I have heard reports from reliable sources, the nature of which are of no importance in our discussions. It is best for you to understand that such atrocities, while not advertised, are not a secret to the rest of the world. I am also offended that you would infer that Rhinocera would rather ISIS be running rampant through Iraq, for that is not the case. As I see it, ISIS is a rabid dog that needs to be drug out into the streets and shot. However, your unorthodox methods make you no better than ISIS, hence our condemnation of your actions. It is not the conquest of Iraq that concerns Rhinocera, rather your brutal attacks on it's people.

After resting in her room until evening, Eva prepares for a sexy night out. Dressing in a Black Lace Cocktail dress, gloves, mid-high heel and evening make-up, Eva steps out of her room with a luxury mid-size purse with the letter from the Association in it. She take the elevator down to the Hotel's welcome hall as her room is on the 5th floor, right above the swimming pool at the back of the hotel (kinda like the hotel room from Hitman movie). The elevator ride is a little intense due to "hungry" eyes and looks from men in the elevator, she feels like they are going to eat her alive. And when she steps out of the elevator and across the welcome hall, only one word can describe the scene "sexy". Eva notice some groups of tourist are putting post-cards into a mail box. Casually, she walks to the mail box too and put the letter in there then walk away like other tourist. The letter is already stamped and label. After that, she heads to a high-end restaurant then a luxurious bar at the heart of the city after 10PM, enjoying herself like a regular hot female tourist.

Somewhere in Al Anbar Province, Republic of Iraq

Agents from the General Security Directorate, Alsheb's main intelligence agency, have arrived in Iraq, together with elite Hashashin special forces. These forces have immediately set to work on creating and training an armed force consisting mostly out of former Iraqi soldiers and Shi'ite tribesmen. The Hashashin agents, originally hailing from a militant Ismaili Shi'ite sect, have proven especially efficient in convincing Shia tribes on the countryside to join their cause.

After several weeks of undercover work, recruitment and training, the Alshebian special forces decide to step up the pace. The forces that have been recruited so far officially proclaim themselves as the Fedayeen al-Iraq, and declare their intention to strive towards a free and sovereign Iraq, without any foreign military presence. Their leader is a certain Colonel Ahmed Ibn Mahmoud, a former officer of the Republican Guard. While the numbers of the Fedayeen remains confidential, estimates say they number a few hundreds now, but that more people flock to them every day, especially from the Shia community of Iraq.

The Fedayeen al-Iraq have also issued a video message to the Bolriegian forces, as well as to the Iraqi public, warning for a "sacred war" against those who occupy Iraq and oppress its people, claiming that a "hammer of justice" will fall down upon the enemies of Iraq's independence.

So far, the Fedayeen's military role seems to be rather small, but it remains to be seen how this will evolve in the coming weeks and months. Their first statement in blood has however already been made, when Fedayeen forces rounded up twelve Bolriegian soldiers, captured further to the north by Iraqi forces about a week before, in the town square of Ar Rutba and gunned them down in public. The highest ranking officer of the bunch, a Lieutenant, was hanged on a flag pole in the centre of the square, with the Iraqi flag waving on top of the pole. Footage of the summary execution was spread throughout Iraqi as a warning for the invaders.

UMU Troops are sent to defend small cities and Towns at the opposite end of the Enemies territory to defend those cities and Towns. 150,000 Rangers, and troopers along with 550 R-27s, 1,000 F-44s, 1,500 ASV's, 10 SAV's, and 350 G-24s are deployed to defend the opposite side of Iraq. These troops will arrive in 3 days.

Agents from PSICOM, Ganosia's intelligence agency, continued to work in Iraq despite the opening of negotiations with the occupiers, together with roving bands of hired men and women, drawn from the Arab provinces in Chawaland and local Kurdish militia. These forces have immediately set to work on creating and training an armed force consisting out of the former Iraqi soldiers who came to believe that Hobbesianism ought to be the ideology of a free and rejuvenated Iraqi kingdom, adorning their uniforms with symbols of the Hashemite era, although the Iraqi regency is looking in Ganosia, not in the Arab lands, for a new monarch. According to reports, several candidates are currently being investigated, but none have been explictly named, only referenced to in interviews with Iraqi Monarchist emissaries conducted by the Ganosian media.

