Ithaqua, New Toola - Today, Elder Sarah Coin spoke on national television on recent issues around the world and New Toola's stance on the issues. Elder Coin is the first Elder in charge of the new Department of Foreign Affairs. This is what she had to say in her address...

"My fellow New Toolan's, I am here today to speak to you of the issues around our world. I will begin by saying that New Toola stands with our ally and friend, the United Coalition. The UWK has taken extreme actions to take out targets in the civil war that we believe, have no business interfering in the war. Other measures could be used to achieve there results and by using Napalms, they are taking a very violent approach. We understand that in war, accidents will happen and innocent will be caught in the crossfire but, the deaths of North Vvardeni citizens in such a horrific way is sickening."

"These deaths, while tragic, were avoidable and that is the basic truth behind this. The UWK has also used disgusting tactics in both its war but by also repeatedly making it clear that the south will lose if the UWK doesn't help. This is not the UWK's civil war and they have no business intervening in the Vvarden Civil War," Said Elder Coin in response to the United Coalition's Chancellor's response and the UWK's response.

"I am also here to speak about a recent report that has caught New Toola's eye. A recent article was released to the public by the Onza controlled Life magazine on the disease, HIV/Aids. This is something that New Toola takes very seriously. We will begin a heath initiative within New Toola to both educate the population on this disease and show the people how to prevent this disease. We wish to speak to the government of Onza about starting some kind of international campaign as well as a possible research agreement to help stop the spread of this disease and work to stop this horrible disease."

AKHMIS, ONZA - In a brief statement today, President André Lamar voiced the Emirates's support for the United Coalition's recommendations to the international community concerning the violence in North Vvarden.

"We understand that there are times where peace has failed, and war is necessary. However, it is still a responsibility of all nations involved in war to act in way that respects innocent life. This unfortunately, is something that the Wolfish bombing of North Vvarden is not respecting, as they show no discretion between civilian and soldier. This form of warfare is a direct insult to the stability of our international community, as well as our commitment as an interconnected, interdependent society to promote the peace of the world," said Lamar in a rather brief statement.

In response to the actions, the Emirates intends to suspend discussions with the Wolfish people concerning strengthening relations, as well as revisit its official foreign policy on the aforesaid nation.

"We don't intend to take a turn of hostility towards the Wolfish people; rather, we hope this course will allow them to see the flaw in their tactics and revamp them. It is a simple matter of keeping the warfare clean and minimizing the loss of innocent life as much as possible," Lamar concluded.

Jorden walks down a trail with with his recon squadron. They number 40 men in total. He have been assigned to scout ahead of the main attack force to see if any NVA soldiers are up ahead. It’s a beautiful winter morning. It’s -15 degrees celsius but his fur keeps him warm. For him, it feels like spring. Not too hot, not too cold. He can’t stop thinking about his wife at home, Julia is her name. He loves her to death. She is pregnant and it will be a boy. He will be become a father soon.

Suddenly, his squad leader yells “HALT! GET DOWN!” Jorden jump to the ground with his X.D. ABD-35 in hand ready to shoot.

“Theres an NVA outpost up ahead. Jorden, give me your binoculars” Sargent Rokot yells

Jorden gets his binoculars from his backpack and pass it to him. He grabs it and looks at the encampment.

“No activity. Nothing. It looks abandoned but it could be a trap.” Sargent says.

“Have Bravo go left and Charlie go right. We (Alpha) and Delta will approach from the front”

The Encampment is built inside the hill but a small crows nest comes out from the top. The Snipers stay back and provide long range fire support as they make their way through the valley. He sprints with all hes got. The faster they get there the less time they are exposed on the bottom of a valley pass. He look to his left and sees Bravo squad, to his right and you see Charlie. Ahead of him is Sergeant, He takes the lead. They reach the compound and hug the walls of the encampment right next to the door.


“1… 2… 3…. GO” Sergeant yells

Jorden kicks the entrance door and is the first to enter the building. His finger is on the trigger. Inside, he make his way down a makeshift hallway that has door openings to other rooms. At the center of the compound is the stairwell to the crows nest. They meet up Bravo and Charlie at the centre


Rokot looks at everyone and says with a smooth tone “Search the place entirely. Look for weapons, ammunition and supplies and bring it outside. Once that is complete, call the Attack force that it’s clear.”


The entire squad starts striping the place. Finding swords, rifles, grenades and C4. All of it is being put outside as a reference of what they are armed with. Sargent tell Jorden to call HQ and say the all clear. Jorden walks out of the building and activate your radio and give the all clear.

“This is Recon Alpha, hill 057 is clear.”

“This is HQ, we copy. Attack force will advance and meet you there Recon Alpha”

“Roger”

While he waits, Jorden looks at the weapons that were pulled out. They’re all Vvardenese weapons that Must of been looted from the South. The grenades are almost 20 years old and the swords are rusty.

