Yes, the Protectorate of Lyras would go to war with Waldreich. Mainly to assist in the defence of Bordav, who naively assert that 'they don't believe in war', despite war being an obvious reality.
But that's ok. This is why the Protectorate exists.

Eh, only if provoked. We currently have no real interest in them now. Why go to war when there's no argument?
