Pan, launching a torp at a sub is harder than it seems. All the sub has to do to avoid it is to launch an ADCAP or other Fake Submarine Identifier. Or simply top.

I'm FRS and have around 100,000-150,000 personel in this.
They also are spread around air/Sea/ground but more ground

I'm Ovisterra (OOC, just call me Ovi). I'll be against you. I'm bringing a fleet of warships (a carrier, 3 destroyers, 2 amphibious assault ships and 2 frigates) as well as a few thousand (probably no more than 5 or 6) troops, supported by a few wings of fighters.