The sounds of helicopters coming in and the tanks approaching pollute the air. HUI-24’s drop off Wolf Guard. The Elite of the Elite. They serve the King. The regular Forces come by armoured transports with a 30MM Cannon turret on top. You count 20 soldiers coming out of one Armoured transport. The Commander of the Attack force walks up to Sargent Rotok. He is distinguishable by his golden Stripes on his Uniform. Jorden eavesdrop the conversation.

“What do we have here Sargent?” The Commander asks

“This is a Hill Encampment. They pollute the entirety of the North East. We striped it from weapons and layed them over there on the ground. What are you planning to do?” Rodako Replies

“We will be making each zone we capture a non-residential zone to prevent any “Intruders” from entering under the radar. If you mean with Fortifications? Well we will most likely use them to our advantage. You said you striped it from any possible traps?”

“Yes sir.” Rodako says while saluting the Commander.


“Alright men, search this place thoroughly. I’m not certain that Recon knows what their doing.”

Atleast 300 men make their way inside. many more are within 50 feet from the fortification.

As Jorden makes his way to an APC, he hears a distinct “Click”

“GET DOWN!”

*BOOOM*

The Fortification explodes and the shockwave send him flying 25 feet. His ears are ringing louder than ever. They bleed, His vision. Blurred but he can distinguish men burning alive. You can’t concentrate. Time for time for him is slowed down. his life flashes before you. Vivid. His wife, family, friends.

He snaps out of the trance and gets up. Hundreds of NVA climb out of their hidden underground tunnels and attack. Jorden reacts and climbs on an APC and gets in the open top turret and starts firing the heavy machine gun.

*RATATATATATATATATATA*

One by one they fall like flies. He sees them splitting his fellow comrades guts open.

He wants to kill every last one of those rats by hand. Burning them alive. Hearing their screams. Their Cries. He howls in anger just as many more do. He will have revenge. Whether that means breaking the rules of war. War is war and that is that. They are cowards and He is the wolf.

No more ammo. He looks down inside the APC and finds another belt of ammo. He reloads the gun and continues.

He almost has a smile. Bullets bounce off his metal chest plate like rocks on a wall. More and more NVA come over the hill only to get mowed down by the the multiple APC’s firing. As reinforcements arrive, he gets shot in the arm but keeps firing. Finally the NVA retreat. Hundreds of bodies litter the bottom of the hill. Mostly NVA.

He stops firing and falls unconscious. The Wolfen soldiers pull him out and bandage the wound.

-Moarfall supports the United Coalition

Earlier today, High Council Leader Cole Smith took to the podium to discuss a growing concern. He stated that the United Coalition was " acting in an honorable manner and should be applauded. As horrible as a civil war may be, there is no excuse in this day and age as to why refugees cannot be identified as such, and not as soldiers. Intervention may be necessary to help keep this war-torn area of the world in check. I implore the international community to take action and not let such atrocities go unchecked."

It was taken to a vote earlier today whether Moarfall should send troops and military aid. The vote was barely passed but Moarfall will be sending Aid to the Coalition. The 3rd Assault Outfit on board the 5th Terrestrial Naval Defense Fleet along with the 456th Air Wing will be deployed to the same locations as the Coalition Forces and they are to be placed under temporary Coalition control.

In the recent incident of the Napalming of a North Vvardeni tribe, it has caused an international crisis. The Coalition has mobilised its Navy and Moarfall has mobilised its army. For what reason? No war has ever had civilian causalities? All wars have. Many have said that we have no right reason to be involved in the Vvardeni Civil war but We have every right. We are their allies and we will act as such.

For the incident, We have been heavily reliant on South Vvardenese intelligence on the North Vvardeni military positions. We used that intel to coordinate our strike plans and tactics. But their intel was flawed and lead to an honest military accident. The use of Napalm is now heavily restricted. We will now be using regular bombs and rockets. We will double check our targets to make sure they are not civilian.

We only want to end this war of suffering as fast as we can and being counter productive doesn't help much in this case. We do not want war but peace is only obtainable through war.

The government of the UWK here by condemns the United Coalition for threatening the Stability of the South and Unibearia through military action. There is always diplomacy.

President Derrik condemns United Coalition of St Saratoga for forcing Wolfish soldiers to stop invading North Vvarden.

President Johans Derrik condemns the United Coalition of St Saratoga today after the Coalition forced Wolfish soldiers fighting against North Vvarden to withdraw. President Derrik states simply:

“The UWK is our ally, know that. And any hostility towards the country, its people or its ruler will be met with my concern. The UWK may have napalmed some villages and some innocent people, of which I still am thoroughly angry at them for, but the United Coalition of St Saratoga needs to know that they are helping us, not destroying us. Be kind, call off your fleet. Withdraw fully, thorough and complete, from the area. If you want to help, you can but don’t ham-handedly snake your way into this affair.”
“I do thank the UWK for helping us in our time of need and will do so even after I retire, eventually, from politics. They have helped us countless times, and we need to be grateful for that. Do you not remember, when the SSS VVARDEN crashed into the ocean, bringing our food and medical supplies down with it, how we suffered? We wouldn’t have lived if not for them. So why United Coalition, do you force them away?”

