The King of Mallanor has proposed that Phoenix get the land pictured, and trade; in exchange for removing the troops, and allowing Mallanor to keep a portion of the mountains. As part of the agreement, Phoenix cannot send troops into New Mallanor again and all Mallanorian troops will be taken out of Phoenix.

Phoenix/Mallanor Border
With a peace deal formed, Commander Slade ordered all 50,000 troops belonging to Talanzaar to pull out and return home, so they can assist in the invasion, which was still continuing.

"They think they can just make a peace deal an act like nothing happened!" said Commander Slade. "This is just gonna give us more men to crush them with!"

New Okriana/Phoenix Border
As the front lines are slowly being pushed back, the army is now facing the Phoenix army and their reinforcements. Heavy tanks have been sent in to push through Phoenix's defense, which only seems to be large groups of men. LAV's and machine gunners easily blast incoming soldiers away, who seem to not have any machinery set up.

Meanwhile, back on New Okriana's side of the border, more defense is being put up in preparation for any kind of retaliation. A minefield has been placed, fences reinforced, sniper posts created and planes with infrared homing circle the skies.

Naval fleets, armed with battleships and submarines, are on standstill and are prepared to fight off Simonia's ships.

Phoenix Wilderness
Paratroops have been dropped into small villages, raising Talnazaars flag, signifying that they've been there.searching for supplies and food. The troops have one objective given to them and are ordered to complete it. Many troops have now met up with their counterparts, who have been hiding in caves and forests.

The Okarians didn't know that they walking into a trap with their invasion, and operation Nexus was going along perfectly

New Okriana
More troops have arrived from New Armania, 20,00 or so, arriving after Mallanor no longer needed them. They were encouraged to move south and set up a defense while others provided an offense.

Phoenix/New Okriana Border
By this point, thanks to the tanks that have plowed through, paving the war for airstrikes and shelling, the Phoenix border has been pushed back. Enemies are armed with guns, but they seem not to have any technology to stop the tanks, besides RPG's. New Okriana's soldiers are firmly passed the border, around 1 kilometer in. Troops behind them have officially claimed the small strip of land as part of New Okriana, but Phoenix's soldiers still put up a defense. Overall, it was a winning battle.

Eastern New Okrianan Islands
About 1,000 people have settled on the islands now, and have began fishing for food. Mud houses are slowly being built, but many are sleeping in the naval fleets. A dirt runway has been completed so planes carrying food can arrive.

Northwest Phoenix
Paratroopers have successfully secured major northern villages and have killed whatever resistance may be hiding there. They are using the villages to form pockets of resistance whenever Phoenix's troops arrived to reclaim them, unsuccessfully. The death toll is rising because of the large amount of troops deployed by Phoenix, but the number is nothing compared to Talanzaars potential front.

All was well on the Eastern Island, until today.

A powerful earthquake has stuck the Northern part of the island, killing 258 people, or 1/5 of New Okriana's population on the island. The military commander got on the phone and sent a message out to all United Collation regions.

The Governor of the Eastern New Mallanorian Islands received the call for help from the north. Being close by, he sent in 125 Humanitarian workers and 100 emergency workers to aid with the recovery, cleanup, and search-and-rescue.

The King of Mallanor has declared the lowering of the DEFCON level to 5. The military is now on peacetime readiness.

Following the acquisition of Varrock, settlers poured in like rats, setting up villages and towns. Soon, one could see the smoke coming from factories and lumber mills, mines and research facilities, feeding the Brissian Empire with more resources than ever.

The violent nature of Varrock's neighbors was noted, and something had to be done to protect Brissian interests in the archipelago, possibly even creating the possibility of expansion, maybe into Simbia or Lolloh. To make such possibilities possible, a total of 233,070 troops were sent to the massive colony, supported by 23 naval squadrons and 9 aerial squads.

As soon as the go-ahead was given by the Department of Overseas Administration the colonial fleet began to make their way to the shores of the new claim. Five very large colonial ships had been sent to undertake this arduous task, the first four carried around 40,000 settlers and supplies and the fifth held 12,000 soldiers and on board was stored various vehicles, ammunition and weapons. The first wave of settlers would be the ones who would lay down the initial foundations of the colony, such as building shelters and roads as well as heading out into the deep jungle to prospect for raw materials.

