White Rose
"The pleasure is ours. I hope Dr.Falgro has held proper introductions, Captain Philip should keep him in line." Ware said with a sly smile, looking toward Philip. Philip simply nodded in good recognition.

"Now," Ware said, turning his head to read a number of data records on White Rose and mission updates, fine tuning himself to White Rose and collected data on them so far.

"Lets get down to business. We need allies, especially against the re-emerging threat of pirates in the Pacific. Its only a matter of time until they reach your local waters. Piracy has been an extending pandemic across the South Pacific. We have intell. of heavy rogue city-states in Korea and possibly China. These should be our top priority for mutual defense. We also request a business transaction with many possible revenues of trade." As this was said, a variety of graphs and data on the Republics excess trade possibilities primarily included luxury goods, raw minerals, and naval ships.

"Quite alright." Johnson said, tugging on his plasma automatic rifle strapped to his chest.

"I'm glad we haven't run into any of them. We havent trained for mutants...mutants were only a theorized concept at home in the Hawaiian islands. But I guess from the looks of things, that is a reality here."

The group of soldiers and delegates gazed from beneath their infantry suits and visors. "Are you sure these tunnels are fully secured?" Johnson asked curiously. The men in the group had their weapons armed and fingers near the triggers, not out of worry for their new comrades, but these new mutants they hear of.

"The tunnel we are taking is secure. We are in the process of clearing some of the others. Its not pleasant clearing a tunnel of them. We usually end up locking off hordes in the side tunnels, and force them through a choke point to deal with them." The tram passed through a station where dozens of power armored soldiers were dragging dead Nosalis to be burned. After leaving the station the tram arrived at the first airlock, a massive imposing blast door with the Russian federation coat of arms on it, and Полис written under it. Two two yellow lights flicker on, and spin as the alarm goes off with a deep beep every two seconds. A loud metallic grinding sound was heard along with a hiss as it depressurizes, and opens. The tram moves inside, and the door closes behind it. After the tram was decontaminated the inner door opened, and the tram entered. They were high on ths cavern wall, and below was polis an exact replica of prewar Moscow. "Welcome to Polis gentlemen."

WHITE ROSE

"Yes, you assumed correctly Mr. Secretary, the Doctor has been kind in introducing everyone." Victoria Song said, considering every words. Whoever this person is, he is pretty direct, the no non sense types. A trait she is intimately familiar is.

"If you are looking for ally, as in the context of a rigid military alliance, I am afraid it's a decision that's too early for us to decide. Entering a security relations implies that the risk of serious fightings, we Rosens do not have any enemy at the moment, yet we cannot be certain that you are not fighting someone else. We as a society hardly knows you. Though we are grateful that your expedition forces here do not display any hostile intentions when we encountered each other. I'll have to be honest, White Rose simply does not know the Hawaiian that close yet.

"However, we do offer our friendship. I believe that can be a good start, can't it? We can advanced into the future from there."

"As the matter of security and economic policy, White Rose shares the same concern. I believe my government can work together with you. We've had reports from out outpost currently operating in strategic points across this regions of the increasing activities of Pirates too."

"And trade? Perhaps we could begin bartering with other?" The Chancellor concludes her replies. She thought of the gold bullions secured in the city vaults. All those years minting, finally it can be used right?

White Rose
"Agreed. Do not make mistake, we believe the same. I merely implied the cooperation of joint military operations in the Pacific. In the face of new discoveries and relationship, we are hardly on the level of acknowledgement of each other for such an intimate relationship. As you said, mutual security is a top priority. The threat of piracy is a 3rd party we can all agree on that we need to handle."

"With regards to financial and economic decisions, with requests we would like a spread sheet of White Roses current economic traits and qualities. This would serve as a launching platform for private and federal enterprises to begin mold and shape the future between our two states. "

"Hawaii is abundant in raw minerals and luxury items, as well as ship construction. Does any of this interest your people?"

Meanwhile, Falgro stood dutifully paying close attention, his purple visors casts a faint mirror effect on the orbs of his eye sockets.

JFK Airport:

The old runway and terminals where patched up by now. Or at least they where now not decaying any more. Old airplanes where brought to terminal or scrapped for their metal. Towards the far end of the airport there was a tower going into the air. Next to it was another object, a former ICBM that was found in Montauk. For now, it was still being changed. The warhead was found to have no bomb on the top, and many of the wires had been chewed through by mice years ago. For now, it was a work in progress. The president admired it, along with the other pieces of hardware found on the island. A Space Shuttle, a Concord and several jets from the Intrepid. For now his term was a good one. More industrial progress, radio and the Island finally secured. However here was more to do. Still the people went through their jobs as farmers. The XPs would explore more to find goods that could be used, but for now, the president thought of what was about.

