It is hereby formally announced that on November 26, 2013 the regions, Commonwealth of Crowns and The Allied Republics, have joined into a friendly partnership designed with the goal of promoting good-will, freedom, and democracy to all nations that fall under their respective banners.
I. Declaration of Peace A peace shall settle between the Commonwealth of Crowns and the Allied Republics, and an amity shall begin henceforth. No invasion or attack shall be waged between the two regions. Each respective government shall refrain from organizing, preparing, and inciting acts of hostility aimed at any nation placed under this treaty.
II. Sovereignty Rights Either Party may construct Embassies with any other Regions they wish, without seeking approval from the other. These alliances shall be viewed as the promotion of democracy and free will.
III. Exchange of Ambassadors In times of conflict and in times of peace and tranquility, nations from either party shall be allowed and accepted as visitors in friendship and good will. The Commonwealth of Crowns and the Allied Republics will exchange ambassadors to serve as representatives of each other and will strive to maintain goodwill and communication between the two regions.
IV. Renewal of Treaty This treaty may be renewed annually on the first of every January by the presiding government of both parties.
V. Areas of Cooperation As both regions have their own defense forces and army forces, the regional armies may come together and join to accomplish certain missions, such as training raids or protection of allies from raids, together. This is subject to approval from the Commander of each region's military. Both regions are invited to participate in each other's role play activities, thoughtful discussions, and formal events. The Delegate of the Allied Republics and of the Commonwealth of Crowns are encouraged to work in partnership in proposing resolutions and in motion voting in the World Assembly.
VI. Dissolution This treaty may be repealed at any time by either party by their respective governments. If this occurs, the treaty shall immediately become null and void within both parties.
