I have to ask how does the HQ work then if it is completely cut off? isn't the very point of an HQ to Co-Ordinate and centralise, if its entirely cut off from the outside world (I assume to prevent SIGINT or ELINT) its not able to function so what is the point of having it at all?

I'll take a Good story every time I'm just a stickler for Logistics, and when you said your HQ is entirely cut off my Narative cohesion sesne was tingling. The HQ Better be a Skull Fortress of Doom built into the side of a mountain with lava rivers flowing from the eyes like tears . Given the Muster of people involved and the number of regions so far yeah that does seem to be the best way of doing this. for the sanity of all involved Breaking it down into Theatres with a a number of Anti-Slavers Vs One Slaver in each Theatre.

So Do you fellows have any preferance of targets or Enemies, Slavers should very much weigh in on this too. ? or do you want me to draw these out at random?

On a serious note Animaria et al., I will be engaging in this conflict as a neutral.

The reason comes from a bit of interestingness known as the Phoenix Free City, in one if my overseas territories. Essentially, it's an autonomous territory that takes on freed slaves and those without nationality, and gives them refuge until they've had sorted a nationality.

As such, I'm willing to keep the concept running, alas as a neutral, since I'd rather the place doesn't get torched with a week of any conflict unfurling. And so the story can develop from there, be it the pathetic attempts of the humanitarians to make a stand based on morals against pure primal evil and the conclusion that any humanitarian goal is bound to fail in the long run or the big picture, etc. etc.

So far - including the previous two threads running in International Incidents since 2009... so 5 years ago (Edit: 2010 actually, after I have re-checked pretty much) - there are around 93 million slaves freed.

The majority are going to Ganosia/Ixania's sanctuary, but we can always have some going to your sanctuary too, that is, if you are interested? It'll be a good shared canon too

Ralkovia would not be helping its fellow slavers in much of anyway, so any slaver alliance would not interest Ralkovia. Largely, my nation would be more apt to target other slavers than it would help them. Ralkovia targets the weak and undefended on its own time. An alliance of any group of "bad nations" would only force Ralkovia to be sucked into conflicts not of it's own choosing. Also, by targeting "bad nations" we generally avoid having to deal with nations like Allanea/Lamoni/Lyras and friends trying to come to their rescue.

ICly, Ralkovia is also an intensely racist place with strong xenophobia. To form an alliance with a lesser ethnic group/nation would largely be regarded as disgusting and would go against most of the doctrine we teach from childbirth. Though we do recognize that in the face of threats coming from hostile groups of nation that collaboration is necessary. We would be willing to share intelligence/coordinate attacks/etc.

Yeah one 11 V 5 Thread would just turn into a horrible mess. That would work well. Four 1 Slaver Vs 2 Anti Slavers, and one 1 Slaver Vs 3 Anti-Slavers.
