Mayor Brice Lemner walked onto a balcony in front of millions of people watching on their TVs and in person. He stepped up to the mic, unrolled a piece of paper and started speaking.

"For many years this city has been a independent nation, holding vast amounts of land. That all changed when Mylone swooped in and took it away from us, That was 20 years ago today. In celebration of Lemner independence Day, i have decided to revive the Lemner Empire. Thats right, Lemner is now a free and peace loving nation in its own right. I ask that the President of Mylone meet me in the Capitol to discuss a transaction of power. If not, i have already raised a 3 million man army who is willing to fight. Make your move Mr.President.

President of Mylone James Lan slammed his fist on his desk "WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEY DECLARED INDEPENDENCE!" the Chief of Military Affairs Lee Smith responded meekly "They have restored the 'Lemner Empire' sir. They have a Army, flag, currency, you name it they have it." After some thought Lan got a smirk on his face "They don't have any support though. Those Lemner bastards are doing this all alone. I want our military assembled and on the march in a hour." Smith nodded and walked out.

Malcom Doyle leaned back and cracked a smile as he watched the feed coming in from the World News Network. On screen was a man calmly and yet firmly telling the rest of the world that a nation that had ceased to exist some 20 years ago was back from the dead, and overnight too! This was a man Malcom could admire, even if he did pity the man a little. Mylon had a much larger army than 3 million, although poorly equipped, the new Lemner Army, Militia, Freedom Fighters, or whatever they called themselves, couldn't possibly hold out for very long. They would be swamped.

Malcom pressed the button on his desk intercom.

"Yes Fabricator General?" His secretary responded quickly, as usual. Her eagerness to please was the main reason Malcom had hired her.

"Did you see the news just then? The one about Mylon and the remade Lemner?" Malcom asked as he grabbed a cigar from a finely crafted box on his desk.

"Of course sir, it's on every channel. Everyone seems to think it's some kind of joke!"

"Well, its not. Not if I can help it. Get me the Chief of Staff and the Security General immediately."

"Oh, of course sir!" She closed the line, no doubt immediately doing whatever it would take to get those two here immediately.

Malcom pulled out his datapad and checked up some of the stats on Lemner from 20 years ago and information on the man he just saw on-screen. He wanted to know who he'd be backing.

The Mylone General Han Kahn, a descendent of Ghengis Kahn, walked out onto a pedistal infront of his 10 million man army. The others were not called up. He was dressed in typical military camo and was iching for a fight.

Now im going to make this short and sweet so listen up. Lemner, the 3 largest city in the country has offically revived their Empire that was extinguished 20 years ago. By the looks of things they have planned this for years and are ready to fight. They have become entrenched around the city and have seized all the planes at Lemner Air Force base. Mylone is counting on us to bring these rebellious bastards back, so i wont keep you any longer. Forward March!

With that they started to surround Lemner.

Mayor Brice Lemner was sitting at his desk watching the news when his new Minister of War James Masterfield walked in. "Sir, Mylone has offically declared war on us and has mobilized a force 3 times our size." Brice thought to himself on what to do next "Just keep the trenches manned and the planes in the sky. If we manage to survive lone enough then we may arouse some international sympathy." Masterfield saluted and went to carry out his orders.

OOC: You should use NSTracker to figure out the actual manpower of your nation.

For example, my nation has been around for a few years and it's manpower is only about 1.2 million.

Any conflict with my nation, realistically would be fought with approximately 500,000 men and woman, most of whom would be in logistics and support roles.

Malcom's faced peered out over the assembled military officers from the big screen at the end of the conference table. Every eye was on him and, it seemed, his eye was on every one of them.

"Gentlemen, this is not up for discussion anymore so I don't want to hear about it. We ARE supporting this uprising and restoring the original government back to it's rightful place in that country. I need to hear options and nothing else."

The room was quiet for a moment as everyone mulled this over.

Finally, Security-General Pzak stood and addressed the screen.

"Sir, our nearest intelligence asset could make contact with whoever is in charge over there by tomorrow. That would be our best bet to set up a secure form of communications."

"Thank you Sam, But first we need to figure out what would be an appropriate support option to give to them when we do set up communications."

This time it was Chief of Staff General Zenislev who stood.

"Well sir, I would advise we send in our Guardian teams to cause some deniable havoc and resistance behind enemy lines. Then we get our rapid reaction battalions in by air and bolster the defences around the new capitol. After that, we would of course have to airlift in whatever troops and material we could before the enemy come crashing down on allied defences. At 3 to 1, the Lemner forces would have a tough fight, but they COULD hold out for a month or two even without our help. With our help and our advanced weapons, they should be able to not only hold off the attack, but take a good bit of ground in two months."

Malcom rested his head on his chin as he always did when he thought things over.

He finally nodded, "Okay, make the preperations. What unit's will be the first to airlift into the country? I'd like to set up a tour before they go. That is, IF they agree to have our support."

General Zenislev nodded, "I believe the 104th and 115th Infantry Regiments, supported by the 38th Armored Regiment, will be prepped and ready to go in just a week, sir."

"Good. Let's get on it then. Make contact."

The president, Vladimir Sakinovka Dimitrivitch Neprass, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shpagin Degtyarov Skepa, were talking about the tragedy in Canada. It was a sunny day in Kaliningrad but when the General Nikolov enter in the office, the rain began to fall.

General Nikolov: Mr. President, we have a problem!

President Vladimir: What is the problem General?

General Nikolov: A nation called Mylone, has invaded an independent nation called Lemner! It's an offense against liberty sir! We need orders sir!

The President was shocked of what he heard! But, he became angry, very angry! He suddenly slammed his hand on the desk!

President Vladimir: WHAT IS THE NAME OF THAT MYLONE ASSHOLE?

Minister Shpagin: Calm down Mr. President! What's your problem?

The president began to cry, his tears were flooding on the desk of Shpagin.

President Vladimir: My parents... T-they were born i-in Lemner! I-i don't want Lemner returning into t-that psychotic dictatorship, i j-just want Lemner free!

General Nikolov and Minister Shpagin were touched by what he said! They've got tears in their eyes!

General Nikolov: The name of the president of Mylone is James Lan, sir!

President Vladimir: Thanks! Shpagin, call Putin and send a letter to that James Lan!

Minister Shapgin: Yes sir!

President Vladimir: And you general, prepare our troops! I want them ready in two days!

General Nikolov: Yes sir!

Nikolov smiles to the president and leave the room. After Shpagin called Putin, he sent a letter to the president of Mylone, James Lan.

The Mayor opened his closet to reveal a Mylone Generals uniform. He snatched it out and made some minor edits, and after it was done he started to walk out of the room. He ran into his PR turned Propoganda cheif, Jen Oglthorpe. Jen looked him over and got a approving look on her face "Good choice. If we win it will be a PR nightmare for the enemy and a circus for us." She patted him on the back and stood out of the way.


With Lemner firmly surrounded General Kahn looked at Lemner with binoculars. He couldn't wait to be compared to his great-whatever granddad. He was ready, but had no orders to proceed unfortunatly. After the thought crossed his mind, a boy appeared beside him and shoved a piece of paper in his hand then left. When Kahn opened the paper it had one word on it, Attack.
