The regiment would be about 200 men but deployed in sections, comprised of two 4 man fire teams. The two teams work semi-independently, perhaps divvying up objectives in order to work towards a shared goal. There'd be more 1StComReg troops in exceptional circumstances, i/e we were assaulting a massively guarded fortress or city, then there might be 25/50 tier one guys supported by a few hundred regular army guys. So for RP i'd probably only follow one fireteam and there'd almost always only be eight men on each mission.

Yeah, thanks that's a good point! I was thinking of a fireteam, 2 would have the AR, one would have an AR with underslung grenade launcher and the 4th man would have "special weapon" i.e, LMG, DMR or sniper rifle depending on mission, or carry a small smg and AT4/stinger for example.

Also, I am using the Sig P226, ya big silly!

Also Farv, find a cartridge and stick with it. Eg, 7.62, 5.56. So just because one guy has AT/a Manpad, you don't have to give him a PDW to compensate for weight, just give him less greandes/ammo/other gear. Nice choice on the primary btw, Astronean Paras use the C8 ^^. You'd ideally want to have a DMR, AR and MMG with your guys, but if you're in fireteams of 4, it's hard to get an array of primaries, because you need those lightweight rifles, if you were gonna throw marksman rifles and GPMGs into a fireteam and leave one guy with an AR, that'd actually make you less versatile and more cumbersome. Something to think about.