The Iraqi Restoration Council, speaking from Olyan, said that the goal of the Hobbesians in Iraq was to drive out the occupiers and restore order throughout the nation, and that the planned monarchy was to be enlightened and fond of liberty and not tyranny. PSICOM agents have proven to be quite skilled at exploiting the desire of the locals to drive out the Bolriegans after seeing all the war crimes committed against their kinsmen, with Kurdish militia in particular flocking to the Hobbesian movement after being convinced by their brothers and sisters in the Kurdish dominated areas of the Chawaland Refugee Sanctuary, where thousands of Iraqis have already fled to.

After much undercover work, recruitment and training that has been rumored to have been going on even before the invasion began, PSICOM begins to engineer the further development of the Hobbesian militia. The forces that have begun to spring up have begun to call themselves the National Restoration Movement, led by Faisal Allawi, who was also revealed to be the leader of the Iraqi regency, effectively becoming the Miklós Horthy of Iraq. He has sworn himself to the service of his country, bidding his family to leave for their own security and to pray that he will conduct a successful campaign against the barbarians. Allawi claims that all Iraqis are equal in his eyes, and prays that Kurd and Turkmen, Sunni and Shii'te, will rally together under his banner and drive out the invaders, but also that they will join him in the reconstruction of the country, once a monarch has been elected to the throne.

While the numbers of the Hobbesian movement remain largely up to speculation, estimates largely range in the hundreds to thousands, and that more people flock to them, as they would to any movement which promises an end to the horrors of the invasion.

The National Restoration Movement have also issued messages to the Bolriegian forces, as well as to the Iraqi public, declaring that the Kingdom of Iraq would rise again, that the Empress of Ganosia was a heroine for standing up for the Iraqi people, and that death and destruction would be heaped upon the invaders until they withdrew. They also expressed a willingness to work with the Fedayeen, saying that two hammers of justice are better than one, and that they were all children of the same mother. However, despite Bolriegian soldiers being captured by Hobbesians (with rumors that PSICOM agents are trying to recruit them), there is no reports indicating that Hobbesians are joining the Fedayeen in the murder of prisoners of war. But one thing is for certain, and that is that the Iraqi people are rising up. Lions of Babylon, sing the Hobbesians, it is time to claw and tear at the throats of the invaders, bringing an end to the chaos and disorder that plagues their sacred land.

Most gracious offer, but that is not what I want contrary to the beliefs of liberals in my government. Jeremy was walking through the office, going over the latest intelligence that was passed to the Commonwealth via communications directly from the Imperial Mainland. He paused over several things including the Bolriegian invasion of Iraq and the subsequent bloodshed of innocent lives that has come along with it. Deaths were high, and civilians were the targets instead of military bases and the infrastructure of the Nation. Why do these backwards hellholes feel that they should take out those who cannot defend themselves, he thought to himself. This is why the Commonwealth was formed, because the ignorant have become leaders in the world.

He began his walk out of the office suit and into the elevator. Putting in his key and turning it, he pushed the button for the 61st Floor, where the Offices for the Ganosian Ambassador on the Council of Founders was located. It took only 5 seconds for the elevator to reach the floor and he stepped out and walked up to the special receptionist. "How are you doing today," he said to her. "I'd like to speak to my fellow Founding Ambassador, is he in?"

A.R. Fontaine was the Ganosian member on the Council of Founders, having been vouched for by his colleague and boss, Abishag Korey.

He was a pious cadre of the governing party, and had long supported working with the Axis Commonwealth to spread the glory and splendour of Ganosian civilization throughout the known world. It was he who would be meeting with Jeremy to discuss the Iraq question; he was waved on through to Fontaine's office and bade to sit down once the Ganosian ambassador noticed his presence in the room.

Fontaine smirked devilishly. "Ah, well, I've heard from the grapevine that the plan is to offer the Bolreigans a chance to be spared a crushing defeat. We only have local militia who support our ideology on the ground, and they'd no doubt be used to harass the occupiers should they refuse our offer, until Her Imperial Majesty sends the actual army into the area. Between you and me, we're plotting to create a monarchy there, a stabilizing force to ensure that the area can have something proper to look up to. The Fedayeen al-Iraq have also issued a video message to the Bolriegian forces, as well as to the Iraqi public, warning for a "sacred war" against those who occupy Iraq and oppress its people, claiming that a "hammer of justice" will fall down upon the enemies of Iraq's independence.

