2 V-25 Goshawks and 1 V-120 Valkyrie flew over the 6th Battalion that was holding position in the fifth of the 7 Safety Zones established by the United Federations' forces.

"Sir, our orders then? It seems as if everyone else is staying put." Sgt. Jameson said.

"Our orders are to scout out the 2 last villages in this zone in order to ensure that they are secured and no hostile military forces are in the area." Capt. Narris responded.

"But if they're unsecured, how do we know what's there exactly?" Pvt. Logan questioned.

"Do you understand what a recon mission is private?" Capt. Narris barked?

"Sir, yes sir!" Pvt. Logan responded.

"Then you know why we'll be there. We'll have a flight of F-22's covering us from the U.F.S. Harrison off the coast, so air support at least for this one." explained the captain.

"Understood sir, this should be a walk in the... what in the..." A series of SAM missiles fly upward from a small apartment building towards the helicopter transports and impact, destroying the first V-25, forcing the V-120 into the ground in an emergency landing, and sending the second V-25 spiraling out of control, deafening Capt. Narris briefly after the initial explosion.

"Respond men, RESPOND!" Capt. Narris screamed as the helicopter went out of control.

"Sir, I think we should brace for impact!" Pvt. Logan responded, as the rest of the squad on board had already done so.

Capt. Narris and the rest of the squad was jolted around as the V-25 impacted the ground, sending two men into the ceiling of the vehicle.

"Status?" Narris asked.

"2 seriously injured, all others are able and prepared sir." Jameson explained.

"Men, set up a perimeter around this chopper, and send a team to see where that V-120 crashed down and see if the heavy equipment is still operational. If we're lucky, they'll be some survivors of the three squads on board it. What's the status of the other Goshawk?" Narris asked.

"Gone sir, blown to pieces." Logan responded.

"Private, get us a line to the FOB of Safety Zone 5, we have a bit of a situation on our hands now, and I want our artillery and air support for this."

"Yes, sir!" Logan moved away to attempt to make contact with FOB.

"I'm always getting in to this sort of trouble, aren't I?" Narris told himself as he moved to see how his wounded men were.

"HQ,we are pushing through,over."
"Roger,Paratroopers will land in approximately 10 minutes."

"Armored divison is preparing to drive over bridge,over."

OPEN FIRE! *M1 Abrams gets destroyed* OOH RAH! Sir, what do we do?! PUSH THEM BACK INTO THE CITY HALL!

"All divisions, clear the occupied buildings, i wan--", Colonel McFly was cut short as the sound of explosions emanated from a nearby building, causing it to collapse. Suddenly, the CO had an idea.

"Get the 9th Artillery Corps ready. It's time we light up this battlefield.", ordered the CO to a soldier as he headed towards an APC.

"I'll go meet with the Paketans and Veroxians in Guateguate to discuss a joint strategy.", he said, hopping into an armored car and driving away.

As he drove on the nearly-destroyed overpass, he looked down and saw that the Government forces were barely holding out from their entrenched enemies, so they must have decided to stop their attack for awhile. Meanwhile, the remaining Gibberish forces were regrouping for another attack. The APC soon arrived at the location of the Guateguate Paketan Military Headquarters, and when he got out, he walked towards their commander.

"Hello there.", he said as he shook hands with the Paketan commander.

Off the Coast of Guateguate

After the enemy had discovered the location of the Gibberish fleet, the battle for the seas had begun. 2 of the carriers were sunk by the bombs from the airship, while 1 of the battleships was destroyed by a lucky hit from the enemy destroyers. The rest of the ships continued to exchnage shots with the enemy destroyers, who were now all focused into the sea battle rather than bombarding Guateguate itself. The submarines were having a much more difficult time however, as mines dropped from everywhere. 2 of the subs had already been destroyed by the mines. The 6 remaining subs tried their best to evade the mines, eventually reaching the waters near the city itself, behind the destroyers. Thinking this is a good spot to attack from, the subs began launching torpedoes at the propellers of the ships. 100 GF-81 fighters from the two remaining carriers were scrambled and sent to fight against the airships, while the carriers backed away from the airships.

The land battle was the most difficult at all. The plaza was burning from all the napalm dropped, and dead bodies, destroyed tanks and pieces of shrapnel littered the ground, andthe Gibberish line began to weaken, although they were still putting up a hell of a fight.

"Never surrender! to the last man, to the last bullet!!", yelled a squad captain as he grabbed a wounded soldier and threw him behind an immobilized T-95.
