We are in awe at your blight comrades, and will answer the call for assistance! As we speak MCV (mobile construction vehicles) are being built, packed up and air lifted via badger bombers to your lands. Under command of General Anton Golovanov we will not rest until the Apache people are free from the persecution and oppression of the bourgeois. 50 MCVs are being deployed which upon full construction and deployment will be equal to around 500,000 units. Each MCV can be turned into a full base of operations and thus units are limitless until the MCVs are destroyed or our hold on the area is lost. We hope that more nations will join the good fight, a fight for the greater good, and join us as comrades against the fascists.

(ooc: before someone says that the MCVs are godmodding, as I stated they do have a weakness, they have to be protected or we lose advantage. Also to The Wheat Isles, not everyone uses NS tracker stats. He might one of those nations that doesn't use the ns stats. I do though since they give you a clear number, although I don't use the economy portion since their was a glitch last time I tried to update it, but it wouldn't update :/ )

Kueland sends humanitarian aid and 300 000 troops to assist the democrats. Once they arrive they will launch "Operation Aggression" against the whole of the democrat-Loyalist border. The aim is to seize all of the loyalist sea border. This will prevent them from overseas trade and the ability to construct a navy.

Our main base has been established outside the capitol of Fezzan and General Golovanov has decided that he would like to change the objectives of the original mission. Being approved by Ryaanistan command, Seeing what has happened to The Apache People, mission priority has been changed from control to humanitarian assistance. Under the name of Operation Red Aid we will be providing humanitarian assistance to the citizens of ALL of the Apache People, and encourage other nations to do the same. We are here to protect the Apache People from complete obliteration from civil war, because of the change in mission priority we are reaching out to the various other factions to encourage a peace treaty or at the very least a non-aggression pact to end the war. To start we would like to establish a DMZ between the borders of Fezzan (the Communists) and Cyrenaica (The Loyalists).