“They may have napalmed innocents and enemies alike, sowing seeds of fire throughout North Vvarden, that is true, and I dislike them for quickly approaching methods like those without taking the time to think it through causing the Grievers tribe homeless and shattered, but without them, we’d either be dead, starving, diseased, enslaved or destroyed.”

In other news, in the recent sample poll on who citizens of Vvarden prefer to be President, Edgardt Saef is highest with 35% of the poll. President Derrik isn’t far behind with 31% of the vote. Billionaire Samuel Saer has 20% of the vote with Environmentalist Alice Rohans last with 14% of the poll.

Also, Vvarden joins the SCR following heated debates in Parliment. As Foreign Minister Devan Rothran said:
"Joining the SCR is a huge opportunity for us. We are happy to join and to discuss matters of state with other nations and hopefully it'll pay out for us in the long run."

General Ursus sits at Dry Wells, on his throne, slowly taking off his metal glove. When he takes it off he places it on his lap. Then he peels back the red fabric up to his shoulders revealing his arm with yellow, crusty skin and strands of red muscle. He then pulls out a dab of the cream from the bottle and slowly smears his arm with the anti-burn cream. It stings wildly and he grunts with pain. Then just as he puts his glove back on a wounded North Vvardeni soldier walks through the flap in his tent.
“General Ursus.” The trooper says
"Yes?"
"The Twisted Hairs, they're here."
"What?" Ursus asked bluntly.
Ursus walked out of his tent and peered down at the courtyard, sure enough, there was a group of Twisted Hairs tribals, only about 40.
Ursus descended the steps leading to the courtyard and walked up to the leader of the Twisted Hairs, Salt-Upon-Wounds. He had braided hair, like all Twisted Hairs, and wore a patterned loincloth.
"Salt-Upon-Wounds."
"Urthus." Salt-Upon-Wounds said in his rough, scratchy voice.
"I have come here for refuge." He said.
"What?" Ursus asked him softly.
"The wolf-men, they scorch our crops, our cows, our babies and women. This is all that survived." Salt-Upon-Wounds gave a sweep of his arm revealing old women, wounded men, burned women, young children and babies.
"I understand, Salt, I do. But we will strike them, kill them, we will crush the skulls with our feet, marching towards the rising sun and-." Ursus was interrupted by Salt-Upon-Wounds.
"We want no more bloodshed." He seemed tamed, scared almost. "No more, Urthus. No more blood poured from our wounds. Enough war. Tomorrow we will surrender to the wolf-men and let them save us. We will no longer fight with you."
Those words stung Ursus like a million bees.
"Of course, stay here, rest." He told Salt-Upon-Wounds.
Ursus walked away to a nearby trooper and talked to him. "A surrendering tribe is a dead tribe. Kill them all." He commanded.
Ursus then walked away, back to his tent, his ears full of the sounds of firing guns, women and children screaming and bodies falling on sand.

The Commonwealth Demands the Temporary Suspension of Unibearian Operations in North Vvarden
"The government of the Commonwealth formally demands that the UWK cease any and all military operations in North Vvarden on a temporary basis, until a combined response can be formulated by South Vvarden and its allies (including its protector, the Commonwealth) to the North Vvardenese threat. While we condemn the heavy handed actions of the UWK we acknowledge their apologies for the error on their part; in light of this it is our intention to take overall command of the war effort against North Vvarden to prevent such mistakes from occurring in the future and to bring a more speedy resolution to this horrific and tragic conflict."

"Though we have significant differences with Unibearia we accept that as mutual allies of Vvarden we must act together if this conflict is to be properly resolved. To this end we request that the Unibearian military commander over the forces in North Vvarden contact General Eikner, commanding officer of the Commonwealth Response Force, Vvarden and submit to the overall authority of the CAF for operational strategy."

This demand comes following the formal mobilisation of the 12th, 14th, 21st and 36th Armies along with the 42nd, 43rd and 44th Naval Groups with 3 Air Wings in support under the command of General Eikner to South Vvarden, a total deployment of 8.9 million service personnel; the largest foreign deployment in Commonwealth history. The collective military force is to be referred to as the Commonwealth Response Force, Vvarden or CRFV and is deployed in accordance with the terms of the Vvardenese Protectorate Treaty.

Meanwhile the 1 million man Vvardenese Protectorate Force under the command of Generaloberst August Seth has been recalled to the Commonwealth, following Seth's official notification of retirement. During his time in Vvarden Seth had successfully overseen the capture of First Town and New Andas in the face of strong resistance; not only that but he broke the back of the initial North Vvardenese rebel force and managed to hold them at the divide throughout the course of his time there. His tenure as commander of the VPF was tainted however by claims of inefficiency and unwillingness to confront and deal with the North Vvardenese threat.

