V1 created a plan for the parts of the treaty that would involve him.

3. A Non-Nazi dictatorship will be created in Damien Vesper.

4. All Vesperian war criminals will be arrested.

V1 sent this to Jumalarik to be approved.

The Central Europe Free State was officially built up on the 21st of April. Jumalariiki and Vesper soldiers marched to mark the occasion with marching bands. The new state was run like the Jumalariiki system, through direct democracy. 1 Million of both Jumalariiki and Vesper soldiers were kept in the free state as to keep order. They were called free state soldiers and were given their own uniforms. The CEFS army did a program of de-nazification through various military procedures. War criminals on both sides were being captured, then hung. 5 on the J side and 4 on the Vesper side were found and dealt with. Both sides still had to pay for damages though, on each side, it was estimated that in all, the damages amounted to around 10 Billion talents from both sides combined.

They would parade very often, flying flags, it was estimated though that within the next 10 years, the free state could dissolve and create independent republic.

The word was that he would be let off on his own in a month when they caught the killer of the previous leader. Well lots of waiting to do then.

The Council of Six was watching the parade. Vesper One was helping with strategy for the War but he isn't fighting in it. Plus, he needs his troops in case his loss in the war inspired a revolution.

Alema Elfgeesh stands at the podium. Her hair in an upright bun, wearing a bright blue suit with the saddest face on. She raises her hand and the crowd before her silences. "Hehhumm," she clears her throat and begins to read from the script she's holding. "Fellow Caroillians. We are here today to report some horrible news. As you all might know, we have newly joined regions with the anti-nazi country, The Federation of Statsa" she takes a white hanker chief from the inside of her suit. She begins tapping her pen on the podium."Well, their general has past from the shootings of a gun. General Al-Asad" The crowd is completely silent, whispers are spread."Hmmmmhehh," the crowd silences once more."And so has his beautiful wife. But from the killings of a knife." The crowds mouths are wide open." And as a member of the Statsa region, we, as Caroillians, must be there to lend a shoulder to Statsa." "Which means that Statsa is looking for the convict, and we must be there to lead the investigation. We are not bums and muggers. We are smart intellectual people. So, whatever Statsa needs to find this horrid person who did this to Al-had and his wife, we shall lend them our gracious hand."
With that to be said Alema took her paper and pen and marched up her steps.

The 1 million Jumalariiki soldiers tasked with keeping the free state had one primary task: Destroy all fascist resistance. They essentially had to fight a small number of fascist guerrillas, still trying to defend their lost state. Many were killed trying to escape capture, however, most did not resist. Most fascists were executed by firing squad in return for earlier fascist crimes against innocents. Besides fascists, other enemies of the free state included the owners of mills and mines, anti free staters and landowners. They were not killed though, instead, they were generally told to leave or allowed to stay.
Many Jumalariikis immigrated to the free state to help move the nations together and to prevent fascist devolution.
Sadly, from the devastation of the war, many freestaters were without food and many donated to keep them alive.
The Jumalariiki army decided to end the martial law that had been declared earlier, lifting many of the tight laws.

The FAE has heard about this and, being a Christian nation, is opposed to the German rip-off of Fascism created by the man who's name must never be spoken. Our now deceased Tsarina being Jewish herself, the Tsar has dispatched any and all military assistance available if it is required and accepted.

The Western European free state has declared a thanks to the FAE, however, we would like those troops to be in limited supply seeing that the fighting is essentially over.
That said, the WEFS has been recruiting soldiers secretly. The hope is to get 1 million soldiers within a year. These soldiers are being trained and armed. They will be part of a coalition of soldiers with the 1 million Jumalariikis and some Vesper soldiers. They will be tasked with killing fascists. The aim is to make the WEFS self-sufficient within two years, then to continue the free state until the nations are deemed able to be independent.
