Here is the premise for a civil war RP.

Alex Linden, who is the head of government, is removed from power by a vote of no confidence.
Enraged, the former minister president assembles a fighting force of his own called the Resistance Army whose goal is to overthrow the new leader and reclaim power for himself.

He has bombed government buildings and embassies hoping to drag the nations with embassies into war with the current government. He is trying to frame Welskerland, in other words.

The new minister president decides that the madness has gone on long enough and sent troops to patrol every urban area.

Who's interested?

What would be the ideologue of the PM, whilst also that of the President's, respectively?

Which one has committed the least war crimes thus far?

No, but I can make one. What are you looking for in particular.

I might be. I like the concept and I'd be interested to know more of how you would see it being structured. Anyway, I s'pose it would help if I described my basic in-character structure for air/ground exercises even if it might not be entirely relevant to any plan that we could draw up:

Voltrovia runs two major air-ground-type wargames per year in Greater Mercateria (my region) as well as a number of minor ones. It also participates in a number of other exercises of this kind as part of its regional and international commitments. One of the major exercises is GM-only and the other invites nations from around the world. The two major exercises are held predominantly in Voltrovia and GM although often have subexercises held internationally. I should also say that while this, its history and the more complex framework it forms a part of have been discussed at length in my region I haven't actually held a full exercise RP yet although I'm planning one with several regional allies in the new year. At any rate, if this was an IC event it could just as easily be a separate Voltro-Anemonian exercise or something totally different.

I can go into more detail if necessary although this needn't have much to do with anything that we would plan. The idea sounds interesting and I'm very much up for it - if you'll have me!

With a third faction established, they also need aid from foreign countries, or at least a stable local support from local businesses, or politicians, or religion institutions with enough resources to be able to support the organization.

"Proles and animals are free." Also, if Goldstein's (o'brien's) book's description of the world is indeed correct: Then that would make 80% (perhaps moreso in Eurasia or Eastasia than Oceania) of the world's population all-prole. Hope lies in the proles, anyway... and it's an RP?

They're not always being watched, unlike the Outer Party. It's not inconceivable.
