"Now, back to dancing." John grinned, and there they were, off dancing again.

"Foolish boy," John Patrician growled about Mike, "He could set us back decades if he continues messing around."

Blissfully unaware of the Prime Ministers grumblings, Morgana returned to enjoying the dance.

[Warhaven]

"Oh, don't worry Prime Minister, when I get back to Warhaven, I'll file notice with The Central Bureaucracy to insure that Arstidillan can only be experimented on by professionally employed scientists. This will keep him out of trouble, and if it doesn't, then he'll have a nice long vacation to think about it." Diane promised.

John nodded.

"Good," He said, "It's a dangerous game to mess around with medication."

[Warhaven]

At that point, the band proved they had skill, as they expertly played an old hit, the band leader proving he had a nice voice, even in Were form. Of course, he was a Were Dragon, and by chance was turned into a Were white Dragon. White Dragons always had the nicest voices, and this Lycanthrope was no exception.

Of course, this song was a subtle hint to John they were going to take an extended break so he could accomplish his mission.

As the song came to an end, Morgana applauded the band.

[Warhaven]

"So, John, figure out any fancy new tricks?" One member asked, she was a plant of course, she was supposed to ask that, to segue into John's proposal.

Of course, John had taught his coded howls to a select few parties outside the Magekillers. The Royal Family, Prime Minister John, James, Miranda and Jenny flect. Varence. He was very secretive about those codes, as they were an effective medium to raise specific alerts, or issue specific commands that enemies and outside parties simply did not know about.

But then he had some that were pointless, except in good fun.

"Well, there's one I've been working on in secret, not even Morgana's seen it yet. I'm just not sure it's ready yet." John answered, scratching his chin thoughtfully.

"Oh go on," Morgana said, "Give it a whirl."

[Warhaven]

"Alright, here goes." John promised.

He took a few sips of water to insure a nice lubricated throat, then proceeded to launch a deafening howl at the magical illusion of the moon.

To the crowd's astonishment, the moon flashed, and began to grow, and grow, and grow, until it vanished entirely, bright vibrant words scrolling across the sky in their place.

"If I could, I would have the greatest painters from across time paint your portrait, that your beauty could set the benchmark for what art truly is, but I cannot do that, for art fades, and I do not wish you to fade." The first line read, accompanied by a terrific oil painting of Morgana in the sky, in a positively regal and beautiful pose. But sadly, it faded, flaked, and disappeared.

"If I could, I would have the greatest miners delve the deepest mines, and procure the finest gems, that they might be inspired by you to achieve an even greater shine, but I cannot do that, for no gem is equal to the task." The second line said, and there with it was a terrific gem, Morgana inside. But the gem shattered.

"If I could, I would conspire with the gods of Music to write a melody grand and flowing, that the blind could see how pretty you are, but I cannot do this either, for their minds could not understand what they are hearing." The third line said, accompanied by a few musical notes.

"If I could, I would rearrange the stars themselves, that you could remain an eternal inspiration for all to come. But moving stars is beyond my power." The fourth line said, and behold, temporarily, the stars themselves rearranged into the constellation Morgana, before reverting to normal.

"I would do these things, and more, if I could, because I love you, and want you to remain for all time. I would do them, to show you how much I love you, and how fiercely I would fight to remain with you, even if all forces were set against me. But I cannot do those things, for they cannot fully express what it is I want to say. The only thing I can do then is present all that I am, all that I have and ask...." And the fifth line stopped there. It faded seconds later, The Deep Magic vanished for the evening, meaning the sky truly was its normal self.

After it vanished, John pulled a ring from his pocket, a gorgeous one with a blue gem that matched his Aura set into it.

"Will you marry me?" John asked, finishing what the sky had wrote. He had even gone to a half transformed state quietly, showing all that he was, and all that he had.

Morgana was in a slight state of shock, she hadn't expected this.

She stood, feeling an almost overwhelming mix of emotions, surprise, joy, excitement.
"Oh John," Morgana finally gasped, tears of joy in her eyes, "Yes. A thousand times. My heart is yours for all eternity, no matter what form you hold. I may never be queen, but you will always be king of my heart."

As he slipped the ring on her finger, John pulled her close and kissed her to a round of hearty applause from The Midnight Society.

Morgana flexed her fingers with the new ring and admired it.

"Just wait till we get back to the palace," She beamed, a look in her eye saying that she had more then telling everyone on her mind.

[Warhaven]

At that, the first rays of Dawn cracked over the Horizon. As was tradition, John let out one long drawn out Howl, the customary signal it was time to go home. It was utilized, as sometimes the party got really spread out as individuals and couples went off a ways for private chats and other activities.

Then he scooped up Morgana, and teleported back to the Palace.

Everyone would be gathered in the throne room, where they would appear.

"Congratulations!" Everyone chorused.

[Warhaven]

"Oh, did you see something in the sky last night?" John asked, feigning innocence.

"I also paid Diane 10 gold to film the entire thing and send it to us." Guin grinned.

"Very flashy," Varence said.

"Welcome to the family, dear boy," King Matthew said, patting John on the shoulder.

[Warhaven]

"Thank you, I wanted to do it in a way unique to me." John said.

"It certainly was. Now you two can spend your days planning your wedding." Guin pointed out.

"The way you did it says John, through and through," Arthur said.

"Yes we can," Morgana grinned excitedly in reply to Guinevere.

[Warhaven]

"Well, try not to push Varence into Early retirement like I almost did." Guin said ruefully.

"I feel like laying down for a bit, those society gatherings cane be quite exhausting." John yawned.

"I'm not surprised," Adela said, "You've been up all night."

"Come on John," Morgana said, taking his hand, "Lets go and find you somewhere to lie down."

And so, Time passed again. The ninth month, pregnant bellies at their largest, and this time Lily was the one to accidentally stir up trouble.

It wasn't anything at the castle. No, the castle was still so well ordered her parents would have to cause an accident on purpose, and Pachuco wouldn't do that, especially not when it would endanger his unborn grandson.

No, this was all Lily's doing, her powers frizzing in and out occasionally during her pregnancy.

It was morning, and again, it was family breakfast. Pachuco had just stepped out for a minute.

"While Dad's away, my powers came back, and I learned something, I'm not sure how we'll deal with. Dad has a Million year Mega-Cycle comprised of many smaller cycles, and as each smaller cycle ends, something big happens with dad. Soon, their all going to end, simultaneously, which means he's reaching the end of his Million year Mega-Cycle. This is going to result in him losing all control and unleashing one million years worth of Chaos, in a single second. I'm sure I don't have to tell either of you the sheer devastation that could be caused by that much Chaos." Lily said, speaking quietly to Ordinatio and Eris, hoping they had an idea.

"We know," Ordinatio and Eris said together.

"I'd suggest the venting zone, but that might not be enough," Ordinatio said.

The venting zone was, as Lily would know, an area of free time and space for all the greater spirits to go to vent any pent up frustrations in actual power, the very nature of the venting zone meaning any environmental damage done would undo.

[Warhaven]

"Maybe he could unleash in Primus?" Lily asked, a little too loudly.

"Unleash what?" Pachuco asked, coming back into the room.

"A vast wave of chaos," Eris said, "One Million years worth."

[Warhaven]

"I just unleashed one of those yesterday, Wanna see it, it's totally amazing." Pachuco said, causing Lily to choke on her sausage in surprise.