Novosibirsk

Citizens walked about the simple homes and metalled roads, and headed for their jobs. Some excavated one of several quarrys. Others used new chainsaws and ethanol to lumber the massive taiga.

Some built houses or grew crops in the greenhouses, others working on the road that had had already stretched 50 miles, built with huge rollers from 300 years ago. Others also built the next rocket designed for space, to carry more com sats.

After analyzing the hard drive a diplomat, Yoseif Beltis, was sent to Port Maku Loui. They had discovered Port Maku Loui was built on the ruins of Vladistok, and that the Trans-Siberian Railroad was mostly intact. Skunger was sent along with 30 others to follow the tracks east to Moscow to see if any fallout cities remained there.

Half way there to the Transsib, the saw a concrete object protruding from the melting snow. As they came closer, they saw a hatch. After prying it open, they switched on some flashlights to investigate the dark, musty rooms.

Skunger took a brave step in and heard a startling crunch under his boots. After the initial shock, he pointed his light down and saw a cracked human skull against a backdrop of chipped green paint.

He cryed "Is anyone there?" in a solemn voice. It echoed with no reply. As they explored the tunnels, they found nothing but skeltons. They found some books and paintings, and sent them back alongside 4 people to accompany them to the library.

All of the bunker's rations were rotten, and determined the collapse was from disease. They marked the location on a map and were happy to come up and breath fresh air. They continued the expedition in their flying Humvees given by the Hawaiians, which were reverse engineered and reassembled.

Back in Novosibirsk, they used the com sats to broadcast the message:

Hello, we are the Neo USSR, stationed in the former city of Novosibirsk, Siberia. Please respond with location. Goodbye and good luck.

Moscow Ruins, Operation Red Dawn
The Kremlin
0100 hours local time

A flight of GOA-33 jets streaked across the sky over the battlefield dropping cluster bombs on the city. "Danger close goddammit!" One of the radio operators yelled. "You're two blocks off your target. Adjust 6 degrees west, and try not to hit us dammit!" The entire building shook as the bombs hit the ground lighting up the night sky. "Mutants are moving in from the east! 3rd company move to support 4th company in the east wing!" A voice barked over the radio. Men in power armor shuffled down the hall towards the east wing dirt, and dust falling on them each time a bomb detonates or a jet flies over.

The commanders were overworked, they had to coordinate entire offensive in Moscow from the kremlin with only occasional recon overflights, and spotters to help visualize the situation. "What do you mean Ramius wants the city cleared in 3 days!? It'll take weeks to purge the city. Tell him if he wants this fucking city cleared he needs to move that satellite over Moscow now!"

Year 2172, Evacuation of Honolulu
The navy had failed, multiple defense lines had been breached across the islands. A renegade army of anarchist had stormed the northern tip of Oahu and was closing in on the outskirts of Honolulu where thousands of civilians were rushing to the ports, eager to evacuate. The renegade army of pirates were slaughtering hundreds as many flee'd the island to islands of Kauai and Maui where the military and government still retained control.

The army had pulled back from most of Oahu, leaving Honolulu as a front-line. Several mortars rained down onto the city, triggering plumes of explosions and smoke. Unorganized forces had already breached parts of the cities. Most of Honolulu was engulfed in fires and destruction. The sky had grown a darkened grey hue from the plumes of smoke. The city limits had longed been breached, heavy street fighting between the Hawaiian military and the rogue anarchists had broken out. Meanwhile, thousands of civilians had gathered along the ports and beach where the navy was hastly evacuating people on ferries, warships, and any available vessel. All was going to plan, when a nearby skyscraper collapsed from mortar fire, and a wave of cannibals and criminals had stormed the barriers where a shoot out began. Now, only a line of soldiers and a couple fences separated the anarchist from the one of the largest evac sites. In a matter of minutes more and more columns of anarchist had encroached evac sites along the beach and ports.

As fires and destruction engulfed Honolulu the former sense of calm, coupled with classical music died. Screams and shouting ensued as the ferries hastly began to cast off, abandoning hundreds of people as choas ensued.

"PLEASE, theres room for more!" A man shouted, as a soldier yelled at him stop. The panicking crowd grew more violent, and a soldier shot a woman trying to climb over him. The crowd yelled and shouted, swamping the soldier and began beating him to death.