The Orari People's Republic Expands
The Commonwealth's youngest province, the Orari People's Republic has expanded into administrative hex 1637 following approval of the Provincial Governor's economic expansion plans by the Central Committee. The expansion is being undertaken by civilian colonisation groups drawn from all over the Commonwealth and plans for the development of the newly inhabited region are already well under way with great effort being expended to secure iron mines.

Expansion in the south is likely a response to the massive deployment in Vvarden and will facilitate the more effective supply of military forces in the area.

USS condemns the Use of Napalm
Midgar,46566-The USS government has officially condemned the use of Napalm during the UWK involvement in the Vvarden civil war.While the use of napalm or chemical weapons are not banned in usage by the USS.The usage of such weapons are not considered first strike usage. The USS also considered northern Vvarden to be part of southern Vvarden territory and the USS sees the act as a unlawful attack on the potential unification of the Vvarden country under the southern leadership. While the USS will not be sending troops there we applaud the United Coalition and Moarfallon governments to send troops in the area to make sure such a thing does not happen again.

The USS will not help the UWK in any matter during this crisis as the the government considers the UWK as the aggressor in this matter. The USS will remain neutral in this current affair and hopes that the United Coalition and Moarfall doesn't invade the Northern part of Vvarden.

The ruins lay in repose across the flowered fields. Its dark steel exterior dotted with numerous holes sit with the neon blue electronic lights shining through, sitting in stark contrast to the poppies, daisies, and daffodils. Around it, men scurry. Some ride in trucks or cranes, others on foot. All wear the bright crimson of the Guards of the Commonwealths. On a small floating platform above the man in the silver half-mask watches.
"How many survived the crash?"
"206. Most heavily injured. They will be turned over to the Commonwealth within the week."
The silver half-masked man chuckles. "Commonwealth.' I doubt the Prometheans know much on the subject of democracy. Yet I admire them. Though I dislike their genetic fancies."
"Are not all Caisans genetically enhanced, Speaker?", the attendant in the frost blue robe asks, not looking up from her tablet.
"So we are. So we are. Tell me, what technologies have been recovered?"
The attendant, smiling through her white silk covered mask replies, “Advances plasma weaponry and other types or armaments, very efficient and powerful generator systems, several varieties of shipboard AI dealing with targeting and void navigation, advanced medical facilities, and extensive bioenchancment bionics and chemicals. There is much more that hasn't been catalogued yet. The engine core has sealed itself off. It seems it overloaded. We have word that a Commonwealth force will be arriving in a few days to retrieve it."
Nodding to the attendant, Speaker Bright leans on the steel guardrail of the platform.
"The Reich battleship Indomitable. Grand. Simply Grand."

"It has come to my decision to halt all military movement and operations in North Vvarden by the request of the Arcadian Commonwealth. They have also requested that we give them authority over our deployed troops an I have come to a decision to also accept that term in hopes of a faster end to this war."

In Khorramabad

Hamza Mis'id had spent the day at work, as was typical for Maledictorians. He worked in the salt mines just south of Maledictoria, and though he did not enjoy his job, work was the only aspect of life that most Maledictorians knew.

Things seemed relatively normal, as usual. He would awaken every morning at 8:00 AM, take a shower, get ready, and head to work. Every weekday, he repeated this schedule, working his shift from 10:00 to 8:00. It was burdensome, and he was underpaid, but it was considered a great title of merit to be one of the blue collar workers on the frontiers of the harsh desert. Mis'id had sometimes longed for a more interesting life, as he had no notable friends and was never really involved with another individual. At work, the other miners spoke to him, but it was always about their lives - they never seemed interested in his. It one day occurred to him that nobody seemed to care about anybody's lives other than their own, though he had a hard time being surprised by this realization.

Today, however, set itself aside from the other days in a way that could never be forgotten. Mis'id returned home to a red envelope lined with velvet sitting on his table. He was rather surprised that someone had been in his home, but he was too intrigued by its potential contents to be notably concerned. He put his stuff down and shuffled to the table, almost tripping along the way. He picked up the envelope - he was ashamed that such a thing was about to be destroyed, as the lack of mail in Maledictoria left him without the knowledge of how to properly open an envelope without tearing it. Without hesitation, however, he breached the external packaging and reached his hand inside to produce the papers contained by the parcel.

Unfolding the papers, he was rather surprised by the high quality. However, immediately after unfolding the first paper and revealing its contents, the seal of Maledictoria was clear on the top of the page. His heart dropped. This sort of mail could only mean that he had done something wrong, as to his knowledge, nobody else had ever received anything like it. Still, he read the letter thoroughly, and word by word, a feeling of elation mixed with discomfort swept over his body. It read:

"Blessed is he that receives this invitation, as all citizens of Maledictoria are privileged, and thus, all are hereby invited to our Great Leader, His Highness Abu Ali II's Emerald Crowning, which commemorates his 60th year as our Great and Glorious Leader. The ceremony shall take place in Khavir Square on the Sixth of September at Six in the Afternoon for all to attend to pay their respects to the High Sultan.

