New continent open for colinisation[IC]

[Alahana]

The Alahanese exploration fleet stumbled on some land. After scouting for severall weeks they found out it was an undiscovered continent.
The Alahanese government started to colonise the continent. But they wanted other nations to be present in this theatre.
So he welcomed all nation on this continent if they are willing to accept the following rules:

1:no godmodding
2: You can expand peacefully or in a warlike manner later.
3: No flaming
4: No WMD's
5:Disobeying any of these rules will result in bannishment of the continent and your lands will be made blank.
6: Maybe more rules to come.

Alahan is expanding its industrial areas, resulting in the creation of 2 more ports. Alahan is also making more defensve systems. There is no imediate threat, but for when the time comes, we will be ready. the main nation of Alahan sends its first shipment of goods to its colony of New Hope. Containing the endangered species the Phoenix bird, our national animal. We hope they can frolic arround here so they won't be endangered anymore.

And i am relatively new to this game, so i don't know all 'expressions' (yes, english is not my native language )
But i guess FT will mean Future Tech? If so, my answer is that you use the tech your nation is. So if you are an advanced nation you can use that. Off course don't over do it like you already have an whole star system or something. Keep it kind of realistic. Space stations and such are allowed, but just like you say WMD's are not allowed.

thank you, my nation is an interstella Empire but when RPing with only earth based nations i only use the branch of the Empire that is out there, and even then only units from the Earth Terratory i own and the Pluto frontline base.

I would like to expand peacefully, and through agreements, get more land.

I will change my already developed tech level from 1 to 3, now that I can transport better through time.
I will also make several objects,

First, another port on the island, and another port on the mainland.
Next, I would like to create a stronger colony and I would like to begin industrializing the Island Colony, or TCP.
Last, I wish develop Space Technology in my Space & Research Centers.

I develop:
A 100,000 Horsepower Engine (The Titanic had only 50,000.) I will be able to get to areas further and faster, using this for A Space Engine and for boating & fishing.