Before sunset the vessels had anchored off the beaches of what would become the capital. The military vessel had towed along a floating harbor for the small transport vessels to use for ferrying supplies, however that and a few dozen prefabricated structures plus a single paved road was all that stood, since the main focus of today had been on cutting away a clearing for the colony since the jungle in that area was denser around the coast than was expected, leaving not enough room for the entirety of the colonists. For now the colony was mostly a tent city.

Phoenix/New Okriana Border
The wave of soldiers attacking the Okrianan soldiers was largely, a failure. Phoenix's soldiers were successful in destroying many expensive LAV's, but many soldiers carrying the massive RPG's were put down by sniper fire. Also, many were killed off in minefields, and the remainders continued to fight in heated combat, proving to be a strong enemy. More troops were lost, but not enough to stop the gains. 1,000 reinforcements helped push through the front, who have set up more anti-aircraft gunners, making the place virtually immune to any bombing.
The troops pushed through, and about 2 kilometers in, they set up more trenches, more gunners and bought in more equipment, patiently waiting for the next battle. The land occupyied has been claimed by New Okriana.
Most Northern villages have been used as meeting points as 20,000 soldiers wander the wilderness, avoiding the large battle to the North of them. The villages were very small and very easy to secure, which has been the story for a very long time now.

Southwest Mallanor Mountains
The explosion caused a rock avalanche. Tons of rocks tumbled down the mountains, stopping on Phoenix's side of the border. The soldiers had created a tunnel through the Mountains from Mallanor to Phoenix. These tunnels have been in creation for sometime, and were supposed to be used as trade routes. Until now.

75 land divisions, consisting of tanks, LAV's, vehicles, machine gunners and 40,000 soldiers rushed out the tunnels. They began an blitzkrieg. Others ran to the hills and set up camps on top of the mountains. Unnamed drones circled above, keeping a watchful eye for incoming attacks. More trenches are begin created.

"We cannot let Phoenix grow any larger! This land isn't not theirs and we will return it to its rightful owners in the name of freedom and justice!" said a Field Commander. The divisions scattered around the grassy area, using the mountains as a boundary. They were order to set up tanks and a new piece of technology invented by Talanzaar, a mobile, all weather air defense system known as the Steel Dome that is capable of intercepting short-range rockets, artillery shells and bombers.

The area was not defended, as Phoenix's troops were all stationed elsewhere fighting off rebel troops. The area was being prepared to be returned to Mallanor.

New Okriana
Commander Slade is pleased to announce that New Okriana's civilian population has surpassed 10,000, but that is dwarfed compared to the number of soldiers currently on the continent.

Eastern New Okrianan Islands
Although the area was hit hard, relief came quickly and on time, but this is a major blow to the colony. Hospitals have been set up on the naval fleets stationed there and the 300+ injured are being taken care of. The President released a statement thanking our southern neighbor, New Mallanor.

I really want to thank you for providing this aid and standing strong with us during this time of turmoil. I guess the land we are re-claiming for you would be a fair reward, hmm?

Our new land is beginning to be settled. our workers are constructing a wall around our borders and are bringing troops in for defense. our pursuits are mostly economical and will probably at some point wish to create economic alliances and trade embargo's. at the moment we are open to other nations setting up colonies with-in our borders as long as conflicts between nations are none-existent.

Trustopia is sending an estimated 2,000 engineers and field doctors to aid in setting up refugee camps and rebuilding parts of the island.

A group of 500 farmers, fishermen, and pioneers have arrived on the east side of the Island to establish the colony of New Lwca. As the Cin of Chalkia has managed to secure membership of the United Coalition, the only current threat is the settlement of New Carolina to the North. To counter this, a group consisting of 50 Royal Engineers has been deployed to build defences along this border.

Phoenix/Okriana Border
The front line was slowly being pushed back into Phoenix as Apache helicopters destroyed the enemy front lines. Camps were being set up in the conquered area to show that the land was officially part of New Okriana. Many of the battles were now fought between small squadrons as more troops came in from all directions. The battle technique from earlier is still being used as troops push further into Phoenix.

Eastern Phoenix
Although facing some resistance from enemy troops, the liberation of the eastern strip of land was successful. All defense technologies were set up and more troops were sent across Mallanor and out through the tunnels. Machine gunners had established themselves deep within mountains while squadrons explored the peaks, wary of activity by Phoenix. Commander Cutter Slade is prepared to hand over the land to the King of Mallanor. He wrote a letter.