It was as though a hand had impaled itself into his chest and had begun squeezing his heart. He had a hard time ascertaining whether it was a gut feeling to trash the letter, or a sense of compulsion to follow its directions. The paper was scented with the smell of tropical fruit - something that was a luxury in Maledictoria, as it was only imported for special purposes. In just a few letters, Mis'id's life was turned around. Indeed, it was certain that all citizens in Khorramabad likely had received invitations, and that those outside of the privileged city would watch from a local television. He was certain to attend, as was everyone else in the city, for failure to be present may not yield the greatest results for one.

He looked around the room, as he had suddenly developed an unsettling feeling that he was being observed. As he scanned the horizon, it dawned on him how silent the room was. He could hear his own heart beating, as well as his accelerated breathing, but otherwise, the room and the streets outside themselves had been taken over by the eerie silence. He placed the letter down and proceeded to sit on the couch in the nearby living room, though he just couldn't shake the feeling that the eyes of something or someone were upon him. It was a feeling that would follow him up until the Emerald Crowning.

The Unibearian government has started the mass Production of Serum-234, A refined version of Serum-214. The mass production would help raise the supply to reach the demand of the commonly known "Wolf" Serum that turns a normal human into the widely known Wolfen.

Before many of those (Unibearians) who wanted to undergo the transformation had to wait until there was a shipment of the serum available but now with the mass production of it, there shall no longer be a wait...

A shipment of Wolf Serum 234 amounting to 250,000 units was confiscated by United Commonwealths border authorities when the Wolfish merchant ship Bonedust attempted to unload in Glavorn, a city of some 32 million human Unibearian refugees. The drug is illegal within Caisus due to it not passing the legal medication test admisintered by The Caisan Ministry of Health. Fifty seven Wolfish crewmen were arrested after resisting a search of their ship even after a warrant had been issued. One dock official was heavily wounded in the fighting that followed with one Wolfish male killed after attempting to tear out an officials throat. Minister Blav Greyit of the Ministry of Health is quoted stating, "The violent reaction of the crewmen of the Bonedust is the exact reason why this serum is illegal. Its long term affects aren't known, and this kind of transhumanism shall not be allowed within Caisus as it violates the Eternal Masquerade."

A small riot followed the incident with Wolfish refugees protesting the arrests. After several reports of vandalism riot police were called out. A large group of human Unibearians and Romani stood against the Wolfish, convincing the crowd to stand down. No arrests were made and Mayor Vroad commended the Unibearian community for preventing violence and stressed the need for cooperation within such a diverse city.

Trials for the arrested are to be held later this month.

UWK scouts have located a large concentration of NVA military activity 25 Kilometres from the UWK defensive line on the North Eastern front. Some Scouts say they saw almost 1 million men regrouping and setting base. The NVA has got it's hands on improvised assault vehicles. Mostly trucks with machine guns on them. In response to this, Unibearian Commander in chief of the Operations in North Vvarden has ordered his men to dig in and that artillery start firing on the positions of the NVA.

Last week, UWK scout planes also saw an abnormal amount of NVA making their way North. The pilots described what they saw "mile long infantry columns marching North".

Logistics are also becoming a problem, Men need ammo and supplies. Tanks and Artillery need fuel and shells and the only way the UWK can do this is through air drops from planes. Plans are on their way to make an improvised road for supply trucks to travel to the front lines with ease and safety.

Effective immediately, all publicly-owned schools in Tyvenia-Desolaas are hereby transferred to the Desolaan Military Training and Doctrinal (TraDoc) Command.

All private schools are hereby ordered to submit plans for officer training regimen to TraDoc for approval by month's end.

He had just recently heard that the Xanians are undergoing a presidential election. And one of those candidates strongly feel that Xanai should be absorbed into the Most Serene Republic. In a recent poll, the percentage of annexation of Xanai into Solisia is slightly hovering over half of the votes, at a 51%. The only way that Xanai is to become another state of the Most Serene Republic is if that Arnold Zimmer, the presidential candidate that wants Mare Solis to absorb Xanai, is elected President. His main competitor, James Klein, is the largest threat to the annexation of Xanai into Solisia.

As of right now, Solisia has a large amount of influence upon the nation. Solisia has a large military installation in the county and has numerous business assets within the nation, employing thousands of Xanians. In addition, the close proximity of Solisia, can potentially be a easy transition. The main problem Ibarra sees is the language & culture barrier. Ibarra then looks at the history of ancient terra. He then looks at how Quebec was able to co-exist under the Canadian flag. Quebec has a very significant french influence. Both their language & culture was designed around France. Interestingly, Quebec was able to be happy under Canada. If Solisia is to absorb Xanai, President Bruno Ibarra would need to translate what the Canadians did to keep Quebec.

