Terror attack in Coltin asking for Int assistance (CLOSED)

Today in the Capitol of Chichi Empire there was a terror attack in a hospital around 7P.M. At the moment government officials do not know who the terror group is, but they did find evidence at the scene concluding that they are international terrorists. The area around the hospital is surrounded by national guard. Around 100 civilians died along with 80 workers and 374 were injured. The Chichian government is asking for international aid in finding the terrorists responsible. President Underwood made a statement saying "Such heinous acts will be justified against these terrorists, this will not happen in our nation for Christ sake."

The Government of Vanitan is deeply disturbed by the terrorist group involved and sends 25,000,000 florins in aid to help rebuild the hospital and help survivors.

Blake was left speechless, but than spoke."You are quite stubborn, but I will leave as long as I bring two other agents." Blake asked.
"Who did you have in mind?' Tiavara said while twirling her bangs.
Meanwhile at Krexius International Airport:

Blake was on his wrist computer talking too The Minister of Foregin Affaris.
"Just inform them that we are arriving too help investigate...Yes I packed my toothbrush...Mom I do not need one of those...OK...I love you too...Bye" He then hanged up too his two "Assistants" snickering.
"What, what is it." Blake questioned.
"Mother's Boy." Church said while trying too hold off a laugh.
"Just shut up and get in the god**** plane." Blake said pushing Church and Caboose into the Luxery Jet.
"Going too be a long flight." Blake said as the plane took off.

Seeing his own reflection in the small black camera lens makes the mad Warlord smirk ever so slightly from behind his large oak desk eblazened with gold trim.
The camera turns to the leader; the studio personnel shout the countdown, 3, 2, 1, and point to the Warlord.

The tyrant addresses his nation today with the following brief message:

"We have all heard of these great, seemingly tragic events within the Chi Chi empire. It is not long since the last group of freedom fighters commited such an act in this tyrannical nation and sought freedom. People of the world, I come to you tonight to console you and I wish that you may rejoice. Much honor is here in this transpiring event.
I unfortunately had no hand in this great milestone for freedom. My actions are not of any which transpired this otherworldly transcendence. Let us not spare any time in expounding affection for a nation who caused so much squalor to permeate, however. Today, we celebrate the cause of liberty against mad men and tyrants alike. His statements close eerily open ended and the national anthem of the Fascist Kingdom plays gently over the image of a waving flag on the screens of the leader's subjects.

After president Underwood watched the ignorant tyrants speech he had to address the Democratic States. The President started to walk towards the north lawn of the building to go I front of hundreds of reporters. He stepped up to the podium and began to speak.
"today our nation was faced with a terrorist attack on a civilian building. Many citizens just watched the Tyrant of the IFK speak. He, must be ignorant over the course of our history we have changed. The past terror attack was from our 22 president of Chichi Empire, the reason behind that was because he was gay, an anti-gay terror group attacked the Capitol in response. The IFK has made it clear they are no ally towards the Democratic people of chichi empire, instead he is a threat towards our great nation. At the moment we are still investigating the terror attack, we will have answers tomorrow morning. Good night and god bless our nation." The president then walked away from the podium and walked back into the capital building.

A brief phone exchange between the Warlord and Rahman Kremetz, leader of the infamous Patriots of Freedom, takes place just after the leader of the ChiChi Empire wraps up his address to the nation.

"Yes Rahman." The Warlord answers the phone, anticipating the caller

"Well. The event happened like we said."

"Yeah.. You guys probably should have done that one... That was a f'*cking mess. Why did you let the ChiChi insurgents carry that out when you have men on the ground, in that nation?" Sigurd Augustus questions as he tips back a glass of Moet.

"You said you didn't want your finger prints on it. So we let natives do the job. And then we killed them." Kremetz chuckles at the morbid notiong of killing the men who killed men. "Plus" he continues "Krastadt supports it."

The Warlord simply shakes his head and hangs up the phone. He will likely be blamed for this, but that is almost irrelevant. No evidence points to him and the world is, for now, on his side.