"Get that ramp up! We're leaving!" One captain shouted, watching anarchy take hold as the barriers and lines of people began to fall apart. Cars fell into the water as the bridge to the dock pulled away. Some people jumped into the water, while ships began pulling away in a mass exodus from the ports across lower Honolulu. Air raid Sirens were echoing throughout the coast as the evac sites were now under attack. Oahu was lost, and the military was desperately trying to evacuate as many people from Honolulu as possible. Naval warships had set up a loose blockade around the ports to fend off the encroaching pirates. They were bombarding parts of Honolulu from afar, only holding them off for the ferries to escape.

Shells and bullets landed around the ports. Artillery stations were swamped and crushed by overwhelming firepower. The government had declared Oahu lost and was making a temporary retreat to free up resources. As soldiers fell and the last lines of defenses around the evac sites fell, fences were toppled. Leaving barbarians to rape and pillage the refugees. Some simply sprayed the crowd with bullets, while others grabbed woman and children for their own pleasure.

Ferries and naval warships were now sailing away at full speed. Leaving survivors to watch in horror as their friends, neighbors, and relatives were slaughtered and raped. Massive pools of blood seeped down the beaches, smoke billowed in the distance, and fires engulfed Honolulu. The convoys of refugees and navy ships left Oahu, determined to free the island in vengeance.

Several hundred years later...
President Wyatt was reading over a couple of history records on the Hawaiian Pirate Wars dating around to the 2170's. He had vowed for the past to never be repeated, he knew the growing threat of pirates would have to be dealt with. Their source and home ports must be completely wiped out. Leaving no survivors. For many years, data logs were being filled with all known pirate hideouts and homeports, and a naval operation to wipe them all out was in the works.

Polis
The young soldiers and diplomats were astonished, seeing a replica of the Kremlin off in the distance. They were surprised, of all people, the RUssians were able to build and accomplish an underground city.

Johnson turned to Nikolai, asking "How many people are down here? Have you ever had problems with mutants breaching the city?" He said, a thousand questions racing through his head.

The soldiers and political staff gazed down on Polis below, astonished. One man of the group approached Nikolai. "I am Mr.Morris, I find this is enough credible evidence to introduce myself and formerly request to speak with your leaders for official diplomacy." A sense of nervousness could be heard in his russian.

"Official estimates put the population at 250,000." The tram continued winding its way down towards the floor of the cavern. "We have never had a problem with mutants breaching the city. The entrances are blocked by several sets of reinforced blast doors between airlocks. Marko Ramius will see you. He's currently in the kremlin itself."

"Good good." Johnson said, fiddling with his gun a little while looking around. Mr.Morris's features were beneath a mask and light infantry armor. He had a smile beneath his mask but a cold sweat was making itself prominent unbeknownst to the foreigners. This would be his first diplomatic mission, he knew he'd have to show himself good or Honolulu would replace him.

The group followed their escorts through the tram, eagerly ready to confront Mr.Ramius. Meanwhile, although they appeared friendly up front, Johnson still was wary of their counterparts. But it was too late to go back now. He held his hand near the switch on his gun to trigger the safety lock off if things got nasty.

Port Maku Loui

Yoseif Beltis was in the convoy of Humvees, and gazed up in amazement at the skyline. The convoy halted, and he stepped out the door. In perfect Russian, a man spoke to him and asked him to follow. He was lead down a path, and into the ambassadorial building.

Transsib.

The flying Humvees were gliding along perfectly, cruising at 500 MPH. They watched below as the snowy evergreens zipped under, over halfway to Moscow. They passed over the Ural Mountains, sighting the spot where a group of Soviet campers were mysteriously killed in 1959. Eventually, they passed over the ruins of old towns, and roads crisscrossed the ground.

19 hours later, the towns bacame cities, then metropolises. Finally, the skyline of Moscow, recognizable, but barely so, from the massive archives in Novosibirsk, reached over the horizon, and they began to slow and circle the city for spots to land. They gripped their guns, sighting an old menace; the mutant. They had destroyed the above ground of Novosibirsk in the real early years of the nuclear winter, and the warriors had trained to fight them, although they had longen been hunted down by wolves or frozen and shattered in winter, in Siberia. They found a clear spot, and one by one, they emptied the humvees, leaving some to guard them.

Moscow

Moscow was engulfed in a massive battle against mutants, and polis security forces. GOA-33 jets streaked over the city unleashing laser guided bombs on large concentrations of mutants. T-100 MBT rolled down the streets supporting the infantry in pushing the mutants out of the city once, and for all.

Polis

Nikolai lead the group through the kremlin, past various government workers on their way to their jobs. Nikolai lead them to the door marked Marko Ramius.
