On Karlink, everyone celebrates as the first fleet prepares to launch. It will be their very first fleet to colonize an entire other planet.
The Karlinkians are flying around with joy, on their peaceful home. The House of Arya isn't taking part in the celebration, as always, keeping to themselves.
There was lots of radio chatter throughout the planet. So much, in fact, some radio waves bounced into space, and continued floating around.
Karlinkians don't know this, however, and continue their planet-wide radio party.

Ok, so this is for Infinitus Dominium. Only people from that group who wish to join are allowed.

Deep-Space satellite G1S28549 sat in the dark of the void, it's blue eye slowly flickering. It had been in stasis for countless millenia, but with the Eldenian Awakening taking place, it was finally reactivating. As it awoke, a signal registered in it's cortex... Once it had gained operational status, drawing on it's Psicrystal reserves, it identified them as Radii signals, emanating from a previously-insentient planet. Thinking this an event worthy of notification, it notified EOEN High Command, requesting an Ingress for continued investigation.

Above the planet, a massive ring appeared, 10 kilometers in diameter. It sat there, emanating a strange energy, waiting...
