New Planet Discovered [OOC, Sign-Up, P/MT]

Breaking News
A new planet had been discovered capable of maintaining life. A satellite image had been taken of the planet.
Geographical Map
Legend:
Dark Green: Forest
Green: Plains
Light Green: Tundra
Light Brown: Desert
White: Ice

While scanning the planet, it was discovered that it was a host to a number of indigenous human population. Many primitive humans inhabit the major islands. There is one advanced civilization, highlighted in purple in the map below. It makes no effort to communicate with the primitive humans on the planet and don't seem to have anything to do with anything outside their island. Rumor has it many nations of the world are eagerly preparing themselves for a trip to the planet, however, no nation has made an official claim.

Blue: Hellraisers-Army

OOC: State your claim on the political map. You can make up what ever resources you have in your claim, just don't make it ridiculous, same with beginning population. Storyline > Winning the Game. No COMPLETE eliminations.