Admiral Stenz stood on the bridge of the MN Fearless, a Mendez class aircraft carrier. He was glad he was on the bridge as it began to rain. It was just warm enough for rain to form, but it was still cool with strong winds. He was a Moarfallian and used to cold, but he still hated it. He smiled as he saw the assault landing craft disembarking from the ships. He was proud of his men for braving the storm. Normally the Terrestrial Navy was not a very useful part of the Moarfallian Armed Forces. Submarines were still essential and advanced, but most other Terrestrial ships were unnecessary due to the Space Navy. However, he smiled again thinking to himself, it's less dangerous, more visible action, and far cheaper, and he had as much power as the rest of the Admiralty. He also got to call in whatever form of weaponry the MSC could muster. They were landing 375 Sphinx Class Main Battle Tanks, 150 MAKER Artillery Units, and 255 Goliath Anti-Missile Trucks. He smiled as he sipped his coffee. He took pride in his service and his country, and he was happy to help out Vvarden.

Corporal Anaheim was strapped into the back of the Dragonfly Transport, it was shaking violently in the wind and slush-like rain. He was used to smooth insertions, not bumpy and large beach landings. The rest of the Assault Outfit seemed just fine, but his team was shaken up by the aircraft's rocking. He heard the familiar sound of a pair of Locusts zooming past. They're turbines spun faster and whined more, while the Dragonfly's was a deep humming that thrummed the earth below. He felt the descend and deceleration begin. Soon the engines roared as they touched down. The back flung open and the Infantry charged out of the Dragonfly took off. There appeared to be 25 Dragonflies flying back to the fleet. On the beach there were hundreds of assault craft, dropping off more Infantry and vehicles. Up ahead there were sloping hills that he knew lead to canyons and plains. He saw about a dozen Locust teams scouting ahead. Their main target was 200 clics form dry wells and about 50 southeast of their position, but the storm prevented most detailed satellite surveillance so they had to be cautious.

He turned back to the beach. Something looked strange. There was a strange current flowing, Is that why they're avoiding landing there? He heard a rumbling and he turned to the hills ahead and dropped down on his knee as he raised his heavy machine gun. Nothing. His whole team was staring back at the beach. He looked over his shoulder and almost dropped his gun. there were 7 Behemoth Class Weapon Platforms emerging from the sea. His CO walked over to him and clasped his shoulder.

"It's time we show those dogs and NVA what true power looks like."

The Sergeant tuned and began a slow jog towards the hills.

General Eikner spoke today from Fort Saint James in South Vvarden from which he has been commanding the Commonwealth Response Force, Vvarden which includes forces from the Commonwealth, Vvarden and Unibearia in response to Moarfall's deployment of soldiers in North Vvarden.

"I am formally issuing the following set of demands on the forces of Moarfall deployed in North Vvarden. First, all forces from Moarfall will halt offensive operations in North Vvarden and Vvardenese waters. Second, the commanding officer of Moarfall's military forces will immediately contact my office in Fort Saint James. Third, the military officers in command of Moarfall's operations in North Vvarden will submit to the authority of the combined task force; they will be integrated into the task force command structure."

"Failure to comply will result in open military action to remove the threat to Commonwealth and Unibearian forces. The involvement of a foreign power that refuses to join the collective effort on Vvarden's behalf presents a clear danger to the troops fighting the wider war, the military forces of the Commonwealth cannot and will not accept such a threat."

Genova, New Toola - Today, oil rigs NTO-1 and NTO-2 have been built off the coast of New Toola. These new oil rigs are located within the Freedom Sea and their creation was funded by DrillCO which is the largest oil drilling company in New Toola. Centered in the city of Genova, CEO Roger Freeman released a statement today thanking both the New Toolan Government and the company itself.

"Today is a new day for New Toola. We have finally finished the construction of our first oil rig and the second is nearly done. I wish to thank the Government of New Toola for allowing DrillCO to construct these oil rigs off of its coast. I also wish to thank the company itself for its hard work and dedication to see to it that these rigs have been built with the utmost of care and safety."

While the oil produced by the rigs will mainly be sold to the New Toolan military and the average New Toolan citizen, DrillCO is looking to expand their production to an international level.

Beverly Mitchell appointed New Elder and leader of the Department of Defense

Newly appointed Elder Beverly Mitchell speaking after hearing of her promotion

Ithaqua, New Toola - Earlier today, a emergency meeting was held by the Council of Elders after a corruption scandal was uncovered by the N.T.N.I.A. Elder Andrew Harrison, the man in charge of the Department of Defense, was found taking portions of Kredits out of the New Toolan Defense Budget to use for his own estate.

In response to this, Elder Harrison has been put under house arrest and will be facing trial in the near future. After the very close vote of 9-6, Beverly Mitchell has been appointed as the new Elder to take Harrison's place on the Council.

