As of yesterday, the nations of the GAR and the MonRep. Osphen agreed on a mutually beneficial trade arrangement that can potentially improve the economies of both nations drastically. The agreement are as follows.

Exports to GAR: Natural Gas, Refined Petroleum, Steel
Imports from GAR: Diamonds, Ore, Minerals
Fleet
Fleet Basing Rights: All ports of either nation are considered friendly, refuelling and restocking are permitted, wether military or civillian.
Maximum tariffs 2%
Maximum trade quotas increased by 5%

WCC prepares for War

After repeated attacks by LAME operatives on WCC locations(Alaska Oil fields, the Mile 0 Post, Golden gate bridge(luckily failed)) the WCC has elected to join in with the rest of the ECF in the effort to fight LAME. currently talks are being held with the leaders of the EF to determine where to attack/defend.

Mobilisation Intensifies
more and more people are being recruited to fight LAME every day, with WCC factories pumping out weapons and vehicles, and shipments coming in from the EF. It seems the WCC intends to go all in in the attack on LAME. WCC leaders promise the war will end with an Increase in the WCC's power on the World stage.

European Sector control transferred
The leaders of the EF have made many promises to help alleviate the difference in powers between the EF and WCC, and they seem to mean it. the European sector has been transferred to the West Coast Political Bloc(for those who don't know, the term for the WCC inside the ECF).

Integration of Croatia and Bosnia & Herzegovina
As one of their first acts in charge of the ES, the WCC moved in to the last of the remaining Balkan territories still left held small local governments, Bosnia & Herzegovina and the rest of Croatia, stabilizing the region. officially this was done to better create a line against LAME, and to protect the Balkans from further LAME incursions. as such, reinforcements have been sent there to shore up the borders.

WCC announces new programs to build industry
the WCC continues to build industry, working on becoming the largest supplier of many ECF goods. the question is, will this violate the ECF clauses on environment? Only time will tell.

This morning Chancellor Brazhnikov and Minister of Defense Damyan Novitsky held a press conference regarding violent terrorist groups expanding, and potential military action in the Middle East.

"Due to the recent acts of aggression made by The Levantine Army for the Middle East otherwise known as LAME, against our neighboring nation Ismeil, Drucezchski hereby declares war against The Levantine Army of the Middle East and all of it's allies. LAME has gotten away with too many crimes against humanity, and expands into a larger threat every day. We refuse to allow this threat to expand any more, and we refuse to let this issue go unnoticed. With this, we will make it our priority to free those under the rule of these savages, while bringing those accountable for these heinous crimes against the globe to justice."

Chancellor Brazhnikov stated, followed by the Minister of Defense...

"Due to the increasing threat of infiltration, we are no longer allowing any citizens to leave the country, nor are we allowing any to enter the country. We are also deploying 4 fleets to the Arabian Sea, as well as 2 to the Southern Mediterranean. Drucezchski is also creating a military coalition with Jordkloden, to occupy Ismeil and successfully drive out LAME forces from Africa. After we have successfully done so, we will vacant Ismeil at once. Drucezchski Security Grid and Armed Forces are set to DEFCON 3. We will have more updates to come."

Citizens have noted massive military movements throughout the nation, and are rallying against LAME all throughout Drucezchski.

With the steady decline of the DSU looming over them, members of the once-great alliance were worried of the potential for the pact to become defunct. At the same time, the Eldenian Coastal Federation was in the process of reform to incorporate a greater array of nations into the still-young Federation, aiming to achieve their idea of global unity diplomatically. Realizing that this was an extremely opportune moment for both sides, a deal was drafted with the majority DSU members to align with the ECF. In yet another twist of fate an application to join was received from perhaps the most unlikely source of all. The National Fascist State of Drucezchski requested to join the blossoming new Federation, under the condition that they keep their political system. Thus, Drucezchski and Jordkloen have been accepted, and the ECF has been changed into the now more open Trans-Oceanic Confederation. The TOC has publicly announced that they are planning to work as a unified force to act against LAME.

In accordance with this, the WCC is preparing to send troops to fight LAME as soon as possible.

TOC is now protecting CIS
Concerns have been raised inside the TOC at incidents of previous instability within central and south america, and as such, an agreement has been signed to have the TOC protect the country of CIS. As such, the TOC will step in if CIS is attacked by any foreign power, with no other obligations from either side. the TOC has stated that this is to ensure the stability of Central America.

Massive arms shipments to Jordkloen
with war looming, it has been decided to divert shipments of Military equipment from the WCC to Jordkloen temporarily, in order to replace their current equipment with Eldenian variations. As well, even the WCC facories are sending to Jordkloen, seeing equipping them as temporarily more important than growing the WCC army at current.

The alliance between the Mes and the SAR of Ayoile has seen much success from both nations, both share similar views on culture and economics, and the special relationship between both countries has seen for the first time in decades progress within the country of Ayoile with much of its infrastructure improve as well as its quality of life. It has indeed benefited the most from being an SAR, but no longer will it be an SAR by itself.
On this day the people in Ayoile looked in approval and some rejoiced as the the countries of Kaeptin and Vendeeza would too vote to become SAR's, and acquire status similar to that of Mes.

In collection the four of these nations would undergo a pact to the build the economies of each nation in efforts to improve the standard of living for each country.

