For Note,

I consider the events on Cyprus as I had been writing them in WA's first intro thread to still be ongoing (indeed I'm working on a post at the moment), so that should be taken into account.

I am however going to sea for a training deployment tomorrow morning so my ability to RP will be lessened unless I get internet access. In that regard I'd prefer to take Wheel of Fire slowly whilst I'm away please.

Just returned from a Model United Nations conference in Charlotte, NC. Will be resuming RPing activity and respecting Api's wishes to keep things going slow and easy while he's less available.

In more good news, I've found some excellent resources for ORBAT design and am now about 80-90% done for Zhudan Guards, which I hope to have up by tonight, with Army and Navy soon to follow.

I can of course say this, the official position of the Empire is that Amigard and its successor are an important ally and friend, especially given the state of turmoil in the world. Furthermore, the Empire believes that there have been enough wars in the "Holy Land" and of course, we haven't shed any blood there yet. We would be strongly oppose to another "Crusade" and there would certainly be repercussions so let's get with the fun now. This is going to be one engaging RP! I have high hopes for it so people, if you let me down, so help me I will metagame through the Emperor's wrath.

4 February, 2014: [Pyschotika] Opposed by Roman ambitions (Rome's Claim), and regional warfare eminent to the North/Northeast of Strovic's dreamed Federation, the Yugoslav Partisans and the SFPRLA under his command focuses on retaining the outline of the SFR (Socialist Federal Republic)
20 March, 2014: [Pyschotika] In another impassioned speech, Strovic makes a promise to all those enduring foreign and domestic aggression in these most trying times that he will continue to fight for his fellow people as they work together for a strong and unified SFR

Okay there are three things to note here. First off, the South Balkans Confederacy and the Federation of Lacoze are still things and Pre-Mades thus, as Rome is doing, you should be giving proper homage to them.

Secondly, since these are all contestations, my recommendation above still stands. This would probably be best in it's own thread because it likely won't fall in line with your story line RomeW in The Democracy Initiative.

Thirdly, please change your history dates to US formatting as prescribed (Month, Day, Year) with no th, st, nd, et cetera.

All that being addressed, it is approved.

RomeW/Brydog/Psychotika - I will leave it up to you three to decide if you want to do one thread, two threads, keep it in The Democracy Initiative or what have you but bear in mind that the clock is ticking and as I promised a follow-on update to this one, by the time I get to doing it, this will have expired without any thread(s) posted.

Just a note, the South Balkans Confederacy isn't listed on the main page...I don't know if that's an error on your part, Layarteb, but information on it is missing. As far as I can tell, it has territories in Serbia, Macedonia (FYR) and Albania, but that's it.

Also, Psychotika, Lacoze is still standing- I may have made a OOC claim to their lands, but ICly, I have not actually done so. The only territorial change that happened was that, after an independence referendum, Switzerland separated from Lacoze, but they became independent (story-wise) as the Republic of Rhaetia. So there's no “Roman ambition” to counter- it's all with Lacoze, and, likely, I would say your storyline is a revolt or a referendum of some kind against their government. You're not facing off against me.

Anyhow, my preference is still for the three of us to get together and agree on a split of the lands we can all be happy with. I'm more than willing to do this in a thread (and probably a separate one)- I just need to know you'll be game for that.