So far, the Fedayeen's military role seems to be rather small, but it remains to be seen how this will evolve in the coming weeks and months. Their first statement in blood has however already been made, when Fedayeen forces rounded up twelve Bolriegian soldiers, captured further to the north by Iraqi forces about a week before, in the town square of Ar Rutba and gunned them down in public. The highest ranking officer of the bunch, a Lieutenant, was hanged on a flag pole in the centre of the square, with the Iraqi flag waving on top of the pole. Footage of the summary execution was spread throughout Iraqi as a warning for the invaders.

Balguin Yulkiton the officer that was executed in the square was the cause of the arrival of the Jalnatzic an Ultra-Nationalistic Bolriegian militia who were composed of almost entirely volunteers, who rounded up 120 Shiites (Believing a Bolriegian was worth 10 Muslims) and trapped them in the mosque and burned it to the ground with everyone inside.

Their leader Andresus Kladnov makes a counter speech "People here, Colonial Mahmood is a filthy war criminal and an enemy of peace he does not care about anyone but himself, working with him is not only serving his greedy ambitions but also hastening YOUR demise if you find this scumbag if not for Bolrieg or his Grand Majesty, do it for the sake of common sense, fellow Bolriegians remember U Boj Za narod svoj."

A report had suddenly been sent to Fontaine's computer. "It would appear that the Bolriegans are sending in militant helpers of their own, burning down mosques with worshippers huddled inside like animals. If their leadership is trying to turn on Dolores Killbourne, then they're destined to fail. She's not into that scene; she's married, after all. Jokes aside, I wager this will be a potential casus belli for us to ship in some ground forces of our own. What do you say to that, friend?"

The arrival of the Jalnatzic militia in Iraq, and the bloody path they carved through Iraq from the very beginning, did not come without consequences. Although many Iraqis are scared for reprisals from Bolriegian militias, many more are strengthened in their belief that violence against the occupiers is the only solution to save Iraq. As one new recruit for the Fedayeen al-Iraq worded it: "Sure, they kill us now as reprisals for the actions of the Fedayeen. But then again, before that they killed us as well without any reason at all. So it's not as if that changes much anyway. Might as well stand and die fighting."

The fact that Bolrieg specifically targeted Shia communities in their recent attack, invigorated especially Shi'ites all over Iraq. It is estimated that the last two days alone, at leastv 1200 new recruits from Shia backgrounds joined the Fedayeen al-Iraq. In the provinces of Al Anbar and An Najaf specifically, many towns and cities have declared their support for the Fedayeen. In Al Anbar much work needs to be done because of the majority of Sunni Muslims, who are distrustful of the Shi'ite majority of the Fedayeen. However, the leader of the Fedayeen, Colonel Ibn Mahmoud, himself a Sunni Muslim, has succeeded in rallying support from Sunni tribes in this region.
A significant victory was achieved when the Al Anbar capital of Ramadi officially rallied behind the Fedayeen, allowing armed forces of the Fedayeen to enter the city without a fight.

In the largely Shi'ite Najaf Governorate, the fight has been even easier, with the majority of the population declaring full support for the Fedayeen almost immediately after the video message about the founding of this militia was broadcasted. Several hit-and-run attacks have been perpetrated against Bolriegian military forces and Iraqi collaborators, resulting in at least a hundred Bolriegian dead and almost fifty POWs taken by the Fedayeen. The Fedayeen have announced that all POWs will be treated fairly, except for those convicted of war crimes, such as rape, or any members of the Jalnatzic and similar organisations. Footage has been spread of three captured Bolriegian rapists being executed by being beaten to death by enraged Iraqi women.

Colonel Ahmed Ibn Mahmoud has declared in an official statement that the Fedayeen al-Iraq have entered into a temporary military alliance with the Hobbesian militias, to drive out Bolrieg and ISIS from Iraq. Also, he called upon the nation of Alsheb to increase their support for the Fedayeen and the entire Iraqi liberation movement.
