Now, the reason I made this is because I'm a big Mother Russia fan, but even a bigger Command and Conquer fan. In this RP, we'll be in the time period of 1980. You'll have to come up with a few things.
-A background story of how your nation came into being
-YOU NEED TO USE A REAL NATION IN PRESENT TIMES OR AT SOME POINT IN HISTORY EXISTED
-You need to come up with names of your world leaders and generals
-You need moderate to excellent RP skill
-If you're new I want you to state that in your app so I'm not surprised when we go to the IC.
-You need to have some of your own weapons either renamed or reused from history
-Anything used in the 1980's or before is allowed
-This is not like the tech of C&C Red Alert 4, so ABSOLUETELY NO: LASERS,MEGA BARRAGES or any of that shit. This is just the concept being reinterpreted
-You can have any country but there are three main factions: Communists, Fascists, and Capitalists
-You do not have to side with one faction
-Playing the factions against eachother is encouraged, though you need to state what your true intentions are
Here is the storyline to help you build your nation's pre-IC history.
-In 1890, the United States has all of its territories fully up to date, it also has Newfoundland as a protectorate Half-State after the treaty of Canadia in 1860, which many canadians disagreed with
-In 1910, WWI erupts and goes as history went with the allies winning and the creation of the League of Nations (An Early UN)
-In 1915 the Austrian Hungarian Empire comes to a closing citing the end of WWI in a nutshell till the German surrender in 1917
-Many empires split into two as Europe becomes a giant group of independent Republics
-In 1930 the Soviet Union, founded in 1918 deals with more rebel incidents and finally plunders the last Czarist government official into the freezing Baltic execution ground at Fort Sevsky, Vyborg Russia.
-In 1940 Hitler comes to power in Germany but is killed by an assasin on December 6th 1938. The result is a Nazi Empire with no fuhrer forced into a council like government system till 1980, when a new Fuhrer will come to power.
-In 1942, growing tensions between the Japanese and the US create the Pacific War, drawing the US and Japan and the UK into fighting. The UK and US win at a battle in 1945 when the first atomic bomb is dropped by the B29 Bomber "Big Daddy"
-In 1955, Korea becomes divided in two, resulting in the Second World War between Communists and Capitalists. The Koreans have Cuba, and China on their side as well as Yugoslavia. The USSR stays out of the conflict. The Capitalists only have the US, France, and UK, plus Brazil, and Japan. The war ends in 1962 with the collapse of the North Korean government and the creation of the Korean First Republic which has both French and United Kingdom influence.
-In 1969, Vietnam becomes split into two like Korea. The US is too busy dealing with the Cuban Missile crisis of 1968 to deal with this. The war ends up between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the South Democratic Vietnamese versus the Chinese Liberation Army and the Northern Communists. The North wins when they seize Saigon from the South which is their capital. Vietnam now becomes a country dominated by communism. They join the Soviet Dominion which is a coalition of Soviet-allied countries looking to benefit the Soviet Stalinist cause. Cuba is also a part of it after it had to decline the continuation of an alliance with China which is under surveillance. Cuba's 1968 missile crisis ends in 1972 with the stepping down of El Presidente Fidel Castro.
-1970: By this time many colonial nations are still under the watchful eyes of European powers. Many have become independent but many still are controlled by nations like the UK and France.
-1973: Dominated by the old Imperial beliefs Japan reunites under the original Red Sun Banner and forms the Second Empire of the Red Sun, commonly known as the Japanese Empire and reconquests some of its old territories, either forcefully or willingly.
-1974: The Phillipines agree to rebecome an American protectorate in danger of the growing Japanese threat.
-1975: Korean First Republic allies with the US and UK in danger of the Japanese Empire.
-1976: China invades Nepal from the north through the Himalayas by snow machinery and snowboards and also through Bhutan which has become a Chinese Communist Satelite State. Nepal falls to the Communists in a matter of days.
-1976: The British hold firm to their colonies in Thailand, Burma, Mayalysia, and Sri Lanka now that the Japanese are back in Imperialistic mode.
-1977: India, a independent country since 1947 makes a pact with the UK to help defend themselves better against foreign enemies like Japan and China.
-1978: Turkey becomes a non-muslim country as most Muslims migrate to Saudi Arabia for the forming of a unified Arab country which comprises of Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, UAE, and Oman. Yemen remains under control of the Italians.
-1979: All alliances are off thanks to the UN's pact known as "FREE STATE POLICY" Which says no state it so move hostile actions toward eachother till after the World's Fair of 1979 in December in Paris, where there was sure to be many intelligence agencies scoping other nations out.
-1980: All bets are off. The world is un-centralized, but the Capitalists regroup. So do the Communists. Japan works by itself, and the Nazis return after staying silent in a non-agressive German Fascist state for over 40 years. Now the world turns to you to lead a nation. One Nation, Indivisible; UNDER YOU.