Representative based Parliamentary system in which the nation sends delegates to the federation capital.
The Federation Capital is located in Hansburg
50 delegates for each member state.
Judicial System: Mesian Juries have the ultimate say.
Mes has the power to remove a member nation.
It swears politically to protect each other.

Economical Policies:
Develop basic infrastructure in all nation.
Specialists would be sent to the Federation’s capital in order to discuss the state of each member’s economy.
The economic standard is state-planned capitalism (Singaporean standard)
The three nations besides Mes will adopt the currency Red.
Each obligating member can have their own currency.

Foreign
Protect each other's territorial claims in conferences with other nations
Swears to protect international peace,trade and integrity.
Promotes stable and fair interactions with other members.

With LAME currently locked in heavy combat with Osphen's troops the Confederate League of Independent States of Tula has found itself becoming the new supplier of the beleaguered nation locked in intense combat with the genocidal monsters of LAME. Security Forces Launch Largest Military Exercise in History

Over the next two weeks, the Rhöneland and Greater Morvaria Freikorps (The Amerikaner equivalent to the National Guard) will take part in the largest military training exercise in recent history. The Freikorps, with a combined personnel of 200,000, will stage a combined desert and jungle warfare scenario, with portions of the Mechanized Divisions and Luftwaffe participating alongside the Freikorps. The drills will be staged in southern Rhöneland and Greater Morvaria, approximately ten kilometers away from the Amerikaner-Veendezian Border. The drills, according to Reichsmarchall Phillip Hauser von Klagenfurt, are essential to preparing the Freikorps for a possible invasion of Greater Morvaria and Rhöneland.

In an interview today, the Reichsmarschall commented: "In the modern day and age, it is imperative that our personnel, from our regular army down to the Freikorps, be prepared to defend our nation from foreign aggression, especially when the foreign aggression comes to Amerikaner soil. Using artillery, tanks, and aircraft will all be necessary, as it will prepare our troops for combat on the front lines, wether it be in Angola or here on our home turf." When asked, the National Congress and the National Parliament declined to comment on the drills. However, the Chancellor left with a simple statement: "I'm simply preparing for Freikorps should they ever be deployed."

Just a little information on Nieblham and the country's plans. The CEO of Shinra (the gov owned business) recommends to the Leader and Congress of Nieblham to have an open port policy and lower the default tariff to .4%. The Leader and Congress have both agreed 60% approving and 39% not (1% refusing). Thus Nieblham is open to trade with any nation and accepting of any negotiations, which results on tariffs being on a per country bases (so if you engage in trade here your tariffs can be above or below those of others that Nieblham trades with). Nieblham offers cheap labor, plentiful food (rice and any other cash crop can be grown in the Bengal area), shipbuilding (though Shinra owns majority stock in the business), rubber, and some minerals from the northern mines. The CEO of Shinra highly recommended a major train system to be created in the nation to facilitate travel and movement of goods, that even received support from the Ancient (a justice of the supreme court of Nieblham), claiming that the train system would result in less pollution to the environment and overall be cleaner. Thus, besides for some few anti-spending supports, the money has also been spent to build a railroad system connecting the interiors to the port cities. Finally the Shinra airforce has also requested funding or supports any trade for stealth bombers, which the Leader agreed to look for traders, but Congress has decided to wait until the train system has been completed before increasing funding to any military branch. Civil Defense Corps deployed to Nairobi

A series of bombings shook Nairobi today, as several car bombs and suicide bombers detonated explosive devises all over the the city, mostly targeting government buildings and financial sectors. This attack is believed to be in retaliation for a series of raids against Rwandan Patriotic Front insurgents around the country. There is no current death toll at the moment, but it is expected to be in the hundreds, with more wounded.

The attacks mostly focused on the Department of State Security, who orchestrated the raids, as well as the Ministry of Defense, who helped carry out the raids with local police departments. Several explosions also rocked the legislature, where President Nguri was addressing a joint session of congress, possibly as an attempt on the President's life. No one was seriously hurt in the explosions at the Legislature, though several representatives were taken to area hospitals and treated for possible concussions.

So far, no one has claimed responsibility for the attack, but this comes at a most inopportune moment as tensions with the Democratic Republic of the Congo are at a tipping point, after their continued refusal to hand over rebel leader, Paul Kigami, who sources believe could be responsible for the attack.

Kigami, formerly the commander of the Rwandan Patriotic Front militia group, has been hiding in the DRC since the late 90's and has been launching guerrilla raids into New Antonalia since then. Numerous attempts were made for extradition, but the DRC government in Kinshasa has refused to budge citing the annexing of Rwanda an "illegal occupation that serves only to deepen the pockets of the pseudo-European cockroaches".

Shortly after the explosions, President-for-life Sese Mobutu had this to say on the situation:

While it saddens my heart that so many of our African brethren were harmed in this despicable attack, we must remember who it was directed against, the White Colonists and their masters in Europe! I commend the attackers for carrying out this act of revolution, but urge them to refrain from targeting the true Africans...

With this statement, relations with the DRC seem to be taking a turn for the worst, with all out war looming on the horizon.

In other news, members of the Lords Resistance Army were caught, crossing the border by local officers, after they took control of a border outpost. This resulted in a three hour long stand off which resulted in members of the Foreign Legion being called in to end the stand off. Fortunately, the LRA terrorists surrendered and were taken in to custody and are currently awaiting trail.