Beverly Mitchell was already a prominent member of the Department of Defense. She served as Harrison's closest advisor and has over twenty years of experience within the Department. She is strongly conservative and has advocated in the past for both gun rights and increases in the defense budget. She was strongly outspoken about the issue of the wolfish people. She had ran against Harrison five years ago but Harrison came out on top in a 8-7 vote.

Newly appointed Elder Mitchell spoke at the New Toolan NRA Headquarters earlier today after hearing news of her appointment. She has been a longtime member of the New Toolan NRA and its membership has been increasing slowly over the past ten years. They were also the first organization to support her in the popular vote.

"I would have never thought this day would come. I had thought that I had won five years ago after my victory in the popular vote. I stood right here in this very assembly hall and when the news came that I lost, I couldn't believe it. But now I'm here again, this time, I have won. Elder Harrison did not care about his fellow New Toolan's as we now see. He promised he would advocate for gun rights and he never did during his entire tenure. I had been his closest advisor during the past five years and he did not treat me as an equal nor a friend. I personally will insure that gun rights become a very important issue in the Council as well as a lifting of the ban of semi-automatic weapons made by a more libertarian Council some time ago, I can guarantee that!"

"I will also insure that New Toolan interests are kept safe and secure. I will propose to the Council for increased military funding. I will make sure that our soldiers are ready for any situation and are trained in both advanced weapons and tactics. We live in a dangerous world people, and we must insure our nation's survival and maintain its security. "Can I get a situation report, please?" asked President Lamar to Khalil Sayyid. "Of course, sir. The transportation effort was successful, and the various ship pieces are now in a private, safe area outside of Aqqak. Arcadian cleanup teams have been tremendously helpful in educating our workers on how to properly transport the remains, as well as what to watch for when picking up debris left in the desert."

Lamar sat back and contemplated the sitrep for a moment. So far, things were going pleasantly. "I want you and two of my advisers to come with me to see the remains firsthand. Are they ready for viewing?" inquired Lamar. "They will be the moment we get there," responded Sayyid. Lamar nodded to him, stood up, and began to prepare himself for the flight. Normally, he'd ride on the monorail to get around, as it was good for publicity, but this time, he needed to leave as secretively as possible to avoid any suspicion falling on him and the government.

Truly, it wasn't anything that was technically hidden. Nobody had really asked the government what it was, and until it was finally put on the spot, Lamar didn't intend to come forth with the information. Meanwhile, Sayyid was faced with a decision that would normally be easy, but with so many divisive opinions, choosing who to bring with him and the President to the viewing site was going to be a tough pick. Using his smartphone, he sent out a text to the other advisers, who would all be in the building, unsurprisingly, requesting their presence in the emergency briefing room. Within minutes, the room was occupied by all of its typical inhabitants, save for André Lamar.

"Ladies and gentlemen, you've all done some fantastic work. The President is very happy with all of your performances, but a touch decision is upon me. I'm about to accompany the President to the viewing site of the debris, and it is there that he will gather the remaining information and make a final decision on the fate of the fallen aircraft. I can only bring two of you with me, however, each to represent an opposing standpoint."

The room fell to an awkward quiet. Yasin Khaleel was very ready for this moment - the President had even implied in the past that he would the one to go. This gave him confidence that he would, indeed, be the one to end up being delegated on behalf of the other advisers who were on his side. However, they wouldn't be a Presidential adviser if they weren't vocal. He spoke, "I would like to go to represent the side that will advocate for the recycling of the technology found on the ships. With help from the Commonwealth, we can effectively reverse engineer this stuff for the betterment of all people of the Emirates and ultimately, the people of the world."

Nobody seemed to object, though nobody applauded his miniature speech. Still, Sayyid seemed satisfied: "Is everybody in favor of Yasin coming along? He seems to feel rather strongly about this one." The room nodded, with some advisers throwing in a "yes" or whatnot. However, the door for his competitor, if you will, remained wide open. Much to his surprise, it was Mariam Surayya who volunteered herself.

"I don't feel that this technology belongs to us. The Commonwealth may not want it, but it is not meant for us, or even for this world. Still, even putting this personal belief of mine aside, it's impractical economically to invest the time, resources, and money into reverse engineering this technology."

Surayya had been a Liberal voter in the past, so her statement did not surprise anyone. However, the fact that she was volunteering herself was unusual, as she had a reputation amongst the advisers of being the type to wish to be spoon-fed the workload rather than take initiative. Still, Khaleel was happy that it was somebody that had less weight over Lamar than he did.

Everyone voiced their approval for Surayya's attendance, and then, following a few more instructions, the meeting was adjourned, and Khaleel made a path towards his room to begin preparing for the great trip that lay ahead, a quiet sense of pride accompanying him along the way.

