiting arms of a presidential motorcade. Jorge was quickly escorted into the back of a heavily armored limo, flanked to the front and back by BTRs.
"What happened?" asked Jorge, utterly confused.
The Secret Service officer, now in the front seat, turned around and said: "A military coup has taken Caracas, and the south has erupted into full rebellion, we have to get you to the safe house."
"Then go!" said Jorge, now aware of the severity of the situation, and the motorcade sped off.

After many hours of bumpy riding through the Amazon, the motorcade finally made it to a small unassuming cabin. The Secret Service Officer helped Jorge out of the limo and escorted him to the front door of the cabin.
"This is it?" Jorge asked and the Secret Service Officer nodded. He opened the door to reveal a small room with only a T.V. and a couple of rugs on the floor. Jorge sent the Service Officer a questioning look and the Officer stepped forward to push aside the T.V. and the console it sat on to reveal a set of stairs leading downward. Jorge walked down the steps into a war room bustling with Generals and pencil pushers discussing the civil war over a badly creased paper map with red and blue tanks and soldiers spread about it as if by random. Jorge spotted and office with his name on it and walked across the room into the office. Slowly closing the door behind him he sat down in his chair with a relieved sigh. On his desktop a popup appeared, "You have mail!" it said, and Jorge moved his mouse toward the little icon with an aggravated sigh "A President's work is never done." he mumbled under his breath.

We appreciate your sign of friendship in these dark times, though we feel that we can beat these insurgents easily, we would appreciate some help in our conflict. We hope that this leads to greater diplomatic relations in the future.

Sincerely,
El Nuevo Presidente,
Jorge Arreaza

To: The Republic of India
From: The True State of Venezuela

We are glad to hear that your nation has aslo grown above the bloodshed that has permeated our world for so long. We wish you well for the future and hope that we can grow closer as nations.

Sincerely,
El Nuevo Presidente,
Jorge Arreaza

Finally finished with his work, Jorge grabbed a baseball waiting on his desk, and leaned back to relax.

  • A military coup has taken over the states of Amazonas, Bolívar, and Delta Amacuro in addition to the capital city of Caracas.
  • Roughly three fourths of the army has rebelled while about one forth of the army has stayed loyal along with most of the navy and almost all of the Air Force.
  • Nicolás Maduro, el Presidente of Venezuela is dead and Jorge Arreaza has been named El Nuevo Presidente of Venezuel.

"Is it done?" Said the Flaming Almighty into the satellite phone.
"Yes, el Presidente is dead," the commander replied.
"Good, signal the soldiers to move in. Venezuela will be ours."
The Flaming Almighty hangs up. He looks around his meager command tent, set up in the jungles of the south. Soon soldiers would move into key cities and and command posts throughout the north. The oil fields would also be key targets in order to secure a stable economy in his new regime. If all went well there would be few casualties and Venezuela would soon be his. Guyana would be annexed as well to start the new expansion of the empire. The Almighty took out a pen and paper, and started writing.

To: Nova Roma
From: The Siberian Flaming Eskimos
We appreciate your notice of us and wish you the best in Europe. The great Empire of the Siberian Flaming Eskimos (ESFE), the true Venezuelan Republic, wishes to extend the hand of friendship and trade. We hope you will help us to free this nation from the oppressive regime the rules it now. Bring freedom to our people, help us claim our rights.

-The Flaming Almighty

The Flaming Almighty set down his pen, eyed his handiwork, and smiled. This would be a nice piece of propaganda for his cause. An officer enters the tent.
"Sir, refugees have come from the north to join our cause, what do you want the border camps to do sir?" The officer says after saluting.
"So, the people are already choosing sides," the Almighty murmured."Let them join, send out messages throughout the country offering protection to those unable to fight as well. Any support is welcome, whether it's soldiers or not."
"Sir yes sir!" The officer saluted, then left.
Things were moving faster than expected, maybe this would be cleaner than originally thought.

Meanwhile, in the capital...

