Dear Leaders,
After a devastating war for independence,
Our former oppressors have surrendered and we have emerged victorious.

Our Sedaristani oppressors have killed 7,000 Pulau Ubinese Troops, 350 Bulgaria-Serbian troops and an unknown number of troops from other nations.

We are hosting a Conference at the town of Kampung Kuching Bakar, our Capitol to be exact. We would like all involved nations to attend.

A motorcade with APCs will arrive at Pulau Ubin International Airport to pick you up.

OOC: Everyone is allowed to join but I suggest only for the Pulau Ubin Independence war combatants to join as you will get very confused.

[Valaran]

Ambassador Seward arrives at the airport with half a platoon of Valaran troops to provide security (they arrived in a C130, and were escorted by 2 F35s). He proceeds to the conference hall with the escort.

There a lot of palm trees here, perhaps once this has calmed down we can come back as tourists, he idly mused on his journey to the conference hall.

Arriving before the representatives of the other involved nations, he brought out his speech and the Valaran requests.
He speaks:


"First of all, I would like to express my sincere condolences to the families of Pulau Ubinese troops who lost their lives along with those of Bulgaria-Serbia, and will offer compensation. We would also have similar feelings to the nation of Sedaristan, and express our gratitude for them not prolonging the war and quickly seeking peace, as this saved more lives. While we may have been on opposing sides, human lives remain the same, and we would also like to offer some form of compensation to your nation."


"For the peace deal itself, The Valaran Empire would like to see that Pulau Ubin and Sedaristan both sign a treaty that stipulates that neither nation shall invade the other again without considerable provocation, in other words a non-aggression pact. If possible, for our involvement, we would like free trade deals with both nations, but would understand if either nation really desired not to have one. Furthermore, to prevent further aggression by any nation on Pulau Ubin, we would request a small Valaran military base to house some 2,000 men be placed there to help train your soldiers. Again, this is not an absolute condition; if you would feel that this is too uncompromising, then we will not impose it on you. Finally, we shall open a fund of some £20 million to help rebuild any property or infrastructure that was damaged during the fighting. We hope that both nations accept these terms and that they are able to put this incident behind them. "

[Tuva SSR]

A man in heavy Muslim clothes armed with an AK-47 creeps through an ally near the conference building.A 1985 Buick is lying next to a garbage can,with a machine gun on the top.The man in the Muslim clothes kicks the car,and gets under the tarp over the machine gun.The car starts going,and soon,they reach the destination.A man walks out of the car,and taps the tarp,which comes up as Abdullah al-Kimuz,a Pulaui soldier working for Tuva.Al-Kimuz was holding an AK-47,and him and the man,Ryan Hamaya,walked into the building.As soon as they are in the room,Hamaya adjusts his glasses and reads his terms of surrender.
"The Sedgistan Coalition is dissolved and is replaced by the People's Republic of Sedgistan.The country of Pulau Ubin is recognized by all nations as a sovereign state,and all Tuvan,Pulaui,Valranian,and other soldiers killed in battle are recognized.The President of Sedgistan is overthrown and replaced by Senator John Shaw.These are the official terms of surrender of Tuva SSR."
Hamaya pulls out a Luger and slaps it on the table.
"Tuva SSR will not be happy with refusal.Neither will me or Mr. Kimuz over here."

[Valaran]

"Tuva, we a re not here to decide what happens to Sedgistan. We merely repelled them, and did not invade them. We are not going to force any changes in them, than are strictly necessary in order to ensure the survival Pualu."

The Conference Room....

"Ah, you have arrived gentlemen!, now, calm down!" Says a woman as she came into the room. She sat down and said, "Calm down, Tuvan troops have already entered the Sedaristani Capitol. People's Republic Of Sedaristan is no joke. President Zavimir Sedar of Sedaristan is coming to this conference." She said.

"Coffee anyone?" She asked, holding a nice kettle of coffee and some sugar in her hands, looking at the two delegates. "Anyway, we are going to sign a peace treaty with Sedaristan today, hopefully, if everything goes to plan." "The Tuvan Occupation of Sedaristan is due to last for 50 years." She added.

We shall have a base and training camp on the coast, if that is possible, so we can supply ourselves and train Pulau soldiers there, while trade should increase. If you need any other assistance from us, do say, and we shall return. For now thought, I shall organise a smaller diplomatic exchange to sign the treaties and pacts."