"Mr President my name is Andrea Korros head of the Onzan branch of the Commonwealth Orbital Catastrophe Taskforce; its an honour to finally meet you." Andrea offered President Lamar a curt bow, since they had abandoned the Arcadian Reich and no longer considered themselves Arcadian the people of the Commonwealth were having to adopt new social and formal customs. The old Arcadian salute was no longer appropriate and was a symbol of the old regime and Korros was aware of this. The simple bow streamlined everything, instead of having different gestures or customs dependent upon status and circumstance now the people of the Commonwealth simply bowed to show respect in greeting and did not bow as a sign of disrespect.

Korros had been impressed with the industrious way in which the Onzan workers and government had undertaken the clean up work following the Orbital Catastrophe; they had worked hard and willingly followed the advice of the COCT team in handling the debris, something which endeared the people of this comparatively small nation to her. Many in the Commonwealth had been ingrained with the old Arcadian sense of superiority, that because of their adherence to the Great Social Contract and the success of their society they were inherently better than the people of foreign nations; Andrea belonged to a rising intellectual class who challenged this view, the shift in policy which had followed the independence movement had resulted in a rethinking of the social contract and a re-evaluation of the Commonwealth's place in the world. To Korros she was no longer inherently superior because of her country of origin and therefore found it much easier to engage with foreigners, it was challenging however not to patronise or talk down to the assembled officials on this subject since it was something of which she had incredible and detailed knowledge where they could only gaze up in incredulity.

"You will forgive me if I seem a little... elevated when I speak with you on the subject of the wreckage and technology; it is hard as a Promethian given our past custom and manner to express and explain without sounding superior. Please know that as I talk with you today I wish only to share with and advise respected friends and allies of the Commonwealth and not patronise them. If my tone indicates any such misplaced superiority I apologise, we are still learning what it means to no longer be Arcadian." With that she placed down a small holo-disc on the table and tapped it, causing the device to spring to life projecting images of core pieces of the debris and important technological pieces which had been recovered. The manipulation of the images displayed was only possible through the application of complex cybernetic implants in her hands and fingers which provided an interface between the holodisplay and her brain. It was unlikely that the Onzan officials had seen such advanced bio-mechanical interfacing technology at work in so casual a manner but the truth was that all Commonwealth officials had these implants or ones similar to them which facilitated higher functioning and rapid interfacing with technology. "The first piece to draw your attention to is this." She selected and then expanded an image of a large chunk of seemingly solid metal, to the untrained observer it hardly looked important or in any way highly advanced. "This is the largest section of the outer hull of the Star of Jobe that has been found; its dimensions are vast and it is one of the chief sources of the impact damage caused when the ship came down. Unlike much of the rest of the ship this section is relatively intact and therefore of significant value."

"The outer hulls of Arcadian ships are made out of an artificial composite alloy known as Orichalcum which comes in two main types, Arcadian and Promethian. Arcadian Orichalcum is the version of the alloy which was first invented and which this piece is made from; the differences between Arcadian and Promethian Orichalcum are numerous but to summarise Arcadian Orichalcum is heavier, denser and more brittle while Promethian is lighter and more flexible. Now contrary to the name there are no facilities on or near Enkon capable of creating Promethian Orichalcum on a large scale as it requires a highly advanced zero gravity production facility capable of fabricating materials at an atomic level; we can however create Arcadian Orichalcum."

USS will stay out of Vvarden Civil War
Midgar,46566-With a recent request by the Vvarden government to have the USS help the south recapture the northern lands trying to overthrow the government and take over the southern or "proper" government territory.With the seemingly shooting down of help by the Moarfall government by the Promethius Prime, whose government has issued a protectorate over greater Vvarden. The USS believes that with the protectorate over Vvarden by prime that the government of Vvarden does not have the right to ask for help without first asking Prime for it's okay to help.

Also while relations have gotten slightly better with Unibearia, the relations between the USS and Unibearia are still somewhat icy at this time. The belief is that the USS and Unibearia forces would not be able to work together effectively enough to help southern Vvarden in the war. It's also widely believed within the USS government that Unibearia's willingness to help is wavering after it's sudden napalm attack and sudden withdrawal from attacking northern strongholds. It's believed that such a attitude is the work of the Unibearia government, which flights of whimsy seem to continuously place itself in difficult positions. While forced to work together due to both being members of the SCG, there seems to be no common ground to be seen at this time.

Hope . . . A little something we could all use. As our ship blasts away from our now torn world, we came across our little bit of hope, but its something we've never expected. We lock orbit and take our first look at a world unlike no other, a world filled with thriving nations and strong governments. This was, or now is our chance. Our autopilot had fizzled out on the way down to what is named Enkon from the lack of being tested. This resulted in us landing in a location already inhabited by a crumbling government. This country known as Mandelora is in anarchy and the people are in desperate need of a real leader. As we landed we were looked at like aliens, torn up beings from a torn up world, but that didn't stop us. We took our chance, with struggle and the costs of precious lives, the siege was finally over. Syndrica would rise up, grow and be a real impact in a society known as The New Coalition of Nations. This is the beginning, a start of a new era, a story to be passed down and told over the ages.