"Everyone, on the ground! Now!" Yelled the commander as he stormed the presidential palace. "Keep them form destroying the documents, shoot anyone who doesn't comply on sight!"
"Yes sir!" shouted the soldiers.
"You, come with me," he said as he pointed to five of the more elite soldiers in the group. "We're going for the vice president."
The commander and his handpicked team moved swiftly through the rooms, encountering light resistance. Only one major altercation occurred between the team and three bodyguards. The leading soldier was shot and killed by pistol fire. Before the bodyguards could fire again, they were ripped apart by machine gun fire.
"Keep moving, there should be more guards so be careful."
They reached the vice presidents office without incident, and prepared to breach.
"You, kick the door down, I'll throw in the flash bang. We may not have run into anyone yet, but there could be more," The commander advised. "Three, two, one, BREACH!"
The door opened with a bang, a flash bang rolled into the room and went off. The commander and his team burst into the room, and were met by nothing.
"Shit," said the commander,"the Flaming Almighty will have our heads for this." He pulls out his radio." I need a full search of the city for the presidential convoy. The Vice President has escaped, I repeat, the Vice President has escaped."
Silence ensues for a full three seconds before static starts to sound.
"I'll start the search, but know that we don't find him the blames on your head," responds 3 star general Cortez.
"He'll kill you anyway! I mean, whats the point of get us both-"
"Can it. Not only did you screw yourself over, you screwed me as well. If I'm going down then I won't let you benefit from the new wave of promotions either. Now start searching, or else."
The general hung up.
"You heard him, start looking. There's no guarantee that the Almighty won't want your heads too for this failure."
Do you want freedom? Well too bad, you won't get it here. All hail the Flaming Almighty!

"Our first issue, is the war to our north." stated another council member

"Which is why we must increase border defense! To ensure our great nation is not dragged into another pointless conflict!"
"TONIGHT! We mobilize the 2nd Exército Pé Shalian to the northern border!"

"Our next issue will be the fight to our west!"

Manila, the Philippines

All was quiet on the peaceful, tropical night in Manila. Well, that is, until the troop ships hit the beaches and the Middle Empire soldiers thundered out. The soldiers stormed towards the presidential residence, breaking the door down and seizing Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III. Once that was accomplished, Xi walked into the room, his countenance grave as he stared down at the Philippine leader. "I'm sorry to do this, Benigno," He began, looking about as solemn as a leader who had just seized a large nation with relatively no casualties could, "But the Philippines are now under Chinese control. I will be running the affairs of this country from here on out, and if you wish the best for your country, I suggest that you comply." Benigno, looking as defeated as he felt, slowly nodded; considering that he had been captured (and the fact that his country's military was terrible), he was forced to cooperate with the dictator standing before him. The Philippines had been taken by China.

The next day...

Xi Jinping sat at his desk, smiling for a change. Multiple turns of events marked out a bright future for his nation. For starters, it seemed like India was looking to be friendly, for a change; and with potential enemies crowding around him, he welcomed the ally. The problem of Russia was a troublesome one; he had to find a way to get Manchuria back from them peacefully, as a war would weaken both their nations enough for a nation like Japan or the United States to swoop in and collapse their new governments. Slightly chewing on the end of his pencil, he began to type out the messages needed to their respective nations.

To: Vlad
From: Xi

Greetings, and may fortune smile very, very warmly upon your empire. Preferably with fire

He deleted that file. Now that that was out of the way, he drafted the message he was going to send.

To: President Vladimir
From: Xi Jinping

I'm sorry that you don't want to release Manchuria, and I understand. However, my source was valid, so I will not apologize to my inquiry. Take that as you will.

Sending that with a prayer to his ancestors, Xi turned to the next, positive one.

To: Abhay Anit, President of India
From: Xi Jinping, Emperor of China

May the fortunes of your ancestors shine warmly upon you, most gracious Abhay. I am glad that our two great countries can come to terms with our differences, and embrace as friends. I accept your offer of an alliance wholeheartedly. I hope you like dumplings.

Smiling, he sent that message with a light heart; maybe today wasn't going to be bad after all.

Population; 630 million
Economic power (On a industrial scale from 1 to 100); 90

Military power:
6.3 million active personnel
31.5 million reserve personnel

Army corps
I'll write down exact numbers of tanks/aircraft/navy/etc later; I wanna post this
